k then

mumswish · 05/01/2006 16:10

Its ok Didds, I dont mind. I'll go to a different one then those who are worried can chat freely, I'd rather you all had somewhere you could chat happily and feel safe.

I'm fine and like I said no hard feelings to anyone and I'll keep lurking to check you all get BFP's and watch out for the PG's birth announcements. You'll hear from me time to time.

diddle · 05/01/2006 16:05

Mums - think maybe xmas has smething to do with the lack of people on here, and i haven't noticed anyone not talking to anyone.
You're not a troll are you? There are so many topics of convo on here its hard to keep up sometimes, maybe we just needed reminding. It happens to me sometimes too.

Please don't feel you should leave.

carly82 · 05/01/2006 16:04

woah there nelly! i disappear for two mins and look what happens mums whats happened? why are you leaving us? if its because you are not ttc anymore then doesnt mean you have to leave

mumswish · 05/01/2006 16:00

Since the troll mention everyone started going quiet, now I find quite a few people arent speaking to me, so from that I take it that those people dont want me here, so I'm obliging.

Now they can talk freely without worrying that me "the troll" is lieing to them or whatever it is they think I'm doing.

No hard feelings

diddle · 05/01/2006 15:59

whast up mums - why you going?? whos' gonna chat to us all day?

mumswish · 05/01/2006 15:51

ok ladies,

Ive decided not to post anymore on here, you've been a lot of help and I hope that somewhere down the line I can post again on here.

Good luck for all TTCing.
Didds, I will be keeping an eye out for a baby didds in the future.

FirstNikki · 05/01/2006 15:47

Good luck with the job carly

Yes I can't understand how someone can do such a cruel thing...totally terrible I really feel for her and her family...and hope she doesn't suffer some regression trauma later on in her life..

going4potty · 05/01/2006 15:46

Very much so nikki, now im more concerned about getting pregnant. Dh was gonna have the snip once our second child was one, but since everything that has gone on, has decided not to and is now actually willing to consider having more than two children (in total) Which he wouldnt even consider previously.

carly82 · 05/01/2006 15:43

that incident happened not far from where i live and i read the reports yesterday and just cried at the hell that poor little mite must have gone through I hope the b*ards who done this get put into a "normal" prsion not a special one for sickos like them iyswim

BTW thanks for advice on that job i'll tell ctc just in case but i don't think they will do anything aboutit, and it will look sooo good on my CV employers love it when you have done things like this

FirstNikki · 05/01/2006 15:40

I agree a lovely post on the other thread G4P.. perfect words. - And I totally understand your actions with DH..

Well just had a message from DH so think will get him to talk things through tonight.. I think my desire is so great to have a child and emotions obviously here from Novembers events and I am so impatient.. when we were first trying it didn't seem as important as it does this time (be that right or wrong its how I feel)...anyone else felt like this?

Carly I would also just advise then doing voluntary maybe to be safe

Thanks again.

mumswish · 05/01/2006 15:37

G4P - I heard about that last night when my dad told me, and I'll say to you what I said to him. I hope the bastards get raped in jail!!

Also on another point which may come across as being wrong, Its better thats shes younger hopefully she wont remember. I know that sounds wrong on so many levels but I hope you understand what I mean

going4potty · 05/01/2006 15:32

Thanks carly, just how i feel .

going4potty · 05/01/2006 15:31

Hi am back, just read the thread you guys mentioned and i was in floods. I was upset at a news story last night about the three yr old girl who was raped, makes me sick, angry and sad that people like that are walking around alive !!!! .
Nikki/ carly i know it was too early to test and we werent actually gonns ttc, but seeing as it got dh being a bit more honest about how upset he is, i didnt mind testing. But you are right it may have worked and i cant help being excited/ worried although we have been using protection since. Not convinced though as have been having af symptoms for few days, wish she would hurry up.
Ps dont think voluntary work counts if unpaid, as child benefit is not income based anyway and ctc is only affected by paid jobs?

Coathanger · 05/01/2006 15:30

Carly - I would say you need to let them know but explain it is voluntary so won't be profiting. they will probably make a note of it but it won't affect anything.

carly82 · 05/01/2006 15:23

G4P what a truly lovely moving post huge hugs to you sweetheart (((((())))))xx

carly82 · 05/01/2006 15:20

ok complete change of subject sorry.....
as many of you know i am looking into going back into work sometime soon, and a friend of the family owns a charity shop and needs someone to cover two days a week only for a few hours a day but it is volunteer work not that i mind but would anyone know how i would go about explainig this to cben and ctc? would i have to tell them seen as tho im not getting paid?

mumswish · 05/01/2006 15:10

I just read one and its really upset me, I'll never know how people cope with things like this. I think everyone that has to go through any kind of bereavement is extremely brave.

My thoughts go out to them all, and all on here who have dealt with it.

CH - I hope your scan goes well and you dont need a D&C i always think of it as a horrible process.
I think you've been through enough with the first mc, then waiting to see if you were going to ttc, then the worried over DH, I really feel for you. If you ever need to talk you have my email.

Nikki - Give him time, maybe the pain is too raw and he's still grieving for his lost child, talk to him, tell him you're worried he doesnt want another child. I'm sure he'll come around

I'm going to go do some work now cos all this is getting too emotional and I cant do emotional in work.

mumswish · 05/01/2006 14:53

Then maybe i'll go look, I can do kind words. Or I can try

carly82 · 05/01/2006 14:52

how i never know quite what to say on these posts am sat here in tears

FirstNikki · 05/01/2006 14:51

Just read it and it is very sad...I will keep my eye out in future...x

diddle · 05/01/2006 14:48

sometimes a freindly word, ad someone knowing that they're not alone is all it needs mums.

mumswish · 05/01/2006 14:47

I wish I could help but I never know what to say. I do try and offer some advice on other subjects but never feel I have enough experience to help people grieve and therefore shouldnt "nose" in on whats happenning.

That thread is very sad Didds.
