Cups I was a bit surprised by the BDSM bit too, the red room made me Blush Go on Olives give it a go, it is a good way to waste a week or so!

I like the idea of rocking the tent Grin

We had burgers for tea tonight DS 1s favourite, then dropped him at school so he could go to paris for a few days on a trip Envy

GreenOlives · 05/07/2012 20:20

Fish, chips and mushy peas for me tonight - yummy! From the chippy - even yummier! Still eating like a horse because its the only thing that stops me feeling sick!
On the holiday front we are off to Hayling Island on Monday for 4 nights in a caravan. DS is very excited as we are planning a day at Peppa Pig World and another day catching the hovercraft to the Isle of Wight - please be kind weather gods!
The 50 shades hype is getting soooo boring, Im not reading it on principle now!
Cant remember what else I was going to say so TTFN lovely ladies! Xx

Loopyhasanotherbean · 05/07/2012 19:31

maybe chipping campden is lovely, i grew up a few miles from there, wish i still lived up there, and want to again if my house ever sells!!! have you been to the pudding club?? surely that is the perfect place to do for anyone wanting to smack a rat :)

and re pregnancy thread, i haven't read it, but i know someone who was just over 2 months gone before she realised, and by 6 months she'd had her baby...so she claims to have the shortest pregnancy ever of 4 months!

ScarlettInSpace · 05/07/2012 17:37

boo dtd in a tent is way good fun, it makes you feel like a teenager again lol, remember: if the tents a-rockin, don?t come a-knockin Grin

I met a girl once years ago and she was a bit thick that was 6 months preggers before she knew and she had the baby a few weeks later Shock

to everyone else ? I have been a good little brooker and been to gym today & yesterday Halo and I just spent ten minutes chasing the puppy round the garden to get my sock back Hmm

I'm off on hols in 3 weeks I CAN'T WAIT Grin

Oh and I'm having stuffed chicken & sweet potato wedges & salad for tea [anotherhalocosthelastoneseemstohavefallendownroundmyankles]

Geeklette · 05/07/2012 17:24

cups I am now having visions of the dog in a hot tub in Wales...

Supernoodles for tea tonight, a real treat for me because I love them but MrGeek can't stand them ('not real cooking') Grin

No 'going away' holiday for us this year. We have a week off at the end of October but due to potential ICSI timing may need to rearrange. I think our next ten years' worth of holidays have already been spent in buying this house last year :)

CupcakesAndCocktails · 05/07/2012 17:16

Hello everyone

Keep sorry to hear about stupid AF, welcome to day 1 of your pregnancy. Have a lovely anniversary.

Geek hope you have gone home early.

Boo I have also read all 3 of the 50 shades of grey books. I downloaded them ages ago when a friend of mine recommended them. I can honestly say I was a bit surprised by the BDSM content! I did persist in reading them (I hate not finishing ANY book). TBH I quite liked them Blush I normally read crime/thrillers so it was nice to have an easy lighthearted read for a change.

We are off to Wales a week on Friday. We have got a holiday cottage. I'm so excited as it's got a hot tub & we can take the dog. Everyone get brooking for a mini heat wave next week please Smile

I'm making sausage & mash for tea, anyone having anything exciting?

Geeklette · 05/07/2012 17:14

Yay, am now home nice and early, pee sticks have been duly spoken to and I am trying to summon the enthusiasm for doing some housework since I don't have MrGeek under my feet tonight. However, there is an open bottle of wine on the table next to me and everybody knows that wine must be drunk within 24 hours of being opened...

Princesslovelyboo · 05/07/2012 16:39

One can assume Sparks but it would be most indiscreet to kiss and tell Wink

Get home Geek you have pee sticks to talk to!! Grin

Geeklette · 05/07/2012 15:18

Ok, I have made an executive decision. I am going home at 4 today since I simply can't be bothered am too tired to do any more today :)

SecretSparkle · 05/07/2012 15:06

Boo one can only assume that as you've read it you must be leaving the charge on the baby boom front :o congratulations!!!

Princesslovelyboo · 05/07/2012 15:00

You tell then sticks Geek give then a good talking to so they understand just what we expect of them! But yes 5 dpo might just be a teensy bit too soon. Rest assured you are not he only one who is spare hpts just in case Grin

Maybe not soppy, actually quite romantical really!!

