Well the witch has caught up with me at last. So I have decided its time to start a new thread as I think our christmas reindeer need a rest.
So step aboard ladies and join me for a hunt for the golden egg.

treats must be such a difficult time for you. Not just the milestone anniversaries but every day. I feel so much for you. Sending you an unmumsnet hug.

Welcome to rach and leftwing

lastboxoftampons · 31/05/2012 16:32

Silent if it were me, I would wait until you have 18 temps above the cover line (counting from ovulation) but I'm just stingy when it comes to poas. If you've got one you might want to :)

I'm having a slightly strange AF too. My temps haven't gone under the cover line, only one heavy day of AF when I usually have two. Then today, which is cd4 I had only spotting all day. Got along with just a panty liner, except for a few minutes ago when I felt a bit of a gush and had a huge clot Hmm Very strange. Usually my AF is much longer and heavier.

Also meant to comment on the b6 vs complex debate. I think I've also read that it's meant to be taken in a complex but I've done both and I don't think it makes much difference either way. Currently taking 200mg a day, just b6.

LimeLeafLizard · 31/05/2012 16:00

Treats what a sad 6 month anniversary. Hope you are ok.

Rachstrawberry · 31/05/2012 15:27

Thank you! Its so nice to see some other people in the same boat... Who knew something so natural would be so difficult?? AF due 28th june for the next stats update Smile

lastboxoftampons · 31/05/2012 13:22

Treats:( hope you're holding up ok

SilentMammoth · 31/05/2012 13:14

Oh treats how insensitive of me, I'm so sorry I posted without ready properly. I'm sorry yesterday was a tough day.and I am so sorry about your ds.

SilentMammoth · 31/05/2012 12:53

Little bit lighter. Would I bemad to test tomorrow if I'm still high do you think?

Treats · 31/05/2012 12:17

Silent - it's weird that you didn't have a temp drop before AF. I second what lbot said - is there anything different about AF this time round?

CD11 here. I suppose I should start cracking open the OPKs, but I haven't had any EWCM yet and haven't ov'd before CD 17 on any of my previous cycles, so I think I'll wait a bit. I'm going to be out every night next week which is a bit of a pain. DH and I will have to make the most of DD's lunchtime naps on the bank holidays instead Grin.

Didn't bother with temp this morning. Had a couple of glasses of Wine last night and not much sleep, so figured I was unlikely to get a useful reading. Yesterday was the six month anniversary of DS being here, so I needed the moral support.........

LimeLeafLizard · 31/05/2012 10:42

Welcome Harpie and Rach!

lastbox I prefer the stats in date order too! It helps to figure who is next to test! Good luck with your CD3 tests today.

9dpo here, I would be symptom spotting but there are no symptoms.

Hello Harpie and Rach - welcome! :)
Hope you guys don't mind, but I put the stats in date order, it was bugging me Blush wish I was so organised about my life! Wink

Silent TCOYF says it is completely normal to have a few high temps post AF's arrival. BUT I think it's strange that your temp has gone UP Hmm So is there anything strange about your period this month? Lighter than usual? Have you done anything that might make your temp go up? Drinking last night? Crap night of sleep? Anything??

Treats my temps have been a bit higher this month too. Encouraging! :) So glad to hear your DH's SA came back normal. You both must be relieved! Now you can shag as much as you like Wink

Was out for a much-needed drink with good friends last night and we bitched about our husbands for about 4 hours! Actually felt a bit lucky with mine at the end Blush Have to go for my CD3 test this morning and am slightly worried that the amount of alcohol I consumed last night is going to show up in the results! Blush hope not!!!!

Hope you're all well. Smile

Leftwingharpie · 31/05/2012 09:18

Oh sorry - you are at end of cycle (MN on phone while walking downhill in the rain). Yes that is weird - can you link to your chart?

Leftwingharpie · 31/05/2012 09:16

Did you wake up in the night? Sleep badly? Drink alcohol yesterday, take temp at an unusual time? Are you slightly under the weather? All these factors could affect your waking temp - plus they are often a bit erratic right at the start of the cycle. Excellent name by the way!

SilentMammoth · 31/05/2012 09:05

SilentMammoth TTC#5, Cycle 3, AF due 25th June.

Right, chaps, I'm Thoroughly Confused. Help needed please. CD 2, but my temps have not dropped! Actually, they've risen! Am 15 dpo, but am most def bleeding. Just riffled back through previous charts and although my temps do seem to go a bit sawtooth during menstruation they do plunge as well, so I've not seen the like of this before Confused

Hello! Is there room for a newbie? TTC number 2, 7 months trying so far...

Pipbin · 30/05/2012 22:51

How long have you been off it Wiggy? I found it took about 4 months for me to settle down.

Wiggy29 · 30/05/2012 22:44

Crazy- great minds think alike! I ate 4 (mini) packets of biscuits before I went to core stability class at gym. Better than eating& not going I guess! We're trying to resist dtd as much as we would normally at this point as cbfm still giving lowest rating& in past we've gone at it like crazy when af gone then tailed off towards end of cycle. Think it'll be important to keep some energy for later as my cycle looks as though it's going to be long.

In other news, feel tiers, moody& craving junk. Af not due for weeks& not ovulated. I'm not enjoying being off the pill at all.

Crazytictac · 30/05/2012 22:02

pipbin....hand it over...you know it's nice to share. Actually I've not long polished off a big slab of the bad stuff which kind of defeats the point of me nearly killing myself at spinning class earlier. Never mind.
