Morning! Yet another broken night, oh joy. I am due to go to IKEA shortly, but it's probably unwise as I may get THE RAGE. Considering yesterday's outburst it could be very dramatic.

Solars sorry they're mucking you around. It sounds so frustrating. Is there really no way you can make it to the amended appointment?

far it ain't over yet!

Brooking for you too, Imps!

I had a lovely dream last night that everyone on the thread who isn't already upduffed got BFP's this cycle, and we all met up for cake with massive bumps. How nice is that?! I love that dreams can gloss over basic biological facts too, like babies take 9 months not 9 days Xmas Smile

CD7 and I have tingly boobs today. I never normally get booby AF symptoms, but I suppose there's always a first time. GP appointment tomorrow, so hopefully will get the ball rolling there. We've been trying for a while now and coupled with my age, short LP and the odd cycle last time, I hope she'll take me seriously. Aw heck, I know she will!

PopcornMouse · 07/12/2011 09:27

My neck is much better today, thanks maybe! Ooo naaaice socks!
Awww I'm sorry you're feeling down in the dumps. It's these dark morning and evenings, isn't it? :(

solars nightmare, what's the point of that? Hmm
Are you temping? You could at least get some indication of likely ovulation from that? Or are you taking it more for quality than quantity?

Imps7 · 07/12/2011 09:24
farfallarocks · 07/12/2011 09:14

maybe we are going to have to steal a technique from the BESH thread and punch you in the kidneys until you POAS!!! This is just so exciting!

dream don't worry, I know you were joking, I have obviously developed a buit or a rep for blazing into those gender threads but you may note I have sat on my hands for the latest ones Grin

My friend has twin boys and she was really worried about them being a handful but they are the most sweetest, charming, affectionate boys and bound around like excited puppies!

solars that really sucks, I am so sorry, I thought the monitoring was really important on clomid to check you were not being overstimulated. Can you try asking for a cancellation appointment at short notice (if you are able to do that of course?)

bean I am tired apparently according to that questionnaire, woo hoo, I can still have booze in moderation! I must say I have not managed to give up coffee, I just can;t do it but I have limited this to just one really good strong cup a day.

green your day sounds wonderful, very jealous!

have I am so sorry you have messed about by the loss adjuster. I had a very similar experience, it happened 3 times! In the end I called the insurance company back and insisted they appoint someone else and I threatened to add 3 lost days income to my claim. They sorted it pronto and we ended up getting a total gem of a loss adjuster who agreed to redecorate the whole flat (as opposed to just one wall which would have looked absurd). This was due to water damage though not fire. How are you feeling about it all?

imps any more testing for you today?

Nothing to report here, more spotting and cramps, its defo AF as my boobs are no longer sore and have shrunk dramatically. Argh! Never mind, I will have to capitalise on the holiday season for some well times SWI this month!

Loooopy · 07/12/2011 08:47

MAYBE TEST TEST TEST TEST TEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

symptoms...no AF, wind, higher temps, stabbing crampy feeling (AKA STRETCHING PAINS!!)

we really must insist on you confirming your BFP Xmas Wink

< orders a job load of tests to be delivered to the maybe household in the hope that if we send enough over, at least one will accidentally fall into the loo when she next has a pee Xmas Grin >

Maybe, you do realise you're driving us all stark raving mad? As evidenced by Imps's subtle post...

possiblemaybebaby · 07/12/2011 08:10

Morning all!

Solars how do you think the clomid is going? Thats so frustrating for you.

Beedle no cramps to speak of today. The ones last night weren't even really cramps, more like little stabby pains Xmas Hmm

BeedleTheBard · 07/12/2011 07:13

or even a lovely day - but lovey is good too Xmas Blush

BeedleTheBard · 07/12/2011 07:12

maybe hope the cramps have disappeared overnight.

solars sorry to hear about your frustrations with the NHS.

well just to be different, I did the questionnaire and I'm dry - but I'm not sure I am really, so I'm going to try again tonight but ignore all the woo questions like do I prefer hot drinks or cold drinks and just answer the factual questions. Or maybe I am just a bit of everything and should only eat lentils and carrots and my own body weight in supplements Xmas Grin

hope everyone has a lovey day

Biscuitsandtea · 07/12/2011 06:38

Morning all, sorry not to name check y'all but just wondered if Have had heard anything back from MrHave's scan on Friday?

