Welcome aboard ladies.
Please be seated, you may undo your seatbelts as soon as you see the SWI sign light up.

I'll be coming round with cake, biscuits and wine.

Come on girls, we can do it this month.

Heads held high and legs akimbo, off we go.

chunky it isnt going to work, pretending you have willpower.. i saw your post on the other thread Wink so what everyone else isnt saying!

Felt even more sick today than yesterday, but no more cramping, or even anything at all wrong except the overwelming urge to ! I might crack and use an internet cheapie tomorrow if I still feel the same. Not counting my symptoms chickens but...

Pipbin · 10/03/2012 20:08

Well hello and goodbye Kyzordz. That was a fleeting visit.

Right, lashings of EWCM today but a negative OPK so I'm off for a tour of the cockpit.

Crazytictac · 10/03/2012 19:56

Hehehe chunky, this is me NOT congratulating you yet :o :o :o. Some might say you are on a roll!

Welcome aboard kyzordz, prompt check in for you! :). Congratulations! Takes a while to sink in but magical feeling.

I'm having a turbulent flight. Convinced yest I was pg but today am sure I'm not.

Kyzordz · 10/03/2012 19:01

Hi everyone, I know I'm new here and haven't yet posted but I had my implant removed 5 weeks ago Monday, and I decided to test today because I haven't had a period since the implant removal, and I got a BFP this morning. Tested again with a digital thingy, and that one agrees with the first. I'm really shocked that it's happened so fast, feeling a mixture of anxiety and excitement!! Wow!! I'm not quite sure it's sunk in yet lol! :) I just wanted to post it somewhere, wasn't sure where would be best! I hope it's ok to put it here :)

Pipbin · 10/03/2012 15:54

Fingers crossed for you Chunky. Good luck holding off testing.

OP posts:
Chunkychicken · 10/03/2012 14:52

I am NOT here and I'm definitely not saying anything but I'm fairly positive I know what our third bit of luck is this month and it isn't winning the lottery. I'm NOT going to test DH's patience or tempt fate but I can't wait to see if AF will stay away on Mon/Tues... Wink

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 22:43

The delivery would be a hell of a lot less painful too Pipbin and would guarantee it for 5yrs. Plus, if you found it cheaper elsewhere, they'd refund you. Can't get that on the NHS Grin

Pipbin · 09/03/2012 22:10

So I now have EWCM, off to SWI!

Why can I not get a baby delivered from John Lewis?

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 20:38

I almost tested today too Candy because I was feeling do rubbish - dizzy, faint, nauseous & wanted to rule pg out. However, I couldn't find a sensitive enough test in Sainsburys so bought some lotto tickets instead Blush Think its prob a virus as feel pretty rubbish with shivers & such, so unlikely to be anything else, so figured a few mill would take my mind of not being preggo!! Grin

CandyPop · 09/03/2012 18:40

chunky congrats!!! ah the hattrick is on its way :)

mrstwinks as you can tell from my earlier posts i am going loopy and using you ladies to restrain me from testing.

As i said, ive been feeling cramps all week, woke up today with cramps, but this time round, it felt so much like AF cramps ...so not hopeful :(

Woke up this morning contemplating whether to test or not.... on one side to hold off until sunday and the other believing if POAS today then if its a negative then like better said, I can get on with the rest of the month before the next 2ww but again like better , i wouldnt trust the stick anyway if its a negative ! ..... . After half an hour of talking to myself in my hide, i actually took the sticks to the loo. I then sat on loo for 5 mins holding in my pee and thinking its now or never..... Ah but at last i resisted and held back. No point wasting a stick (even if its a cheapy one). I shall still strong and wait till sunday :)

so yes mrstwinks i too, Im driving myself mad!!!!

MrsTwinks · 09/03/2012 12:43

you can get that lucky! not sure you deserve it after causing me to get meatloaf songs stuck in my head mind...

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 12:36

Thanks MrsTwinks for that - not sure anyone can get that lucky though right? Sure 2 of 3 ain't bad though... :)

MrsTwinks · 09/03/2012 12:33

aww thats brilliant! Hang on thats two bits of good news now this month yes? house & job.... ?? these things come in threes...

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 12:24

DH got the job!!! Still not officially announced but he has been told on the QT...Grin Grin Grin

MrsTwinks · 09/03/2012 10:26

Chunky my SIL had NO symptoms with #2 at all, so much so even though they were TTC, as they had both been unwell that month etc she was shocked when AF didnt arrive, so don't rule yourself out yet!!!

MrsTwinks · 09/03/2012 10:23

so this morning I woke up feeling awful, like AF is about to come on and oh so nauseous. And I was doing so well at ignoring the 2ww... I lasted a week not thinking about it already, I thought I might make it until wednesday at least before I started counting the seconds until i can POAS

please tell me I'm not the only one testing next week already going ga-ga.

Chunkychicken · 09/03/2012 10:03

So do I look green? I should be...Envy

I'm a week off POAS if AF doesn't show up in the meantime. I check my mums group FB page & another mummy has said she's just got a BFP, and her DS will be 2 in April just like my DD.

Coincidence obviously but def feel like fate is playing a trick on me!!! Will it be next week or not?!! Hmm

Do not feel pg AT ALL so feeling a bit fed up. Want to POAS just to get the BFN so I can happily wait for AF but fear I won't believe it anyway, as its prob too early (just 11dpo if I ov on the day of my peak iyswim). Arggghhhh.

TuesdayNightClub · 08/03/2012 21:47

Better I did snigger at the thought of DTD, lemsip-style! Grin

I have a ten day LP so share your worries, have started 50mg of B6 this month after the advice on here, but convinced that a short LP coupled with a long cycle is just a bad combination...

CandyPop · 08/03/2012 21:46

awww i think our dhs dont mind being used in that way Grin

bettergetamoveon · 08/03/2012 21:36

Candy, I like Tuesdays reasoning, I'd also wait until CD29 for those reasons.
CD18 today. DH now ill too. He went to bed (the spare room) with a lemsip. Out of curiosity I did a OPK. Kind of hoping it would be negative because we dtd a couple of days ago and I could rest knowing the ship has sailed. However it was a very dark line, a great big positive. I felt even though we are both ill it would be such a shame to miss the opportunity. He says he feels used now Grin

I'm now officially in the 8 day wait. I should be due AF on 16th March. Such a short LP and a real worry Sad

TuesdayNightClub · 08/03/2012 19:44

Candy I would test on Sunday at cd29 if I were you. Reasons - it is very close to the end of your cycle so whilst not late, any result you get should be fairly reliable. You might also be able to tell if AF is on her way. Secondly if you and you partner are off on Sundays you can either spend it together happily planning minicandy's life, or you can go down the pub or distract yourself from a bfn. I'm reluctant to test mon-fri as the thought of testing then having to go to work is unappealing! Good luck!

Cejay8 · 08/03/2012 18:19

Candypop, I've promised myself I won't test until after AF is due - that's over a week away for me. The last few cycles I've weakened and tested early, and felt really rubbish seeing the BFN so I determined to stay strong this cycle! I'm not optimistic this cycle as I got very sick last week Sad and felt even worse knowing we should have been DTD!

We didn't have any of this with DS1 as got pregnant second cycle and AF being a week late was what prompted me to test. I'd say try to wait it put - keep busy!!Grin
