Asseyez-vous mes amies and ready yourselves for the BESH Eurovision contest ever. Get ready with your Central European fashion, transvestites and inability to sing anything in tune. Get ready to rip your skirts off and leave your other halves no option but to make their mind up (do you see what I did there?) to get down to some swi and do your best not to think of Terry Wogan at any point in the proceedings. Finally, get ready to yell ?nul points? at the evil Droid should it dare to make an appearance.

Newbies, approach in high euro-camp mode, find and complete the BESHtionnaire to let us judge whether you are cynical and menkul enough to join us.

Was it a good holiday? Apart from the need for suppressed sechsing... And how are you feeling more generally? You sound really perked up for having been away.

Gah about blasted maybe-droid, cave. It's so bloody complicated with wonky cycles :( By the way, your honeymoon sounds fab (just caught my eye on the other thread)

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 12/05/2012 17:46

Love the pep talk euro. I do it to MSB's swimmers.
I'm glad you had a luffly burfday cavey but :( for HWHNN leaving and to possible droid visitation! If it was all one long cycle, what cycle day would you be?
Well I've got my first :) . Seriously, this is flipping awesome! I want smiley face everything, why have I put off using them before?! I've told MSB it's game on. oh we're back from holiday by the way. Quite good really, we weren't comfortable sechsing in the room next to my Dad! although we may have once or twice

CaveMum · 12/05/2012 17:20

Afternoon all. Had a lovely birthday dinner last night with HWHNN who has now headed back to base for tomorrows flight Sad
We didnt manage the sechs so I'm hoping I don't lay my egg in the next few days. It is unlikely, earliest has been Day 14, which would be Wednesday, when he gets back.

I'm thinking droid is on the way anyway. Ive had off and on cramps today and a teeny bit of brown spotting this afternoon. If it is droid it would fit in with when I thought I ov'd, which means the clinic got it wrong and I've wasted a batch of Clomid tablets Hmm

So, tonight it is me, the cat, and I suspect several glasses of wine. I'm going to take myself off shopping tomorrow. I'm putting together a hamper for my best friend, full of lots of useful baby stuff like cotton wool, wipes, muslins, baby shampoo etc. I can see I'm going to spend a fortune on this baby already!

Northey · 12/05/2012 16:50

Is he going to try Lord Haw Haw next? There's a rich seam of fertility research waiting to be done here.

eurochick · 12/05/2012 11:08

Morning ladies. I am still waiting for my surge. KFZK just gave my ovaries a Churchill-style pep talk. Hopefully that will do the trick later.

Always tempting sinky, but not wise...you have sympathy. I hated nights, especially on the weekend. I hope you have some goodies to take with you. Just think of your nice warm bed when you get home in the morning. I'm sorry you're having such a confuddling time with the ivf service. It does seem logical that they sort it out but I guess therein lies the mystery of the NHS, anything but logical!
shreddie sounds like you're having fun?! Since I've been ill I've not been drinking much. Put it like this, my family have been lapping me and I've had quite a few cokes! I've had a couple of ciders and am just about to crack open another but that will be it for me today. Any more and my pain seems to flare up!
I started my smiley POAS regime today. No :) yet but I expect I'll get a smile in the next few days. My charts usually show an average of cd13 for ovulation and I'm only 9 now. Have told MSB we need go crack on though, he agreed! Grin
Sorry about the follicles norf, sending growy thoughts your way!

sinkingflameofhilarity · 11/05/2012 19:52

shred, I can't even begin to tell you how envious I am. Just about to go and start a night shift. Not sure pre work drinking is the best idea... But I really really want a glass of wine!

ShredniVashtar · 11/05/2012 19:39

Hola BESH! I iz a tit bipsy. I recommend it!

Hope GP appt is good, sinky. And sending a speshul pep talk to northey's follicles. C'mon guys!

sinkingflameofhilarity · 11/05/2012 14:28

Fanks. Got one Monday.

