Seeing as how there was SO much to talk about on the original thread, here's a continuation.

Have copied and pasted the dates from the 2nd half of the list and added a couple more in that I could find with a quick check through. Massive apologies to anybody I've missed off or inadvertently overlooked.

Here's hoping for a few more BFPs in May?

Oh Georgie, how dreadful for you. Sad You must be feeling so nervous.

The websites I looked at last time about hCG suggest every 48-72 hours is 'normal' but who's to say what is 'normal'. Another site I saw said that as long as the levels went up 60% in the same time period that was enough for some pregnancies.

I totally understand what you must be going through. What is your local EPU like? Are the staff sympathetic and helpful? I suspect they will do at least 3 or 4 sets of bloods before they can know anything definitive. There are lots of stories of positive outcomes - when I was going through the exact same thing in March a lovely MNer posted her stats which appeared too low, but she was 20 wks at the time, so it obviously worked for her.

Please keep us informed - this is a great place to vent your worries and concerns. I would say have a Wine but you can't so here's a Brew instead. Fingers very tightly crossed for you.

squeakymac · 21/05/2012 17:08

georgie fingers crossed all is ok and your bloods increase thinking of u

icequeen yep due AF on Wednesday - no symptoms at all Sad and have been avoiding testing by running to the loo as soon as I wake up to get rid of FMU! Will keep you updated though...

curiousgeorgie · 21/05/2012 14:25

That's great Kate!

On Friday night I went to A&E and had my levels checked which were 618...

Today I had my levels checked and are only 950... So not doubled, and they need me to come back...

Is this really bad news??? I just know I'm miscarrying again.

icequeenkate · 21/05/2012 14:18

Now officially 4 weeks pg. Hurray Grin Georgie have things settled? My spotting appears to have dried up again so am putting it down to implantation bleeding like kitty said.

dexidoo - all ok?

Welcome to vickles and chocolatehippy - good luck with the testing. squeaky you are testing soon I think?

PS vickles - this will be our No 4 too...must be mad!

TTC#1 Been lurking on mumsnet in complete denial for a few months now. Can i join this thread? Testing on May 23rd. This is our first month of completely relaxing with lots of (wine) and sexytimw. Massive congrats to all the BFPs!!! Amazing news. Sprinkle some of that babydust our way :)

icequeenkate · 20/05/2012 17:35

Thanks kitty, squeaky and curious. It's just so scary when you see it. I've decided I have to relax or it won't stand a chance, so have had a fun day.

Fx it dries up quickly, Curious.

Kate - I'm having the exact same thing and am so worried!

But I just took a clearblue and it's changed to 3+ so hopefully the spotting is normal (although it's also how my miscarriage started too so I am frantic!)

Congrats Dexidoo!!!

squeakymac · 20/05/2012 13:19

Congrats dexidoo! icequeen if your tests r getting stronger it's reassuring fx it stops so you can relax!

winkle2 · 20/05/2012 12:55

hellokittydrivesmenuts · 20/05/2012 11:58

Well it is official - clear blue digital says pregnant 1-2 and that's not FMU

Excited and freaking out a bit!!

icequeenkate · 20/05/2012 10:17

Ps. dixidoo glad someone else was up POAS as early as me!! I was physically shaking and couldn't wait past 5.30am Blush

Let us know how the next one goes? Smile

icequeenkate · 20/05/2012 09:10

dexidoo - that's great news, congrats.

kitty sorry it didn't work out for you this month. How frustrating.

TMI alert: I had some browny mucus last night when I wiped. Panic. I am due on today or tomorrow and had tested very early. Had a spare CB digital (always buy things in 2s!) so did that first thing this morning. It was showing 2-3 weeks, so I am guessing that the hormone level must have increased between Thursday and today. Am hoping upon hoping that it is just 'spotting' and nothing more serious - this is how my mc started off. Now worrying massively, which is what I promised myself I wouldn't do. Hmm

I have officially required the June thread so its me over an out, but sending loads of love and baby dust to all those still in for may and my cotton wool wrap is being sent for Georgie and Kate.

winkle2 · 18/05/2012 22:05

Popped in from the June thread as I was on part 1 of the May thread. Congratulations georgie and Kate!!!.

squeakymac · 18/05/2012 18:30

Oh congrats icequeen and georgie am deffo going to stick around this thread BFPs ahoy!

curiousgeorgie · 18/05/2012 14:22

Wow!!! That's amazing! Congratulations! Xx

icequeenkate · 18/05/2012 14:21

Well, I tested and got a BFP! Grin A 1-2 on CB digital. Grin

I am trying to be really positive about it, but am so incredibly nervous partly because it's still 3 days before AF is due and partly because of the mc last time. Don't really want to say it/type it/think it just in case AF does arrive. Confused

Please, please, please let this one stick. [emotive for massive look of concern]
