whimsicalname · 16/07/2012 12:40

Oh, and I meant to say face we all went through a phase of putting wedding photos on our profiles. I think mine's still there, and I imagine some other people's are too. (although my photo is just me standing in the attic wearing mine to prove it still fits 8 years later)

How exciting to have a wedding to plan!

whimsicalname · 16/07/2012 12:38

Hello everyone
Thanks so much for all your brooking and happy thoughts. When my husband was in hospital, I knew it was bad because I got brought a cup of tea. At the EPU today (quite possibly the most tense place I've ever been) I was not offered tea (although another woman was, poor thing). Normally I would criticise the lack of hospitality, but my word was I relieved.

Sorry not to have been keeping up with you all. I've just skimmed through, and have seen drunkenness (good work) and craft room reorganisation (excellent work) and 50 (or was it 20?) shades of grey. We're a bit preoccupied with packing here. Inevitably. However, I'm spending the rest of the afternoon eating cold pizza and knitting on the sofa (even though they didn't tell me specifically to rest).

And I'm diverting all the brooking back to you lot. I've got a special mirror to reflect all the rays being sent to me back to the brooking community.

cartoonface · 16/07/2012 12:26

do u all want to see the dress? is it safer to post it on our fb rather than on here?

SweetieDoesIt · 16/07/2012 12:23

cartoonface · 16/07/2012 12:10

imps i havent selected a specific one yet just thinking of maybe having one of these. either entirally made of vintage brooches/sparkles or a maybe a mixture with real flwers, rather than a whole bouquet of real flowers. wot do u do with a bouqet of real flowers? i guess just keep them till they die? x

Imps7 · 16/07/2012 12:04

The link just took me to the website homepage Cartoon. Deffo let us be your wedding advisers! Oooooh we could do a Don't Tell The Bride for you - although not sure how we'd explain how we all know you without outing ourselves!!

Update - all is good with Whims - scan shows no probs.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/07/2012 10:14

Morning all, sorry for the radio silence, very busy weekend.

Whims I am brooking super super hard for you lovely.

Sparks I think this may be an implantation dip.

Face you are not old. I too am 27 and also feel old sometimes, but we are simply not.

Imps pant snot you say? Diffed.

Beedle I too have incredibly sore books. Much worse than they have ever been. I feel like I am 14 DPO rather than 6.

And now I can't remember what everyone has said because I am rubbish. But hello to Sweetie, Frootz, Cups, Solars, Scarlett and all other brookers.

Princesslovelyboo · 16/07/2012 10:01

I am finally sober thank you Imps, and just waiting for the symptoms to begin!!

Whims you can have every bit of brooking I have!! Thinking of you. Thanks

sweetie thats cheered me up. sounds fairly simple in the grand scheme of things weve been panicing about wot it mite be when it all could be fairly simples. its my 27th birthday in 2wks. i know some of you will hate me for this. but i feel old!!! and sad cos its one step nearer to 30 and when i planned my life in my head i had at least one child by now. i always wanted to be a young mum(as in 20s) . not that any of u are old and past it of course.

Imps7 · 16/07/2012 09:47

Oh bloody hell.

Needle are your books any better? Would they be better on a Kindle perhaps? Poor you - nothing worse than an aching novel.

Boo have you sobered up yet you lush? Might as well make the most of drinking while you can given that you'll be off booze for at least 9 months soon.

8 DPO here - nothing exciting to repeat here - some slightly odd pant snot this morning but nothing too strange.

Oh, in case you don't read the PSEPP thread, Whims is in hospiytl after having a bleed so all brooking needs to be directed towards her today.

SecretSparkle · 16/07/2012 09:41

Imps I'm usually between 12 and 14 days (except that one month where it was about 17 days Hmm No AF yet, just that nasty looking temp drop!! BUT surely if Im only 7DPO them I could kid myself that it was an implantation dip?! urgh why cant things be easier?!

I have a few clothes too that are now too big for me, that I refuse to throw away 'just in case' but a clear out can be very soothing!!!

oh and who is needle? is your imp-finger-itis back?

Imps7 · 16/07/2012 09:36

Oooh a poll! Get you! Hmmmm it's not clear when you ov'd is it? What's your usual LP? Has AF showed yet?? She'd better not, if she knows whst's good for her.

What z busy weekend! Did mega loads of jobs and had In laws over fit lunch in Sat. One if my jobs was to clear our my wardrobe of Things I Haven't Worn For Ages and got rid of loads of stuff. Did keep a few things that will be useful as maternity wear though...

Needle are your b

SecretSparkle · 16/07/2012 09:15
