Hello all waves madly

Well my body decided to be play silly buggers the past couple of months. On my first cycle TTC, no less! AF arrived today, on CD46. HARRUMPH. Har har good joke, ladybits! Angry

But I am very delighted to see her in fact because I means my two months of confusion is over and I can now get cracking on this shiny new cycle!

Who's with me???? This is a glorious Superlux Superbus (the kind you'd see US presidential candidates rolling about in), with all de mod cons (dedicated champers fridge and shiny chrome margarita blender).

Zara1984 - TTC#1, Cycle 2, AF due 24 Feb

Fingers crossed for you Kelbells and well done on thinking ahead Stickle :o

Feeling fine today although still can't believe it. Keep wondering if it was all a practical joke & AF will jump out from behind a tree or something, shouting 'Gotcha!'. Will test again at the weekend to make sure that the line is getting darker (as I have a twin pack of tests calling my name!!) and then maybe allow myself to get a bit excited.

Also swing between wanting to tell everybody everything in RL and then wanting to wait until I'm a bit more certain. I suppose I should get myself booked in with a midwife at some point too!!

It's weird, last time, everything went really well and I had a straightforward pregnancy, quick delivery of a full term baby, but I sort of just assumed it would be fine from the moment I got the BFP. Now I'm nervous & a bit worried about what might go wrong (MC, prem baby, scans show probs, C-section) and scared to let myself believe its happening. Perhaps a case of too much information??!! Anyone else expecting #2+ feel like that, or am I bonkers? Blush

Anyway, sending +ve vibes to all for a BFP this month. October will be baby-boom month!! :o

Sticklebricksuk · 08/02/2012 12:34

kelbells no news here yet but have had awful cramping which I assumed was AF on her way but it's now 4 days later and no AF ?!?! So, am away for work dahn Sarf and have packed a pg test and tampons to cover both eventualities! Will test in the morning if no AF today. Staying in a hotel so can do it first thing without dh commenting that I am neurotic (despite asking every day if "anythings happening"!). Will keep you all updated as this bus seems to be soooo lucky so far!

TooMuchRumba79 · 08/02/2012 11:04

MustBeDue - been having the same, was quite surprised about cm yesterday but maybe I've always had it like that and just haven't paid any attention to it previously. Got a faint line on opk. Felt randy. Thought all this should have been finished after my positive opk on Friday! Had horrible twinges all day but remember having these last month as well and still got AF. So my prognosis is that I'm just over-analysing everything again!

Puggymum - keep those TTC theme tunes coming!! Grin

Kelbells - are you going for your scan lunchtime today? How exciting! I'm sure everything is fine, sending lots of positive energy your way!! Smile

Give me B! (B!) Give me F! (F!) Give me P!(P!) Give me S! (S!)Gooooo Superbus!!!

Kelbells · 08/02/2012 09:55

Morning Ladies!

Thanks for the congrats!! How are all the bfp's feeling today? Anyone else testing?? Sticklebricksuk and Lyftdust... Any news??

Notthe I'm sensing implantation bleeding Grin.... Keeping it all crossed for you!

Tuesday I know what you mean about doing a little bit each day to help... And I got very obsessive excited trying to work out every dip and rise... Grin

Sunshine Good luck testing today Friday Smile...

So, my spotting continues today...... I rang my local epu today for some reassurance advice and with my previous history, they've offered me and early scan at lunchtime... I won't see much as it's so early but I suppose they'll check that everything's where it should be and not an ectopic etc... They'll then rescan in a couple of weeks if everything's well. Really trying to stay positive that it's just an early opportunity to meet the bean and I'm swinging between excitement and apprehensive deja vu.... But... I know spotting is REALLY common so excitement is winning at the moment (I've always been a glass half full kinda gal Smile)

In the meantime..... BFPs! BFPs! BFPs!!!!....

Chunkychicken · 08/02/2012 08:02

Congratulations Kelbells. I hope the luck continues... :)

piggyboo · 07/02/2012 23:26

celebmum · 07/02/2012 22:17

Ooh congrats chunky! What a lucky day for BDPs! Grin

Just to confirm I did a CB digi and got a ' ' 'pregnant 1-2 weeks' so my 'faint line' was indeed there!! xx

sunshinejanuary · 07/02/2012 22:15

Oh my word, I go away for 24 hours and look what happens! Fantastic news Kellsbells and Chunkychicken
Now I am BUSTING to test!! I am due on on Friday and was trying to hold out to Saturday but you lot are a bad influence (well, a good influence if the luck holds!!). Only Sticklebricksuk and Lyftdust ahead of me. I will try to hold on! Not least as I have 2 Sainbury's tests and I have no idea of their accuracy!
I am so pleased to see so much good news here ladies!
BFP's BFP's!

