Um, no, but we have some acronyms that take some getting used to.

Apart from that, all you need is to want to get pregnant, and preferably have a partner that does too. Although that's not essential - just ask my neighbour.

Grin no cartoon! A CD helped me through labour with DD, totally different! I bought the one for hospital births, although I have my eye on the home birth one this time.

I see they do sell one for conception though, am a bit Hmm about that.
