Oh Cupcakes, sorry to hear about bloody AF Sad, if there was a line on the test though then it sounds like maybe it was a chemical so perhaps your body is just warming up for next month Smile

Hi Smegs, nice to see you but sorry that AF has made another unwelcome visit Sad Hope the tart was yummy, certainly sounds it!

Meant to say yesterday that please don't worry about being old Whims after your DILF incident the other day. I was only saying the other day about how the junior doctors at work all look/seem so young these days and I find myself trying to mother them whereas 10 years ago I used to want to shag them and sometimes did! Perversely I do occasionally find myself attracted to younger men Did push the boundaries the other day at work though - I was examining a injured rugby player's thigh and was thinking about how my job has some perks Wink Then I looked more closely at his notes and found that the 6'2" hunk was in fact 15 Shock WTF! I'm sure he is very popular with the girls at school! Grin Grin

Right, I'm off to see how Biscuits is doing!

P.s First Response double packs are BOGOF in Superdrug and they have free delivery until 12th so I've just paid £20.98 for 8 tests including delivery - bargain!

Hurrumph I do believe AF is gracing my door - had a bit of spotting which is normal for 12 DPO pre-AF.

BUGGER OFF BITCH!!

Sooooooo exciting on the PSEPP thread! Too's CS is tomorrow so there will be two new Brooking Babies to join us! And Purple's due date is tomorrow too!! SQUEEE!!!

Smegs and Cupcakes I am so sorry re AF. I agree with Imps, Cups, sounds like a near miss to me love. Sorry. Thanks

I really enjoyed the present shopping but everyone I know is either pregnant or just had a baby. OK, that's an exaggeration, but at least I get to buy things for other people and dream about my own bump, which will be here very soon!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/03/2012 20:42

Oh Smegs and Cups I am so sorry the evil cow is here. But you will love fanjometering Cups

Ohhhhh, okay. So sorry Cupcakes Flowers. Sounds like a very near miss :(

Clearly AF doesn't want you to miss out on the joy of temping. How very thoughtful of her Hmm

Sorry she got you too Smegs. The stupid cow. (AF, that is, not you Smegs).

Stasi you must nearly be at PIAR day?

CupcakesAndCocktails · 08/03/2012 17:11

Imps I wish I could hold out hope but it's very heavy and I'm in my usual agony Sad

I'm currently doing the fertility friend lessons and my fanjometer is on it's way!

Imps7 · 08/03/2012 17:07

ERRRRR Cupcakes how do you know that AF is here, like, fo' shizzle? Sure it's not just a bleed??

OP posts:
CupcakesAndCocktails · 08/03/2012 15:48

Smegs very sorry AF has turned up. I was thinking it's very ironic that I've got AF on international women's day Smile We are experiencing the worst part of being a woman Grin

CupcakesAndCocktails · 08/03/2012 15:45

Imps and Pop thanks for the temping advice. I'll do some thermometer shopping this afternoon.

Maybe all those typos must be due to baby brain Grin

Smegs I can't believe your kitchen is not finished yet. Hope the electrician has turned up.

Sparkle you are officially crazy! But that's ok as most of us are crazy too Grin I've just been shopping. In superdrug I bought vit B6, tampons and 4 first response tests. I got a weird look off the checkout girl. I didn't really need the tests but a double pack was buy 1 get 1 free so I couldn't resist.

Bean glad to hear your feeling better about AF.

Waves to Generic

Well while I was out shopping AF finally came. I'm feeling very rough now. Anyway just to add to the mentalling I left the pregnancy test from this morning on my bedside table. I've just gone to chuck it in the bin and there is a stinking big pink line on there Confused. Obviously it's way out of the reading timeframe so it must be an error.

ScrambledSmegs · 08/03/2012 15:32

Ah bollocks. AF is here Angry Although at least the sick headache has lifted - I guess I shouldn't have forgotten my B6 every now and again this month Blush

Pop, my tart/quiche thing uses greek yoghurt, not cream, so it's definitely the eggs wot does the setting (see Imps the expert above!).

Off to check out prices of CBFM's!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 08/03/2012 14:58

Glad you feel better Bean I also agree that babies are better than tractors.

Imps7 · 08/03/2012 14:24

I'd do like for like, Pops - the egg is the thing wot makes it set, not the cream, so it should will work just as well, it will just be a little less rich.

Aww, I feel guilty for laughing at you now Maybe! Actually, no I don't Grin

beangrower · 08/03/2012 14:22

Grin @ "poppage"; I've been oggling some newborns at farm toddler group (as they are far more interesting than tractors, although DS would beg to differ).

Smegs - hello again, lovely. Great news about cd23. Fx for you but either way it's good news.

Am feeling tonnes better than cd1 moans. Quite Jekyll and Hyde I am.

See you all soon. xxx
