No EWCM, what can I do to help?

Been ttc #1 for 6 cycles, I'm 34.

I am charting and my cycles are regular - 27 days with a luteal phase of 13 days. So far so good. However I've had no luck so far and beginning to wonder if my lack of EWCM might be to blame.

I am now taking Evening Primrose from CD1 to ov, but is there anything else I can do? EWCM seems so important in conceiving and mine is MIA!!

I got some preseed actually but I haven't used it much as I'm supposed to be being slightly sneaky around DP as to when the fertile windows are, and producing the preseed is a bit of a giveaway!

I think I'll try it again this cycle though, thanks I'd forgotten I had it Blush

You might be having the right sort but it's just not much of it iyswim...sometimes it just stays around near your cervix so without sticking a finger up there you can't tell.

Saying that the more the better I t hink

Someone suggested drinking loads of milk actually. I think that was it anyway.

Also heard that Rock rose is a good Bach remedy to take for general dryness, but no idea if it works or not...they sell it in Boots.

Or you can get various lubricants that are supposed to mimic it - preseed in the USA, can't be sure what it's called if there's an equivalent over here.

That's encouraging biglips, but honestly I can't any difference in cm at all over the course of a cycle. It just kind of stays creamyish looking but dry (sorry tmi) and not much of it.....

I thought ttc was going to be fun Sad

also if i remember, try fresh pineapple juice to improve the EWCM

i hardly had EWCM at both pregnancies and got pg straight away. Mine was more of slippery see through egg white but didnt stretch at all. I used POS to track my O peaks. Wink
