Angels and Rainbows - The beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of the storm. But it can provide colour and hope.

“Rainbow Babies” is the understanding that the beauty of a rainbow does not negate the ravages of the storm. When a rainbow appears, it doesn’t mean the storm never happened or that the family is not still dealing with its aftermath. What it means is that something beautiful and full of light has appeared in the midst of the darkness and clouds. Storm clouds may still hover but the rainbow provides a counter balance of color, energy and hope.

Oh Fan I'm sorry love Sad Bloody AF. Does sound like the ratties are keeping your positive though. They sound so sweet! Went to the cemetery yesterday and in just a week the daffodils that have come out are incredible, have you seen them? It looks so lovely and spring like there. Glad dh is on the mend and apologised, was it a push bike or motor bike?

Well after the great news from blue I have some bad news that AF has rasied her ugly head today, two days early! Im ok about it really, a bit annoyed but well I beleive it will happen at some point. I joked with DH earlier saying ive only got 16 good years left of the old eggs! lol

too I hope your dog will come round, I guess you just have to give dog just needs a bit of extra love. dog probably feels a bit left out and Maia is a totally different smell, so hopefully that will change and the dog wil adjust to not being the baby anymore.

razz dh is very sore hes on pain killers and has a heat patch on his back. He has apoligised and has promised that he will never ride home drunk again, and that he will try to be nicer when he is drunk. The rat taming is going well, Peanut come out of the cage and sits on my shoulder, but biscuit is still very shy, but thats ok if that is his personality. They are sweet, and take food out of my hand very gently!
Im sitting here watching crufts again, I really want a dog! (cant have one) but I so want one, Im loving that Norwich terrier hope he wins, if not him then the Irish water spaniel. Im so sad! Whats your dao too?

Wow Too home already that's really good going after the section. How are you feeling wound wise? I expect the dog and Maia will get used to each other soon, bound to be a bit strange for him/her a noisy little person arriving Smile Hope you are managing to get some rest, in amongst lots of lovely cuddles of course. I had a heart murmur at birth and it's never ever caused me an ounce of trouble, would never have know I'd known. Understandably a worry for you but they would never have discharged her if they were at all concerned. Take care of yourself xxx

Razz wow, 5 sleeps (or lying awakes!!) Grin What a good size for 34 weeks xx

15 weeks this week for me, in that limbo land where I have no real pg symptoms but also nothing to make me think anything is wrong. Am just hoping the mw will be able to hear the heartbeat at my 16 week appt. That should see me through to my 20wk scan! What a gorgeous weekend it's been, been gardening with K's help all day, glorious Smile

Wow, congratulations, Blue, that's amazing! Yippee! Hope this is a bumper month for all the ttc-ers.

Am home now with little Maia-Bean. She is snuggled up on my chest fast asleep as I'm typing. Today's been a bit emotional, mainly as she has a tiny heart murmur, but not enough to stop her being discharged from hospital. Also, dog is being a bit weird about her, which totally threw me. I just want to wrap her up in cotton wool and never let her go!

Razz, glad that the growth scan went well. Hang in there, you're nearly there!

Vicky, hope all is going well for you too.

razzdazz · 11/03/2012 19:38

Massive congratulations blue, hopefully see you back here after lent Grin
My fingers are crossed for blizy, fan and mias
Hope you are enjoying your cuddles with your little rainbow too
Hope dh is feeling a bit less sore now fan and has given you a big fat apology. How is the rat taming going?? Thought of you and your rats yesterday as I was having a poke around the barn at the new house and kept on half expecting a big old rat to jump out Grin

My growth scan went well on Friday, am quite clearly growing a chunkster as he weighs (estimate) 5lb14 at 34 weeks!!!! My fluid has gone up again but not too concerned as delivery is so soon, only 5 attempts at sleep left!!!!
Hope you have all had a nice weekend and that the sun was shining today for you all.