Pipbin · 07/02/2012 22:03

Hello guys.

Look at all those BFPs. Good going, leave some room on the top deck there for the rest of us.

Why is this all so frustratingly slow? I have a 35 day cycle, just started getting EWCM but I'm going to have to wait until 27th to find out what is going on. It's just so frustrating.
Also, DH had a second SA on Saturday and we are waiting for the results now. We haven't been told why he had to do it again.
This is my first month of temping which is at least giving me the feeling of some control.

Also, we have booked a holiday to San Francisco over Easter so I'm bound to get pg before then aren't I? TBH it has given me something else to focus on.
I'm not happy unless I'm organising and for all my organising I wasn't getting pregnant.

cherrypiew3 · 07/02/2012 21:29

Congratulations Celebmum, Chunky and KelbellsSmileSmileSmile

Zara1984 · 07/02/2012 21:18

BFPS! BFPS!

TuesdayNightClub · 07/02/2012 21:16

Congrats kelbells that is great! What a lucky bus!

I am charting this month, I like the idea of "doing a little bit each day" towards TTC, it keeps the madness at bay who am I kiddding but my temps seem quite all over the place. I do like seeing my graph grow each day though!

MORE BFPS! MORE BFPS!

PuggyMum · 07/02/2012 21:14

Now changes singing to Baby Baby by Justin Bieber!

All together now 'Baby Baby Baby oh!'

Congrats to all the BFP's!!

notthehippopotamus · 07/02/2012 21:02

Massive congratulations celebmum, Chunky and kelbells!! Fantastic news, I'm so pleased. Fingers crossed for sticky beans for all of you.

Really hoping the luck of this bus is going to extend to me too. More spotting today, which is very unusual for me. Now 10dpo and have had it since 6/7dpo. AF not due until Saturday and I usually only get spotting for a day beforehand, when temp dips. Not really any other symptoms though. Had a seriously manic day at work today so that's helping to take my mind off the obsessive symptom-spotting and am holding out to test until AF is late. :)

Good luck all other 2WW-ers!

TooMuchRumba79 · 07/02/2012 20:50

Whoa this bus is magic!!
Congrats Kelbells!!

Good luck all y'all testing soon... Wink

Panzee · 07/02/2012 20:40

PrimalChic · 07/02/2012 20:36

Congratulations kelbells!

So bloated and had a sore back. Reckon I could get a seat on the train with this tummy! Pleeeeease let it be a baby bloat and not an early AF paunch...!

Evening Ladies,

What a collection of BFPs! Congrats Chunky, Celebmum and again to you Piggy

This is truly a lucky bus as I've got one too! 10dpo today, (I've been testing like a deluded person since 7dpo) I did an internet cheapy at about 5am this morning.... Which had the teeniest faint line on it and caved later on to do a CB digi... I was feeling like a fool sure it would be negative and I'd wasted a fiver... Then... 'Pregnant 1-2 weeks' whoop whoop!! Fingers crossed EDD 19th October!!!

We didn't actually dtd on ov day.... So, a girl maybe?? Smile

First month of charting and preseed... Worth a go I say!!! I definitely have symptoms, bloating, vivid dreams, backache, queasiness, fatigue, WIND!.... But I also had some bleeding today which worries me a bit as I've had a MMC (9w) and CP(4w) recently - I think that I'll hold off on the pregnancy forums for a bit - Just in case iykwim!

Tuesday Have you tried charting? I was doing it for the first time this month - It didn't help us to conceive but it gave me a sense of control over my flipping annoying, life of its own body! Grin

Primal I feel your 2ww pain... DH actually thinks he's married a crazy woman.... I always thought I'd end up being the crazy spinster cat woman and instead have ended up being the unhinged desperate for a baby nutter!

So, hope this one sticks.... I hope they ALL stick and this is the tip of the BFP iceberg!!!! Grin

Chunkychicken · 07/02/2012 19:08

Know... not now. Baby brain already???!!!

Chunkychicken · 07/02/2012 19:07

Now that feeling - swear DD has been wrecking the place deliberately to prove a point!!!

piggyboo · 07/02/2012 19:06

chunky no real signs yet, was a bit bloated last night and retched a couple of times whilst driving DD to nursery otherwise nada, i must admit i'm looking foorward to bigger boobs but no sign yet. Not looking forward to major fatigue or sickness, not sure how i'm gonna cope with a toddler and pregnancy but too late now to change my mind Confused

TuesdayNightClub · 07/02/2012 18:10

Oh yay congratulations celeb mum and chunky! Fingers crossed for a happy and healthy 9 months for both you. How amazing that some new lives have been created! All thanks to this bus sort of

I'm feeling pretty down this month, my body is pllaying silly buggers and I just feel like I haven't a clue what's going on anymore. I suppose it means swi all through the month rather than just for a short time