Northey · 11/05/2012 13:35

Ah, crap, hilarity. What a pile of poo. And the doctor that said "relax" quite frankly deserves a swatting with a freshly used dildocam. How soon can you get a GP appointment?

sinkingflameofhilarity · 11/05/2012 13:05

Salut BESHes.

High five to caves womanly bits. Cinq point for northy lining (lazy follicle? It it just slow to ripen?)

KatAndKit · 11/05/2012 12:58

euro that is frustrating. Can't win really - enforced sechsing is a passion killer and enforced abstinence is frustrating! Remember when sechs was fun?

norf that sucks about the follicles but glad there are some good signs all the same.

Northey · 11/05/2012 12:55
Shock

I must say, AMNH is getting a bit fed up of my texts reminding him not to fill the lonely hours of my absence by sitting around and, umm. diminishing his sperm quality.

eurochick · 11/05/2012 12:40

Fanks.

I'm sure KFZK will be grateful for that.

The worst thing about IUI is that it is very, er, frustrating. I have mega pre-ov horn now and we have to abstain for a couple of days so the IUI sample is in good shape. Thank F* for rabbits!

Northey · 11/05/2012 12:31

Hurrah for your follicle! Very well done. Your womb lining reminds me that mine has thickened too, which is a good sign.

eurochick · 11/05/2012 12:20

Bonne apres-midi mes Beshs. Comment ca va?

Bonne anniversaire, Cavey.

I had my pre-iui scan this morning. I have one 19mm follie brewing nicely so now I just need my smiley face to appear and I can book in for basting. My lining looks good too. So we just need to hope that the white goods are up to the job.

Norfy perhaps if you stand in fertiliser? Anyway, my follies do just what they should whenever they are checked upon and I still can't get diffed. Can you pass me some of that biscuit?

OP posts:
Northey · 11/05/2012 12:13

Bastard follicles have scarcely grown at all.

Am desponding in the hospital cafeteria with a broken biscuit and some inferior coffee.

CaveMum · 11/05/2012 10:12

Morning all! Thanks for birfday wishes Grin

[hands out chunks of carrot cake]

Hope the scan goes well Norf [waves pompoms]

Northey · 10/05/2012 21:50

use the turkey baster

Second tracking scan tomorrow. Am really quite excited. Grow, follicles, grow!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 10/05/2012 21:06

Hola BESHes! Greetings from Cumbria Spain.
Happy burfday cavey! Hope you have a luffly day tomorrow with HWHNN!
shredders I'm glad to hear your chap's swimmers are up to task. Crap as it is to have one individual in the partnership with the problem, it's better than having a double whammy. Hope the droid fecks off soon.
I will be peeing on a smiley stick from tomorrow. Unfortunately MSB got a stinky cold last week, he's nearly better but guess who's full of it now?! But I'll take one for the team when we get home. Bring on the sechsing!

ShredniVashtar · 10/05/2012 20:09

Happy biffday for tomorrow, Cavey! Sad about HWHNN going away but hope you enjoy your dinner out.

I'm bored. Waiting for droid to feck off so we can get back on the sechsing.

CaveMum · 10/05/2012 18:35

Hello fellow BESH, hope you are all well. Dor I hope you've had a nice easy day.

Tonight I am baking a carrot cake for my [sob] birfday tomorrow. HWHNN is taking me out for dinner tomorrow night but then has to go back to base on Saturday night as he's flying to Afghan on Sunday morning for 3 days to visit some guys that work for him [sigh]. The life of a military WAG Sad

Northey · 10/05/2012 12:47

Hurrah for fractionally less glossy than usual stepMIL!

Sounds like you're doing everything right, dor. Hang in there.

eurochick · 10/05/2012 10:32

Dor I am glad you are being looked after.

Yeah I think my head just feels a bit bolloxed and I really don't want to go to work and deal with other peoples' crises.

I am just hoping that I don't get any more bleeding. My lovely husband is being a superstar though. He has downloaded loads of books onto my Kindle and he is just being so sweet.
