whims did your cleaner come in the end? You have done very well to only have one meltdown. It was almost a daily occurrence for me when we moved last year. We also had a cleaner meltdown experience - we booked through Molly Maid, thinking we were better off going for a bigger name, and all they did was flick a duster at things instead of the deep clean we had booked (and paid for!).

I finally got all of my work done last night, at about 10pm (hence no posts from me - twas manic from about 10am onwards yesterday). That should be it now though. No more overtime (I hope!). Oh crap. I've just remembered I've got to do a little bit tonight. Oh well, shouldn't take me too long.
Got my consultant appointment this afternoon, and I'm quietly terrified. I've already been mentalling over the success rates of the hospital we will be going to, and of our chances in general, and even tentatively discussed a plan B that I hope to all that's holy that we never ever have to go down because it would be so much stress and so difficult that I don't know how we would ever manage with MrGeek.
