Asseyez-vous mes amies and ready yourselves for the BESH Eurovision contest ever. Get ready with your Central European fashion, transvestites and inability to sing anything in tune. Get ready to rip your skirts off and leave your other halves no option but to make their mind up (do you see what I did there?) to get down to some swi and do your best not to think of Terry Wogan at any point in the proceedings. Finally, get ready to yell ?nul points? at the evil Droid should it dare to make an appearance.

Newbies, approach in high euro-camp mode, find and complete the BESHtionnaire to let us judge whether you are cynical and menkul enough to join us.

I shall practise wearing my lederhosen now. Possibly as an interlude entertainment. None of that wshy washy Irish dance shit here. It's leather pants and oompah bands all the way.

eurochick · 24/04/2012 13:32

megals=medals, btw

eurochick · 24/04/2012 13:32

Excellent. Can I nominate myself for the role of Lord High Commissioneress of Rulvakia? I would get to wear a hat with some ridiculous feathers sticking out of it. And lots and lots of megals for doing nothing at all on a garish sash.

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 13:21

norf - I like it. And we can all speak Rulvanglish for the whole of the next fred.

I think it is great efficiency to have the next fred sorted before we're even halfway through this one... Let's talk loads to get onto Rulvakia!!

Northey · 24/04/2012 12:25

Can we have national dress, possibly including lederhosen? And a diet involving thrilling ways with potato?

CaveMum · 24/04/2012 12:12

Hello Kat, how nice to "see" you Grin
Glad all is well with you and Max.

I'll third the suggestion of The BESH Republic of Rulvakia Grin

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 10:26

Happy - very happy - birthday kat and enjoy snuggling with a Real Baybee!!

I see a theme for the next fred: Rulvakia!

euro, I think it is entirely unreasonable of womble to complain about having catheter shuffed in. GRRR. But yes...

Waves to blondie, you are diffed too, right? How is it going?

Just keep still, faithy! Hope you're ok and enjoy the new toy!!

eurochick · 24/04/2012 10:13

Happy burfday kat! Welcome to Baby Max from his insane BESH aunties.

Dor glad to hear you are still diffed and getting proper preggo symptoms!

lemons I'm sorry the outsourcing was crampy. Funnily enough, I don't think our wombles much like having a catheter shoved into them!

faith that chart is still looking good! Mine is following its usual pattern.

Shall we start a new BESH Republic of Rulvakia?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 24/04/2012 09:49

Wow, a Kat shaped visitor! Congratulations Grin I luff the name Max. You sound so happy! Have a wonderful birthday, you deserve it.
And hello to blondie, how are you doing?
drizz I'm ok until I move! Quiet day waiting in for my phone to be delivered then will spend the remainder setting it up!

Northey · 24/04/2012 09:49

Hae a lovely day, kat!

I now have a box of Clomid in my hot little hand. It occurs to me that this is another ironidiff checkpoint. I shall be waiting for my period so I can start the pills, and it will never come .

blonderthanred · 24/04/2012 09:39

Happy birthday for tomorrow Kat! Delighted to hear all is going well with the real actual amazing baybee. Give him a cuddle from me.

Glad to hear Northey got the Clomid after the epic wait. It will work.

KatAndKit · 24/04/2012 09:01

Hello shlaaaaags!

I have got both my hands free for the first time in 11 days so I thought I would pop by and say hello. Baby Max is snoozing in his chair and I am still in my dressing gown. He is simply gorgeous! All is going well so far. This time tomorrow last year I was having the worst birthday in my life ever (2nd miscarriage) and this year I'll be having the bestest birthday in the world ever. Hopefully this will encourage some of you who are hanging on in there against the odds.

Was hoping to see a win in my absence according to the one in one out policy of the PESH. However, am very glad to see that dor still has her fanjo glued shut and by the sounds of it, you are having some good differ symptoms too! Anyone testing soon? I love a bit of POAS action.

northey the NHS policy sucks. It all sounds extremely annoying and frustrating for you. Hopefully the Clomid will do the job. All fingers are crossed.

bugs how are you? Are you on your holibobs now? Hope you enjoy lots of Cyprus sunshine, sea and brandy sours or whatever you choice of holiday bevvy is! Weather is shit here and it's days like this that I miss living in Cyprus beneath that lovely blue middle eastern sky.

