To the rescue...
I'll carry on compiling the list and post it when you guys have all made your entries. Roll up everyone...

Diege · 18/06/2012 16:09

Grin at on jars for life. Samuel is pretty much the same food-wise. Mainly jars (when at home), sneaking in a few 7-9 months ones. Tried homemade rice pudding but he spat out all of the lumps quite neatly in a row onto his bib Hmm. We have a lot of home cooked stuff as a family but like you not really blendable down (can pasta and vegetable frittata be blended?). No success with finger food. Not sitting up, though trying and slumping...Rolling very well though. Crawling, I can't see that happening soon - more like a seal with flapping arms on belly Grin.
Right, we need someone to 'edit' (ie place in a list) the list-info'. You won't believe this but I can't find the copy and paste button on this new laptop, just a faves button where it used to be Blush...

AngelGeorgie · 18/06/2012 15:31

Diege think I can see/ feel some white stumps/ teeth... She dribbles +++ ,she sits up , talks away , pulls on you to kiss her & is generally fab.... We ve had a few weeks of her waking up hopefully that ll settle soon ... Not very good with disrupted sleep.
Eating : we ve come to a bit of a stand still she ll have her baby jars , yoghurts etc we used to blend potatoes etc. but a bit stuck
Now!!!! I ve just ordered a baby weaning book.... What does Samuel eat? Is he crawling yet? We ve tried blending if we ve had spaghetti etc... But quite often we have spicey stuff... So no good!!! Can see her being on 4-6 month jars to shes 21!!!
Ant bought her some of these , even though I'd moved her up to the next stage as he said " she doesn't like the others" !!!
Xxx

Arghh, a mistake already!! Ds2 born 2011, not 2012...

Graduates
Diege, 42, ds2 born October 2011, 10 months trying. Dc number 5!

Diege · 18/06/2012 14:38

Right, I'll start the list under 'graduates'...

Graduates: Diege, 42, ds2 born October 2012, 10mths of trying. Dc 5 for me!

Diege · 18/06/2012 14:36

Lol hold on in there my love! Never having gone overdue or even close really I can only imagine how frustrated you must be feeling (ditto fireflies!).
Angel I'm so sorry you're feeling so low, though as fireflies says, 18 months really is no time at all. Hope that you can enjoy your lunch out tomorrow etc and be kind to yourself. Apart from the cold, how is Phoebs doing now? I think Samuel is teething Hmm but with no sign of any teeth coming through (just going on dribbling and pain cries at night).
Somewhere good luck on timings for this month. I had forgoetten all the faffling with being in the right place at the right time that is ttc-ing!
Thanks for all your good wishes re: my test results. I tend to keep things like this private in rl, don't even mention to close friends/family, so it does help to have somewhere to chat about my fears etc.
Hello to all - how are things gum, Italian?
Oh and me old mucker Hippy thanks for the good wishes xxx

10000fireflies · 18/06/2012 13:47

lol sending your baby gentle eviction vibes. Smile

somewhere hope something has happened. Fingers crossed.

We could start the stats list ourselves. GG was exceptionally dedicated - I've no idea how she managed to keep such a close eye on our cycles!

Right, off for more monitoring. Hmm

10000fireflies · 18/06/2012 13:42

Angel big hugs to you. Is understandable that you'll have set backs from time to time so don't be too hard on yourself. I'm sure you must still need to do some grieving even now. It is only 18 months since you lost Georgie in shocking circumstances. No wonder it feels just like yesterday. You've dealt so incredibly well with everything, and I'm sure you will continue to do so. More hugs. FF xx

