The last couple of threads got lots of people pg. Let's hope this is another lucky one.

wow - boxercise sounds hard. Impressed. I tend to go swimming these so I don't know if I sweat!

Solars is right - good to have you back Maybe.

Off for lunch now. Gonna have an avo after all Fluff's talk of the Kernado.

Solars · 23/04/2012 15:18

Maybe it's good to have you back too! I may just try out the Boxercise class then...next week perhaps...

Yes lovely pics Click

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 15:13

Ah, beautiful! On both counts!

Solars it is so nice to have you back. Boxercise is fun. I am now into my Jillian Michaels DVDs. I sweat so much it makes my eyes sting Grin

Solars · 23/04/2012 15:08

Very impressed with the running from you ladies....i'm more of a gentle exerciser although I have got my eye on a Boxercise class that i'm too chicken to try out!

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 15:03

There we go. Plus one of DS in his early days. Wink

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:52

Oops - realises that profile pics have all disappeared. Will add a pic of her for you to see.

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:52

Grin Cairnzers! There's a pic of her in my arms on my profile. She's a corker.

Yes the half hurt but I was quite pleased with myself. Took just over 2hrs and I easily beat a lad from the office who was 8yrs younger than me who was also running one that month! Girlpower. You are obviously a proper runner - just another of your many skills and attributes Maybe.

Right off to do some yogictocking.

xxx

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 14:44

Oooh, I could go an avocado now Fluff

Mt tatt is on my lower back. It's a scorpion. I was 16 and in Bournemouth

Good for you Click I have run a marathon before, and a few halfs. It hurts. A lot. But it obviously leads to pregnancy. Look at Paula Radcliffe Wink So Peggy is going to have a litter of Cairnzers. Very, very cute

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 23/04/2012 14:43

:o tock

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:36

You've got a Kernado in there, Fluff!

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:36

I have a shoulder tatt. It looks like a piece of broccoli - done in Hong Kong when I was 19yo and predictably faddish even though I thought I was unique and cool. Ha.

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:34

Second Whim - if your BMI goes too low it's much harder to get a BFP - it's Mom Nature's way of dealing with famine/feast cycles of lore.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 14:32

Thanks Whim you are lovely. I also agree with the school days. While I loved my school, I wouldn't do it again in a million years!

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 23/04/2012 14:32

I'd love a tatt but then I got updiffed probably just as well :o

Mini-Fluff is doing well thanks maybe - 16 weeks and the size of an avocado :o

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:32

@ Maybe's pun. And loving the fact my clicking tock was loud enough to keep Sparks awake. Hahaha.

Peggy (Beandog) is a brindle cairn. Very lovely girl with a sweet disposition. She will make the perfect mum.

I missed practising my royal wave, but really recommend a trip to the Cutty now - it really looks fabulous especially as it is raised up so you can walk under the hull. Spectacular.

Good luck on your marathon application; I know a mum of 4 who runs marathons so you are guaranteed a BFP! I have done a half marathon - Hastings (includes a seven-mile incline to the downs, then a steep descent to the prom - gah) but I don't think I'll ever manage double the distance - far too Shock.

whimsicalname · 23/04/2012 14:30

Aaah, self harming.

Whoever said school days are the best days of your life didn't go to mine, that's for sure.

You are plenty thin enough maybe. That little egg needs a bit of cushioning to get comfy.

OP posts:
NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 14:25

Ooooh, and Bean am very jealous of your Cutty Sark/marathon exploits. Were you one of the people who was on the boat waving? I am entering the marathon when the ballot opens. If that doesn't get me diffed, then nothing bloody will Wink

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 14:24

Bean loving the name change. Also loving the pregnant pooch. What breed is she? They are going to have amazing puppies

I hope the retest goes swimmingly (see what I did there) I am sure it wil have improved due to all of DH's healthy changes.

Whim thank you, you are very kind. I am thinner than on my wedding day, but never thin enough A Vegas wedding you say! Amazing. Shame on your school. My year had a bout of competitve self harming. Luckily I sat on the sidelines for that one..

