negative ovulations on strips

i have been testing since 12th jan i have a 31 day cycle and test 3 times a day and still negative

what does this mean

This month we are DTD EOD and then will do it daily once I see the positive - if I ever see it!!

It's hard to not wee or drink all day :( it means I can't go to the gym :(

the cheapy OPKs are quite hard to use, and the time of day required to get a result will vary from woman to woman and from one cycle to the next. You're meant to use afternoon wee, and not to have drunk anything for 4 hours before hand. I tend to do 2 a day, once at about 2pm and one at about 6pm. Its quite easy to not drink between 10am and 2pm, then have a drink after the 2pm test, and then not again till after 6pm test. If you time it right you only have to do these for a few days. I find it quite hard to work out what my CM is doing, but like temping as it does show that you have ovulated. So we SWI every 2nd day from CD 8, then daily from the first +ve on OPK / high on CBFM (whichever happens first) til I get a thermal shift. Covers all bases, I hope. The month we did this properly I did get pg (then mc). But now trying same method again.

Gosh this is a bloody nightmare! They say drink lots of water to get EWCM but you can't drink too much or your urine is diluted for opk arrrgggghhhhhh

i had trouble with cheapo ones from amazon didnt show and pos as stated in first post but noe i had success so on 2ww

winkle As I said above, I can do the first wee of the day, nothing. Then if I test a wee about 45 minutes later I get a strong positive. However, if I test an afternoon wee it's not quite strong enough to get a positive.
This is with cheapo internet strips though.

yes i did as it says on leaflet inside clear blue digi it doesnt matter what one it is and can be used first urine of the day

i changed ovulation products to clear blue digital and found i ovulated on day 9 and 10 so hopefully get BFP this month

I found if I collected my urine and left it to stand for 15 mins or room temp I got a clearer resulto

i just looked over my tests from last week i had one dark line last week but not sure when so i assume this was my + but cant be certain as had no mucus

i always test morning afternoon and about 10 pm and still negatives had no mucus and i been feeling sick and tired and painfull breasts

I ovulate very late ie day 22/23 or a 30 day cycle. Some people also never manage to get a positive since the LH surge can be quite short.

Try testing in the afternoon to catch the surge. Good luck!