FriendofDorothy · 24/04/2012 08:52

Yeah, and I am definitely not complaining about being tired (I promise). I think it is just a bit of a shock when it does actually happen (if you know what I mean!)

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 08:42

Wow - you lot are busy. Many posts while I briefly looked away. I don't care the dragon was for St George day. I liked it

Vino was good and thankfully not hangover today, not menkulling yet, so today might be a top day (if I leave MN and do some work :) ).

Sorry you're so knackered dor, but yay, you get to go somewhere for antenatal care. Wow.

How are you feeling today norf? And fee?

PS I like Rulvakia

CaveMum · 24/04/2012 08:41

Dor my bessie mate told me she felt exhausted in the first few weeks. Not good when she does such a labour intensive job!

[strokes sinky's hair soothingly]

They never did give in to the [kitten] or Cake campaigns either Sad

FriendofDorothy · 24/04/2012 08:35

I am fine. Just could sleep for Guernsey on a professional competitive and still feel like my nips are trapped in a vice. Did have to do another test this morning just to make sure as I didn't feel very pregnant this morning. Blush

Have to see the nurse at the GP on Thursday and then she should refer me to the specialist group who will take over my ante-natal care.

sinkingflameofhilarity · 24/04/2012 08:31

Ooh more xposts. And proof that despite being at work I'm not awake. Day 2-6. That's the one.

faife, I know it was for st George's day, but they ALWAYS spoil our fun like this. Tempt us with a flashy new emoticon, then take it away.

It's. Just. Too. Much.

sinkingflameofhilarity · 24/04/2012 08:27

Oh Rulvakia (checks spelling from last time), it's just next to that Estonia, around the black sea.. That sort of area...

norf, 5 days. I'm day 2 to 7. Currently on 3rd dose/day 4.

Well done on the third party intervention drizzel. And, while lacking dragons, I'll roar at the griping badness.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 24/04/2012 08:25

About 10 billion x-posts but I believe the Dragon was only for St George's day :(
lemmy sorry it wasn't such a good day yesterday but still hoping it's a success - ironic bfp?

CaveMum · 24/04/2012 08:23

Norf, I take 5 tablets of Clomid - 1 a day on CD2-6.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 24/04/2012 08:15

Well I'm only 9 or maybe 10 dpo cos it's changed it's mind a couple of times! So it's a tad early to be poas. just too early to poas for a fufc on Friday but hey Ho. I'll just be quietly optimistic.cavey my average luteal phase is about 15. I've been averaging a 26 day cycle lately so ov on cd11 would put me about right! Buzzwams are getting a bit tender too.
Now flamey, are you sure Rulvakia is in Europe?! Hmm that's what I always think when they announce certain countries
I'm rather missing the dragons :(
norf was the chat with AMNH over the phone? If so, he might be slightly better in person?
dor how are you feeling? Muchos tired from.your updates on t'other place?!

Northey · 24/04/2012 08:11

How long do I take it for, hils? Do I just start on CD2 and keep going forever?

Hurrah for outsourcing being over, anyway, lemons. And a massive stony glare at its ouchiness. Wine is a very good after treatment. Well done. How are you feeling this morning?

I didn't spot a pun

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 08:04

I noted it too, sinking but am nowhere near awake enough for bad puns...

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 08:02

What happened to the dragon smiley?!?! Angry and :(

lovesLemonDrizzleCake · 24/04/2012 08:02

Halloo (apparently Estonian, thank you Dr Google who knows everything)!

Nil points to your wait and then rather mixed appointment norf. But many points for the clomid prescription getting - let's hope you do a dor. (Sneaky waves at the diffed one). Do talk to people about amount to take and hiss boo to complexity of locations of le sechsing et les scans...

My outsourcing will be awarded with 8.5 points for efficiency (in and out in 15 minutes) but about -4 for unpleasantness (crampy womble and bleeding bits :( ). Oh and SB got 5.2 (mill) points, which was less than a third from last month's score. So all in all not a great day. I hid under a duvet with a painful tummy for the rest of the day and then met a friend for lots of vino... Let's hope the iui gets douze for results... All will be clear in 2 weeks.

Dragon at droid's threatening cave. And well done at a pretty graph fee. I'd hold out til 14dpo for peeing, but I am rather restrained on that front. But I would go back to the docs. Even if they only give you pain relief, you need some. And you cannot go back to work as is, so you may need to be signed off for longer.