FluffPop loving your new name. How are things with kernel?

clickingtock · 23/04/2012 14:10

Busy bees aren't you?! Hairstroking to lots of those who feel the need. Especially Maybe - love the sound of your allotment, bet it looks ace. We have cleared space for an extra raised bed and are about to knock down our leaning shed of Newham... my raised beds in the garden have loads of salad and sunflowers coming up. Smile

Very sorry to hear of AFs and feadhucks and such like. Anything I can do?

Paltry news from Bean Towers. I somehow know I'm not diffed this month . DP to test again on Thursday. Further GP's appointment to discuss results booked for May 8th. More miracle cures lined up including powdered arginine. Less money in my purse.

DS is obsessed with fire engines. The dog is very bored of his 1-2-1 lectures on them (she hogs the sofa next to his favourite windowsill where he drives his fire engine round and round). Oh and she has a boyfriend - a v cute Schnauzer. She is on heat and they have DTD (really quite badly - I'm not sure if his aim is much good). I'm thinking if I can't get diffed I may as well live vicariously through my dog . Will let you know if she's preggo in a few weeks. Grin

Oh and we got to see the Cutty Sark this weekend. Stunning. Plus the Marathon at the end of the road.

Quite a lot of Bean Towers news in the end. Sorry!!!!

whimsicalname · 23/04/2012 14:08

Well maybe I'm sure there is nothing wrong with your body and that you are very lovely. In fact I think I've seen a picture of you in a wedding dress, and you are very lovely. I had trouble with food as a teenager, mostly because the ridiculous school I went to weighed us every 10 minutes, and competitive anorexia was pretty much an extra curricular activity.

I've got a tattoo too. I think it popped into my head because the lovely lady who looks after my boy at nursery is tatto-tastic, and has a new diamond tattoo on her finger as she got married last week. In Vegas no less. So we were talking about them this morning.

Thanks generic. I like your idea for a tatto. I'm still thinking of putting a ramekin and pee stick on FB as my profile photo.

FluffyJawsOfDoom · 23/04/2012 14:07

Sorry maybe - I'm a rebranded PopcornMouse :o

Who keeps a MN spreadsheet? Shock that is beyond organised... Envy

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 13:46

Oh my, apologies for the spelling mistakes Blush

NoMaybeAboutIt · 23/04/2012 13:39

Fluffy are you a name changer? Grin

Generic I feel uber cool with my Ipad. I asked DH something the other the day, and he replied 'I don't knoe, lets consult the Ipad@ Grin (disclaimer, we are from Essex, and DH is very Essex, therefore nothing like this would normally come out of his mouth Grin )

Whims I know exactly what you mean. It is probably about the control (and the fact that I really don't like my body) I went through a very bad patch with food/exercise. I also have a tattoo Wink

Pip I am now 14 months into TTC, with a MC and a few chemical pregnancies to boot. It's bloomin exhausting. How about you?

GenericDietCola · 23/04/2012 13:34

Whim get a tattoo of a rat being squashed by a baseball bat.

GenericDietCola · 23/04/2012 13:33

Ooh Geek I am excited for you! There are a few of us ov'ing in tandem - you, me, Solars, Bartlet I think. I may be wrong there as I don't have a MN spreadsheet, just my unreliable memory.

Smegs I agree with Pop/Fluffy - get to the doctor lovely.

Maybe sounds like you had a lovely week off. I have one of them there iPads too - it's great!

Whim I definitely prescribe emergency chocolate too. I've prescribed myself some too to ensure a healthy egg is popped this month. I'm sure it works like that.

Little allow me to karate chop your AF for messing with your head like that. My last two have been the same - spotting for a day and cramps, then nothing for 2 days, then it has arrived properly. I convinced myself it might be implantation both times, but obviously it wasn't. Seems to make it harder when she does come properly. My theory is that the B6 I am taking to lengthen my LP is starting to work hence the spotting but not quite proper AF. I don't chart or use the shag dictator, so I don't know what my LP actually is, but my cycles are only 24 days-ish. Anyway, I'm sure this cycle will be ours so we won't need to worry again!