AngelGeorgie · 18/06/2012 13:30

Diege FX for your results ... Xxxx
Hippy hi xxx
Somewhere I ve learnt a lot from threads like this abd found the 2 I m on to be of great support. Hope u do too xxc
FF OMG nearly there xxxx
LOL same...,, I m very excited for u both... Hope I both get the deliveries you want...I ll wait to hear with bated breath xxx
Hi all; love to u all xxxx
Having a rough time here; was the SANDS service on Saturday met up with some lovely mumsnetters however, feel very delicate & fragile since. Had to come home from work today as in tears at work. The service was very moving but hard , so many people there. One of the songs played was ;Eva Cassidy " somewhere over the rainbow" which was 1 of thd songs we had at Georgie's service , so lovely but so sad. All my emotions feel so raw, so delicate again. Although, it's 18 months now I suddenly feel like it was yesterday.
Phebs is ok full of cold still took her to the walk in centre last night as sounded a bit raspy but chest is clear...,
All so hard again. If I don t feel better soon I m going to refer myself back to my counsellor..,. Hoping after a good kip now & lunch out with a mate tomorrow I ll feel a bit better.
Love to all xxxx

somewherebecomingrain · 18/06/2012 12:50

oh and diege good luck with your results x

somewherebecomingrain · 18/06/2012 12:49

good luck fireflies and lolfactor. I've been reading back over the thread so getting my head round a few more stories. knickyknocks and gum hope you are ok.

lolfactor i would really like the list.

have also learned a lot reading over the thread - eg in terms of the luteal phase, that the three times we SWI before Xmas weren't well timed. Last month's was tho. I had a late period, three BFN's, a long period and now have bloated tummy and feel sick and tired. So feel like something has happened - but not sure what.

Next time's SWI will be around a critical business meeting of my DP. Wonder if i'll actually ovulate then tho, as my cycle a bit wierd.

This is a journey it really is.
xx

lolfactor · 18/06/2012 04:31

FF so pleased that everything sounds so positive - although you must be climbing the walls, wishing your cervix would just get on with it. Keep your strength up, and keep smiling. We're all willing you on xx

Diege I can hear what you're saying - a planned phone call is like waiting for the jury to deliver a verdict; you'd rather someone slipped you a piece of paper!

It's 4:10am and I'm trying to stop crying and waking up dp. This baby just keeps growing and doesn't show any signs of wanting to come out. I'm officially due on Tuesday but from experience (and charting) I already feel well overdue for 'me'. DS2 and DD had already arrived easily by now (and looked very overcooked, despite being 3 days early). DS1 - the 'big bugger' was 2 days overdue when labour started and it took 36 hours. He didn't fit into the hospital crib. He wasn't heavy (8.8lbs) but he was off the scale head and lengthwise and I think that's a sign of being 'in' for a long time. I'm guessing my body is preparing itself for a slow but safe delivery. Either that, or it's in denial Hmm.

Hoping those of you going through difficult times are finding support in RL as well as here. It sounds like there has been a lot of sadness recently. I am hoping that this little one might give someone else a ray of hope - just as Lia66 TTT Angel Diege and BB gave me hope by having lovely babies after exceptionally difficult times.

We are really going to have to pick up where GG left off and make a 'list' so that everyone on the thread knows where we all are. It certainly made me feel better looking at the number of 'graduates' we had and how many people were on similar journeys.

hippychick66 · 17/06/2012 22:22

All the very best FF - you go girl!!!

Offering my virtual hand to hold to my old bezzie -Diage.

Love to all.

10000fireflies · 17/06/2012 21:16

Yes, one way or another by this time next week I will finally be a Mummy. Better get my act together! Quick!! Grin

However you get the results, waiting for them is absolutely the pits Diege. Will be looking out for your update and sending you lots of positive vibes in the meantime.

How's everyone else doing? FF xx

Diege · 17/06/2012 20:45

Thanks fireflies Smile. In a way I wish I was getting the results by post, rather than a 7.20pm phone call, but then as least I can talk them through if necessary. As you say, better to know what's what and be at least a little in control that way Blush
Best of luck for the coming days!!! By this time next week you will have your baby in your arms Grin Sounds like things may well happen before induciton, though if not at least you have a head start so to speak with the dilation. Will be thinking of you xxx

10000fireflies · 17/06/2012 19:58

Hey Diege no real news from me. Had stretch and sweep Fri, so now 2cm, and daily monitoring showing signs of very gentle contractions, but nothing significant. Induction Wednesday.

