Welcome to the 2.30 from Mumsnet Towers. The fillies have been groomed to within an inch of their lives and are raring to go.

Late entries for the race are required to locate and fill in the BESHtionnaire so that their form can be assessed.

Bring on the stallions!

I've never had any kind of mid cycle spotting before. Sorry for tmi, but it was old and brown mank, not fresh stuff. Maybe I'm going back to my teenage dasof bleeding every 2 weeks Confused

Definitely a bizarre one cave! Residual droid? I get spotting late on before the droid comes, never that early....

norf we will sit and watch with interest.

CD4 here, droid tailing off so need to proceed with the sechsing. Due to ov while camping Hmm could be interesting!!

Northey · 24/07/2012 21:42

Well I shall menkul for you, grottogirl. I reckon day 10 spotting is worf it.

I had a weird pinchy sensation in my womble today. It was after my third mocha frappe thing, so could easily have been a rebellion agains any more caffeinated milkshakes. But I am bearing it in mind. 7 dpo.

CaveMum · 24/07/2012 21:34

Evening BESH. Here's an odd one for you all: CD 10 and today I've had brown spotting. Never had that mid-cycle before. It's about right for my body to throw in some randomness from time to time Hmm

It is for me too, faif. Although striking the two I did out was easy - one is organised and the other cold. And I am neither. But the rest can easily fit many people.

Anyhow, I am going to veg (even more) now. And turn the laptop off.

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 21:29

Um I don't know about all that stuff, it's too woo for me!

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/07/2012 21:24

Right, that is less easily done than said. I am not water, nor am I metal. But the others... Maybe I am a tree. But I think I am a bit firy and earth mothery too. Maybe I am just balanced Wink

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/07/2012 21:08

I am definitely not a water element, but I might google the types and self-diagnose Wink I am a hater of planning and although I worry, I don't think it's obsessive.

Faith you have an excuse!

Droidal deluge has been spotted Wink and it was not spotting this morning, at least as I understand it, because it was proper blood, not brown sludge... Anyhow. I am off to woo-diagnose myself!

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 20:58

Yes it's been docked from what they return to the insurance company but I wouldn't be surprised if they dock it from our final settlement in turn.

shred I reckon I'd ask that too given the last few months! What does it mean?!

Sympathies for the droid lemons.

ShredniVashtar · 24/07/2012 20:57

Grrrr at stupid letting agents, and at are-they-aren't- they droids. Incidentally the absurd spotting is something the needles are meant to be sorting out.

Yes, last visit was just taking a history Blush. I'm not a wuss about physical pain but I did find talking about the last year, esp the ectopic, extremely difficult. Apparently asking what the fire procedure is is a sign that I am a water element and prone to over- planning / obsessive worrying. Hmmmm. Can't work out if it's all a bunch of woo and if she's just telling me what I want to hear. But am prepared to suspend my scepticism for a bit longer!

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/07/2012 20:55

Good drunken love norf

AND Angry that is outrageous faif. I am sorry. I hope you can get them to see sense. GRRR.

PS droid is there, it just means I'll still be on heamoraging when I go for the cd3 scan. Poor them Wink

Northey · 24/07/2012 20:53

What fuckers! Well done for challenging. Is your deposit in an assured scheme thingy?

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 20:49

Done it shreddie! I though you'd already had one needles? Was it just the history taking that made you cry?!

norf bless you. At least you're enjoying yourself! Fancy getting chatted up by whippersnappers!

I'm in such a foul mood. Work is rubbish. We've had an email tonight from the letting agents saying they're docking £40 from the bond because of the garden - the garden we went back specially to tend to! This is two weeks after the final inspection?! I was told they'd ring but they didn't so I assumed it was all fine. I have sent a strongly worded email back asking what exactly the the problem was and why it took them two weeks to tell us?! Grrr Angry then they had the gall to thank us for our decorum during our rental period and they'd be happy to be references for us in the future?! WTAF?!

