Ttc month one, Am I going crazy?

Hello everyone,

Well a little about me, I'm 25 and my boyfriend is 34. We decided that I should come off the pill on the 23rd Feb, I was on cerazette for around eight months.

I bled from the 27th and decided to use a clearblue digital ovulation kit as I knew my cycles wouldnt be textbook. I stopped bleeding on 1st march which was thursday and got my smiley face on Friday.

We had sex on Friday with the pillow under the hips and I Stayed there for an hour, too scared to move lol same again on saturday.

Since friday I have had really dull lower back ache (i never notmally notice ovulation pains) headaches, im exhausted but cant seem to sleep very well. Then yesterday (saturday) I had cramps below my belly button as though I was about to get af, a strange pulling and fluttering, almost a vibrating kind of feeling inside accompanied by backache and then spotting pink blood when I wipe (sorry tmi) and I feel wetter than normal. Oh and heartburn.

Today i have stopped spotting but everything else is still there..... surley it must all be just in my head, this 2ww sucks!!!!

Nope never missed a pill. i cant understand it. im just going to buy more tests as i do myself think that the first ones were dud, although the lines were pink and appeared within one minute.

sounds like you must have missed some pills along the way. If not, congrats, you're a genuine medical miracle.

Dtd- do the deed (sex)

Swi- sex with intent

Cd- cycle day

Bfp- big fat positive

Bfn- big fat negative

Af- aunt flo (period)

I was on cerazette for a while and took nearly three months for af to return, I mean ppl have 'accidental' while on the pill or when they miss one guess it was just a lucky shot!

I think my last af was a withdrawel bleed from cerazette, ive read that it can happen within a day or so. then on a whim i decided to check my ovulation with the clearblue smileys and got a smiley last friday but it only lasted one day, no smiley on saturday. It shocked me that it was so soon.

Feel free to ask ladies. tbh i dont understand it myself and am waiting to discover that the whole batch of peesticks from asda were void as i dont know how its possible, i only poas yesterday to curb the feeling of needing to lol

Thanks for ur comments though, they really brought me down to the ground hard and made me realise that this may go horribly wrong as nothing adds up. i apologise for terrible typing, im lying in bed on my phone

Hmm yes wunny, I was thinking the sane but trying to give the benefit of the doubt and all that.

Was wondering if perhaps op had mixed up her pg and opk tests, that would explain the + result 15 days after af!

I'm also confused? You ov'd on cd5, dtd on cd5 and got BFP cd12, all within 2 weeks of coming of the pill and your OH has suspected he isn't even fertile? Wow!

Caspacutie- did you post the wrong dates in your op? You only started your af 15 days ago so I'm totally confused how you can have a bfp on cd15.

I only ovulate on cd15.

Has anyone else ever heard of people getting pg so quick into a cycle?

Genuinely interested btw, wondering how common this is?

Ohhhhh!!! Im only 6dpo BUT my bbs have been aching today and nipples feel tender to touch and ive just checked and i have three lumps on my left nipple that have NEVER been there before. just googled and they are exactly the same as mt's (as if i can spell that off the top of my head)

No nothing, not getting my hopes up as I've assumed it will take a while! I'll say I'm all chilled out then inside when it come to ovulation time I'm going mad planning everything times dates temps tests! My cycle is irregular sometimes too tho been averaging 33 days since i stopped Cerazette which may explain why the boobs aren't sore? Hate waiting it's enough to drive a woman mad! x

I'm crazy too on our 2nd month ttc and analysing every tiny twinge etc! High possibility I have pcos as tick most boxes, me and do are both 29 no kids and I've never been pregnant. Been dtd around when we think I'll ov and had a few positive ovpks, oddly this month though it's a week till af normally boobs are agony by now but nothing...! Good luck to you all xx
