Asseyez-vous mes amies and ready yourselves for the BESH Eurovision contest ever. Get ready with your Central European fashion, transvestites and inability to sing anything in tune. Get ready to rip your skirts off and leave your other halves no option but to make their mind up (do you see what I did there?) to get down to some swi and do your best not to think of Terry Wogan at any point in the proceedings. Finally, get ready to yell ?nul points? at the evil Droid should it dare to make an appearance.

Newbies, approach in high euro-camp mode, find and complete the BESHtionnaire to let us judge whether you are cynical and menkul enough to join us.

buggs It's really not too bad, the little one is 12 weeks on Monday (where the fuck?) and sleeps from ~8pm - 5am when he gets hungry so that's a GIFT! As soon as the sleep is cracked life goes on much as normal. I've been busy setting up my own business though and riding the horse a lot. Back to work end of May - assuming they have any work for me... meh. But as I'm a consultant if there's no work or there is work but too much travel and I refuse the assignment - then I stay at home and work on my own business - so it could be worse!

Fwiw, I never got a smiley on an OPK - although in retrospect I tested "too late" in my cycle wheras I conceive very early, day or so. Well, not conceive that early - but I need to SWI that early.

Hiya pone how luffly to see you! That system sounds much better. The worst thing in our hospital is that women on the same ward, not in the same bay but sometimes the next bay to each other when one is miscarrying and another is waiting for a termination Confused They try to deal with it as sensitively as possible but still....The scan lady sounds like she's got it sorted.
cave I rarely swear either these days. I too find it much more effective when I do. I just needed a really sweary day yesterday being cd1 and the pregnancy announcement. Generally I don't even say sh1t, very raraely the f word and I've only said the c u next Tuesday once in recent years! I really like feck because it sounds sweary but really isn't!
Pants to the BFN cave. But now we're mostly round the same cycle time lets try to put a positive spin on things.
So seriously, OPKs? Are clear blue smiley ones my best non-cheap option? I'm going to get some today...

Northey · 04/05/2012 08:42

Fanks, pone. I do understand about limited equipment and space and shit, but just sometimes... argh. Your scan lady's system sounds good though.

northey my hospital is really insensitive like that. Differs, cancer sufferers and those suffering with infertility all in the same waiting room. A few times we noticed women couldn't even look at my boy or my bump. :(

Scan lady has a "nicer" system. The day is broken up in to "vanity" scans, medical (20 week/growth) and ones in line for termination.

It's all shit though and I hope you all get your bfp's very soon.

I've never had that Norf, but everyone's different [helpful]

As expected, negative test this morning so today is fake CD2 and I will pop my pill with breakfast Sad

At least it's a 3 day weekend, and I've got my birthday next Friday to look forward to.

Apologies for not joining in on the swear fest. I'm not much of a swearer in "real life" either. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a prude, I do swear, just very rarely. I find it has more effect that way!

Northey · 03/05/2012 21:47

I have brown goo. Droid fucked off yesterday morning. Nothing since. And now brown goo.

Clomid poppers past and present - is this normal?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 21:23

You won't break the bean! It'll be fine. let the dinner go down and then jump him!

FriendofDorothy · 03/05/2012 21:11

He is and it was delicious!

I am wondering about doing the sechs tonight... it's been weeks! I am worried I might break the bean though.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 20:55

Mmmm roast lamb. Sounds yummy! Is The Mister home yet?

Northey · 03/05/2012 20:31

I would be eating the furniture by now, dottie.

Spunkmonkeys.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 20:15

Arf at wankstains! Grin
I spent most of yesterday doing the imaginary breaking the baybee win news. What's the opposite of a pregnancy scare when you don't want one? A pregnancy over excitement?!
Thank goodness for wheat bags and hot chocolate.
Pissing shitty bollocky wanks.

FriendofDorothy · 03/05/2012 20:15

I am cooking The Mister roast lamb tonight as tomorrow my parents arrive home He is currently still at work though. Bollocks :(

Northey · 03/05/2012 19:55

Wankstains.
Jizz

I am ironing. And talking to my fantasy baybee.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 19:26

Yes I have no idea how she survived either bugs. She'll never survive much longer. She hasn't got a clue!
The lasagne was so yummy MSB had a second portion :)

Ooh that sounds nice! It took me over an hour to make that ruddy thing, hope it tastes nice! Tis currently in the oven Smile

Northey · 03/05/2012 17:27

I am heating up some sainsbury's sweet potato bhajia. Yum.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 16:41

Steady norf don't want to upset the PESH!
I hate that the 'trying to win a baybee' clinics Re with the diffed clinics. Practical yes, but so disheartening.
I am being a desperate housewife and making lasagne.

Northey · 03/05/2012 16:11

Yes, even people who really suffered to win a baybee can fuck right off today.

My scan was in a different hospital from usual. This one makes you walk through rooms of adorable infants before you get to the ultrasound room. :(

Though I do appreciate that the parents of those children would rather not be taking them to hospital. But even so.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 16:04

I'm pissed off that I'm not diffed. I'm also pissed off about getting my hopes up. I'm pissed off that that email arrived just as the fecking droid did. Angry I'm pissed off that it's been so long and that she probably got diffed really quickly.
However, I have chocolate and a frijj milkshake. Actually today has bedn ok, slept in, getting stuff I'd left sorted finally. If it wasn't for the Battle of the Somme downstairs I'd have enjoyed it Hmm

Northey · 03/05/2012 14:51

You whiny old fucker.

It's nice to get the swears out again.

What are you pissed off about? Have you done too much and exhausted yourself?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 03/05/2012 14:36

Bollocks to it all norf. I'm thoroughly pissed off today!

Northey · 03/05/2012 14:25

Yes, Rulvakia. Cunts. (that was for you, bugs).

Heading home from baseline scan laughing wryly and not at all disappointedly at my secret hope that she would have taken one look at my uterus, paused, then asked meaningfully whether I had POASed recently. But no. It was the usual old boring empty womb. Fucksticks. (that was for you as well, bugs.)