Feeling quite smug about my 50 shades habit, I at least read the whole thing properly did read some of the dirty bits twice though Grin

Laters :)

SecretSparkle · 05/07/2012 14:57

Geek dont your colleagues know you're a vampire?!!
Shocking behaviour!!

I'm shocked by the 50 shades of stupid (sorry boo) baby boom!! and fancy a woman reading it on the train, I read a James Herbert book on the bus once (I forget which one) and parts of it were really quite smutty, and I spent most of my journey blushing and feeling uncomfortable!!!

Home time needs to hurry the hell up!!!

Geeklette · 05/07/2012 14:15

maybe that is a lovely area. I used to live in Cheltenham/Birdlip/Evesham/Badsey so it was all borderline cotswolds, but twenty minutes drive and you were in the middle of nowhere. Fab! Ick to the woman reading 50 shades for the sex on a tube, that is just grim. If you want to do that sort of thing, do it on a kindle Grin

beedle you most definitely should demand, as you are clearly 9 months diffed! In fact I knew a lady who didn't initally know she was pregnant, had a period and HSG and everything! I think her name was smegs.... Grin

Ok, I have officially checked the 'irritable' box on FF - have just bitten someone's head off for daring to turn on the lights!

BeedleTheBard · 05/07/2012 14:00

I've read that thread and am now wondering if its possible to still have periods and neg tests and temp rises and no symptoms and be pregnant? Should I go to the doctor and demand an ultrasound scan? :o :o

NoMaybeAboutIt · 05/07/2012 14:00

Geek we were looking at Chipping Campden, as it is the first place we ever went away together I love the Cotswolds. Where did you used to live?

That thread is amazing and terrifying. I know someone who didn't find out until they were 13 weeks as they were still having periods. All very bizarre.

I will also not be going down the 50 shades route though I may if I get desperate There was a woman reading it next to me on the tube, and she was literally flicking through it for the sex parts Grin

Geeklette · 05/07/2012 13:48

maybe are you allowed fans? We have a secret fan that we hide under our desks as we aren't really allowed them! I'm going to pass on the 50 Shades method of getting pg, however I know one Brooker that is surely diffed on that basis naming no names boo you wild thing!

boo thank you my dear/bear. I plan on going home tonight and giving all my sticks a ruddy good talking to, so that they are all in a mood to be agreeable when the time comes. I think 5DPO may be a teensy bit early to be testing but please tell me I am not the only crazy lady who permanently carries two superdrug HPTs in her hangbag 'for emergencies'!!

I'm loving all this talk of holidays! Brooking that it will be lovely and sunny for boo's camping, I'm sure nobody would mind you having a little semi-public SFF under canvas :)

Good luck also for beedle's holiday weather, I am sure it will have perked up by then.

maybe where in the cotswolds are you going? I used to live that way when I was in uni.

I'm just off to read the 'pregnant and no idea' thread now, as my interest has been piqued!

Princesslovelyboo · 05/07/2012 13:38

Shock just had a read through the first couple of pages, ok, I don't want to panic everyone, but are we all certain we have POAS this month?? It is worth checking, just saying! Grin

Princesslovelyboo · 05/07/2012 13:32

Ooh, I could have me a Cornish sticky bean :) just need to convince Mr Boo that sff in a tent is ok, and no one will know/hear/stare at us like WinkHmm the next morning Grin

Maybe I am going to that one soon!

JenFraggle · 05/07/2012 13:22

Boo I'll try to order some sun for you.

Bartlet got a BFP before coming down here on holiday so maybe Cornwall is lucky?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 05/07/2012 13:15

Has anyone read the 'pregnant and no idea' thread......

Princesslovelyboo · 05/07/2012 13:04

OK Beedle as long as you promise to forget to take your coat on a really wet day because it was sunny when you left the house :)

NoMaybeAboutIt · 05/07/2012 13:00

I shall let you off this once Beedle where in not-so-sunny England are you staying?

Sounds lovely Boo you still have a few weeks for it to brighten up Grin

Hopefully MrMaybe, pup and I are going away to a little cottage in the Cotswolds for our anniversary in October

BeedleTheBard · 05/07/2012 12:58

but I'll be in England on holiday from next week, so I'll be sharing your pain with the crappy weather