Is understandable that you're worried. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you for Tuesday and for some good news. In the meantime, does it help you to remind yourself that at least you are doing something about it? Some people will stick their heads in the sand and completely ignore similar issues.

So many of you are having a rough time. Hope to see you all on the up soon. FF xx

Diege · 17/06/2012 08:47

Hello! Hope everyone is ok. Wondering if silence from our pregnant ladies might be suggestive of anything happening??or not???
Hope those going through sadder, more contemplative times are managing/getting support etc.
Ok here, though getting very worried now for test results on Tuesday evening. They're also testing for hpv (high risk strains) to see if my CIN 1 is cause for concern or not. If present, that's when they might suggest the more invasive treatments. Silly to get so worked up when the resultds are already 'in' so to speak, but I am a worrier Blush.
Hope the weather is better than here where people are...what a summer!

gothinrecovery · 15/06/2012 12:03

I'm also crossing fingers re the post mc surge, definitely hope it is true.

I have an appointment with someone at the hospital to talk through options next week. The last time I saw infertility doc all they did was try and push me towards private IVF (whilst admitting there were no obvious medical issues) so am hoping there may be something else they can do now at least we have conceived naturally. Dunno what but will find out.

My mc was heavier than a normal period and went on for about a week.

Hugs to everyone, knicky/ gum sorry to hear what has happened over last few days, not coming on here much as am trying to get on with things and not obsess about TTC too much.

Diege · 15/06/2012 11:43

Hello! Gum at least things are heading back to normal, if that is any consolation at all. I think it's useful to temp, esp at this stage, so you know where you're at. You could always just temp up to ovulation to avoid the awful anxiety in the 2ww perhaps? Re: mc and bleeding, my mc's were also a lot shorter than normal periods, one heavier, one lighter Hmm.
Lol, fireflies very excited for you both - will be checking in regularly for signs/contraction news!

hopefulgum · 14/06/2012 23:25

knicky, my bleeding was only 2 and a half days, but I think it's still not finished. I had spotting last night, and finally a properly negative test yesterday, without a faint line, so now I think I might start a new cycle. Who knows, it may take a while to have properly emptied uterus.I guess I'll do some opks in about 2 weeks to see if I'm ovulating. I've actually started taking my temperature again, despite saying I'd throw the thermometer away Hmm because at least then I've got an indication of what is going on.

Miasmummy, glad to hear you feel supported. I hope the pregnancy is smooth, though I know it won't be easy.

I hope the post miscarriage surge is true too, though it hasn't been my experience to date. However, I'm certainly open to it this time.

Fireflies, any further updates? I'm so, so excited for you. Can't wait to hear about your lovely new baby.

Lol, don't overdo it....you want to have plenty of energy to birth your wee boy. Oh, so exciting!

knickyknocks · 14/06/2012 09:36

MAM lovely to hear that you're being thoroughly taken care of and being supported so well (quite right too).
lol mowing the lawn?? Think it's time to take things a little more easy please.
somewhere not sure if 7 days means a long period or a m/c. Did you do a preg test earlier in the week at all? My bleeding from the weekend all but stopped by Tuesday morning, so it was heavy but only lasted about 36 hours maximum - not like one of my normal periods at all.

somewherebecomingrain · 14/06/2012 09:07

that's great news miasmummy

MiaAlexandrasmummy · 13/06/2012 21:38

lol all very exciting!! Thought of you yesterday afternoon as I was seeing the consultant for the first time, but didn't see anyone in imminent labour...Smile

We had been a little worried about the appointment, but we actually saw the top consultant who helped with Mia's birth, rather the one of her team, and she was lovely. She knew all about Mia and wanted to know how she could best help DH and I deal with this pg. She has noted the dates of Mia's inquest and quite a bit of extra info to help anyone reading my notes. She is also happy to arrange scans whenever I decide I need them, and has already stated she would expect me to want a ELCS, given the circumstances of Mia's EMCS birth. We came out feeling very supported, which was nice.