Northey · 24/07/2012 20:42

Stupid unsettled bloodiness, citronella. I wish droids would just be unarguably there or not.

I feel suffused with drunken love for you all tonight. My dear old BESHies.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/07/2012 20:39

Hello all, IT IS HOT!! So I scuppered BMI Baybee with ice cream :) but had been cycling about 20 miles before, so I suppose that evens things out.

It's sort of CD1. It started, I called the clinic to start the next round of IUI. Then it stopped. But now it is sort of back. All very odd. Normally I do a bit of spotting, but not this month (perhaps they flushed all the old stuff out during the dye part of the lap).

Yay for the wedges, faif and for the needly lady shred. But what does your diagnosis have to do with leaving the place in a fire? Confused I'll make sure to ask that if I ever get round to needly woo, so as to surprise him/her and see whether it means I get the same diagnosis.

How annoying insulin does not work with the heat kick. But good that exercise does, does that mean you would have collapsed much sooner if you hadn't been a thriatlete?

On grim things - I have conjunctivitus (I thought only baybees and cats got that). And I am sweaty despite a shower and change after the cycle (I was literally running with sweat).

Waves at drunk norf, well done for being chatted up. I am on water. Until the liquid balance is restored, it will be sometime tomorrow, I fear...

ShredniVashtar · 24/07/2012 20:27

Grin at getting chatted up, norfy! Been a long time since that happened to me, especially on a sticky summer day!

I am back from the needles lady- first appt this evening. It was quite good, though I did yelp loudly a little at a couple of the needles going in. Somehow I wasn't expecting it to hurt Confused I also asked her a question which she said was a dead giveaway for how she had diagnosed me, and that she'd only been asked the question once in seven years of practising! All I asked was what would happen if there was a fire or we needed to leave in a hurry while I had the needles in! I didn't think it was that strange... Would any of you have asked it?

YY to the shoes, faith. It's summer! They're a bargain! Do it!

Northey · 24/07/2012 19:54

Leave him behind for the good of the herd, hilarityjane.

Yes, fifi, an decidedly plastered. And I got chatted up on the tube by two adorably youthful posh types who wanted my fruit pastilles. They had been to a milkround type event, I think.

sinkingflameofhilarity · 24/07/2012 19:29

Nice faife. I liked the ginger ones too, but my boat like feet won't fit. Story of my life.

So, what's the beef peeps? After my Monday off after working the weekend, have been sweating it out at work today. Am now home to a tea of rice cakes and hummus. Think I might need to go shopping. There is gin and tonic in the house however, so have the bare essentials.

I've hit cd19 and having the sechs with wild abandon, trying to ignore ghj coughing all over me with his rather irritating summer man flu. Poor flower.

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 19:14

After work drinks norf?

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 19:13

Sorted. Coming in Friday. It's in a big retail park so I reckon I'll finish a bit early and bob in after work. Get the, have a look round Asda living :)

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 19:12

The wedge strappy ones. £14, bargain. Might get them into store so I could have them for holidays.

Northey · 24/07/2012 18:54

The ginget espadrilles or the strappy things? An wearing something quite similar to the strappy ones,so i say go for it.

In a slurre voice, as I am tipsy.

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 18:49

Now, shall I buy these shoes on the right, wedge tan sandals?

HaveALittleFaith · 24/07/2012 17:54

I'm seconded to a specialist nurse post, backfillling someone who's doing her MSc. officially I'll be back on the ward in two months.

KickTheGuru · 24/07/2012 17:40

Yep. I had a bowl of cereal and normally, I take about 6 units for breakfast and it's steady 8.0 ish afterwards. These passed two mornings, I've taken about 13 units of breakfast and its' bounced up to 13! I get up and clean though or do stuff - heat apparently brings glucose up rapidly but exercise will ALWAYS bring it down. Exercise is the magic solution :)

I missed why you only have two months??

Yeh I say that - sometimes people are just efficient workers. It DOES NOT mean you need to give more work!!!

But you're a nurse - I bet your rushed off your feet
