A quick check in from me in my last couple of days of holiday?. PQ definitely take the holiday opportunity! Like Snoopy I took my letters from Mr S as precaution and also the boxes of meds (if I had them) so they would look more official but no-one batted an eyelid. I think it?s obvious that, even though there are a lot of meds, they are not in ?drug dealer? quantities. Imagine some of the quantiies of pills some of the old folk in Florida are popping anyway! Probably way more than our piddly little arsenals.
If you did have to have intralipids there we could call the clinic in LA that I used and see if they know who does them in Florida. It took me ages to find someone in LA but they really knew their stuff so would prob have a good idea. Where are you going in Europe and when? Not somewhere too cold and snowy I hope.
I am already thinking, if I had my way, I would head straight to see mum and dad in Spain once I get home to the UK. I can't though, I have to get serious about work. Am dreading the cold weather and I have nothing to wear. I think I associate most thngs at home (cold, my clothes, any food?) with feeling nauseaous at the moment and I need to get back home and realise that it wasn?t the place/clothing/people etc that made me feel nauseous but the pregnancy and the Cyclogest!
Sorry about AF Euro. I can?t imagine how frustrating it must be after all this time.
Duggs, watching you carefully!
Stogan, 36 weeks?!! Agggh!!! It?s so exciting. Wish we were coming to your baby shower with you! It would be an emotional one that?s for sure.
Snoopy, sorry about the inconsiderate friends and the champagne comment. People just don?t have a clue do they. With this pregnancy friends who have already had kids have been telling me from the off about how I would feel in the first trimester. I felt like saying I?ve had five bloody first trimesters and this is my third in a year ? I KNOW how it bloody well feels to be pregnant! But they just can?t understand can they. And actually now in the second trimester they can start advising me?
Hope things are progressing ok Pico. I have to say I found my ERPC much easier than a natural one. It was at the local hospital and arranged within two days of confirming I needed one.
Re health care, I do have Aviva with DH?s work but never been able to use it for anything and it doesn?t cover anything to do with pregnancy EXCEPT if I needed a C section for medical reasons apparently ? found this out the other day.
Big waves to all, back in the cold and snow on Tuesday xx
