Its been a long time coming though G4P! I have been needing to do this for ages. I hadn't put on loads of weight but I knew Ihad to nip it in the bud before xmas but I didn;t get round to it. SO now I have the little bit I put on plus the christmas eating to lose. But I am determined!

Well dinner was lovely I am so happy with myself that I am doing this. I hope I see a good result from this (fingers crossed). Tomorrow I plan to have Toast again for breakfast, a sandwich or maybe beans on toast for lunch, and a frozen meal with veg for tea (planning beef casserole for DH and boys but would be too naughty for me ) So hopefully it will be all good for day 3

Lol Niki, Dh nearly caught me yesterday. Making chilli with soya mince today (for a change to lamb) so am gonna try again, but not sure wether they may cotton on, as soya has quite a light texture and may not disguise them as well. DH will work out the parsnip (tastes too strong) but will try swede

Thanks ch, ive already contemplated that as love both of those, but i need something that i can disguise in bakes, pasta dishes , mince that type of thing. As i said DS and DH are reluctant veggie eaters. Im terrible i usually put other veg at the side of their plates as red herrings lol. Also a miracle may occur and they may eat i anyway.

Quick question can anyone think of any quick cook veggies that can be grated and hidden in food apart from:
Courgettes
carrots
cauliflour
tomatoes
Ive already tried the above succesfully

I keep getting AF type symptoms ie mood swings (according to dh) Back and tummy crmpetc but no af, so that prob not helping