Hope all is well and the meds are still going ok, or rather the lack of them is. Also obviously hope that you're making some progress in getting the house sorted - I wonder if you could get some kind of Extreme Makeover Home Edition type of thing done? Where they turn your normal house into something 18 times the size and fill it with total luxury stuff. I'm pretty sure you deserve it my lovely xxx

Solars · 06/12/2011 22:46

Errrrmmm i'm also stuck & tired Xmas Hmm

You girls are right I am not going to be needing that appointment!!! But it is so annoying, Pop it was for a follow up on the clomid pills, to see how I was getting on with them, at this rate I reckon I'll have finished the prescription before I get my next appointment as I've only been given it for 4 months! Bean unfortunately because it's a follow up on the clomid prescribed by the NHS I won't be able do it privately! It's just all very frustrating on the NHS!

Anyway enough about me! Maybe there is no way af will make an appearance - visualise that positive pee stick you'll be getting on wednesday, thursday, friday saturday!!

Welcome Cake tell us about your journey so far x

Errm baby brain, i've forgotten what else I was supposed to write.....

possiblemaybebaby · 06/12/2011 22:35

You are right Imps. No AF No AF No AF

Imps7 · 06/12/2011 21:58

Guess who is also stuck and tired?! Yes, that's right, moi!

Maybe, no, I am not having it. There's no AF for you this cycle, d'you hear?

possiblemaybebaby · 06/12/2011 21:17

Apparently I am also tired and stuck Xmas Hmm

I think I feel a bit crampy, so AF is probably on her way. Ho hum, here's to a 2012 BFP Xmas Smile

TheLittleFriend · 06/12/2011 20:34

Thanks for that bean

beangrower · 06/12/2011 20:28

DS is defo not a Tired, I mean. Durr.

Hi Olives!

beangrower · 06/12/2011 20:26

Little - here's the questionnaire. I have the book and am about to be done for plagiarmism... Xmas Grin

beangrower · 06/12/2011 20:23

Hello Cakes

Right - here goes all you Stuckers and Knackereds...

Points to note if you are STUCK:

60% fruit/veg; 30% carbs; 10% protein.

Helps the liver apparently. Lemon in hot water in the morning, first thing.

Turmeric, thyme, lemon, garlic, mint.

Supplements: fatty acids - v important. EPOil (first half of month only) and fishy fats. Zinc. VitB. Calcium. Magnesium. Red rasp leaf. Low-dose aspiring

Eat slowly and chew, chew, chew.

Avoid: red meat (esp non-organic), caffeine, alcohol, dairy products, soya products and flax seeds (interesting as these are often advised for TTC). Don't eat when on the run/angry or upset.

Regular exercise but don't swim in cold water. Meditation/yoga esp' good as Stucks are anxious types.

LAUGH. Go on, louder.

And here goes for TIREDs:

Simple food (well cooked so easy to digest): 50% carbs; 30% veg/fruit; 20% protein.

Pulses. Seeds. Green tea. Spicy warming food - cinnamon, ginger, chilli etc.

Avoid: dairy and wheat. Raw and frozen. Tofu. Excess salt. Alcohol (esp beer).

Regular exercise but don't overdo it.

Limit stress. Keep warm. Protect your back and knees (weak points). Try visualisation. Learn to say "No!" (Wow - my DS is definitely not a Stuck.)

Supplements: royal jelly, wheatgrass, chromium, l-arginine, agnus castus, false unicorn.

Phew. Hope that helps, if rather a lot to take in! If you are a bit of both then you can rework the food stats as somewhere inbetween presumably?! Xmas Smile

Oh Maybe - don't be on a downer. You are pg and therefore tired and emotional. Xmas Grin

TheLittleFriend · 06/12/2011 20:22

stasi could you like to the fertility questionnaire? Just curious, ta x

possiblemaybebaby · 06/12/2011 19:44

Pop I am currently making these. Sorry to hear about your neck Xmas Sad I didn't make it to the gym tonight, I am so so tired, and feeling very down in the dumps and podgy Xmas Sad

Sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday Olives!

These types sound very interesting. I haven't taken the questionnaire.

Welcome Cakes how are you? Welcome to the land of the smacked rat Xmas Grin
