Aaaaargh !!! Don't know what to do with myself during 2ww !!

AF still hasn't come for me, this is the second period I've missed now, but I'm still getting BFNs. Hmm. So I'm still waiting, got a GPs appointment for tomorrow though. Good luck to everyone still waiting!

I think I'm 10dpo today, ttc immediately after a chemical, test came back negative. 4 days to go....how will I make it!!!!! This is toture! Good to know I'm not alone though!

Can I join in? Have been ttc since March but this is my first time posting on the conception boards.
I am 3 DPO (I think) - had lots of EWCM at the weekend and we had SWI a couple of times. On Monday the EWCM had blood in it which freaked me out so we haven't done any SWI since then.
AF due 22nd December so I'll be testing just before Christmas!

Hope you all don't mind me joining in :D I'm 3 weeks late today with a usually clockwork AF. I've had about 10 BFNs despite loads of symptoms that I can only put down to being up the duff sooo I'm waiting to see if AF rocks up this month. I'm really scared because I so don't want it to, and if it does turn up I'll be so upset and questioning my sanity and my sore/hard boobs

.....and so, 30 days since the 'accident', still no af, and got a doctors appointment for tomorrow to investigate. Very much hoping it is not a burst cyst, blighted ovum or a failed implantation.
How is everyone else doing on here? Anyone testing soon? Anymore bfps?

I was just wondering for those of you still in, how many DPO are you going to test? I'm 6dpo and fighting the urge to POAS tomorrow.

I'm out, AF is here. Sorry to be gloomy but.. I'm feeling negative, I'm very much the wrong side of 35 and feeling it :( I'm going to start with that charting thing and go from 2 to 1 bf's starting today though.

Dandare, this is what I know about IB:

It happens normally between 6-12 days after conception, approx a week before af is due for regular people. Most common on day 9 after conception.
Can be anything from 2-7days long.
I tend to believe women's testimonials about what colour/how much/how long it is, as a lot of sites (especially clinical ones) are very definite about what it should be like, that completely contradict people that have actually had it!
(I've had to do a lot of research on this lately!)

Still bfns for me. Still no af though. Day 45 of my cycle. The longest cycle I've had in the past is 45 days, so, just waiting for af, and making a doctors appointment for some time next week.

Hi all - I am a bit of a lurker, haven't previously posted here but ttc dc2, been ages and we don't have sex enough really...! I am a bit despairing really but just found some v bright bleeding nearly 2 weeks before af due...

I tried to look at existing threads on bleeding or implantation bleeding but am just more confused . You guys seem very up to speed on this whole process, so I thought it might be worth cheekily asking what anyone thinks - I am regular as clockwork normally so I just dunno what this means?
Any words of wisdom??

I should probably add that I also had severe exhaustion within the first couple of weeks. And that my boobs keep on inflating.
And, that me and dh were not ttc. So as for actual day of ovulation, I can't be absolutely sure. So really, today is 26 days-past-accident :)
Both of us will be ecstatic if we get a bfp though. Me especially.
If we get bfn for too much longer, then I will have to go to the doctor for investigating though :(

Sedgie, I had to trawl back through some old work e-mails and stuff to work out how late I found out last time, as my memory is shockingly bad, plus they changed all my dates on me, (my dates were correct for conception, and I feel that I and dh would know not the nhs!!). I was just over 6 weeks, (so 4 weeks past conception, plus a couple of days). I had done a test a few days earlier because I had such sore boobs, but it came out negative. I had 2 weeks of really sore boobs before I got a positive.
At the moment, I am having nausea most days, my nipples have been super sensitive, and a big blue vein on one boob, which I have to say, is NOT sexy!
My moods have been up and down the last couple of weeks, (which dh can attest to). I had light bleeding from 9days after possible conception, that lasted 6 days. I have had dull aches and cramps in/around my uterus ever since, which I don't normally get with af.
I have PCOS, so my cycle can be 40+days, and I think that is the reason it took so long for bfp last time. But I have done a lot of reading/googling etc the last few days, and it seems a lot of people have gotten very late bfps, even over 10 weeks. Some who's mothers tested positive late also had late bfps themselves. One lady was 22 weeks pregnant, and her doctor was holding her bfn in his hand while looking at her baby on the ultrasound screen!!!
So, although probably rare, (in comparison to the bfps 'on time'), it is possible to get bfps long after the 2ww.
I am certainly keeping my fingers crossed, as today is day 43 of this cycle!!
