I'm a regular in conception - kind of hoping old friends will come and hair stroke me. DH and I have been ttc for 22 months. DH has high prolactin levels which makes his sperm count low. Until we see a specialist next month we've been not trying but not, not trying iykwim.
My cycle is variable but typically 25-27 days. Today is cd29. I haven't had a 28 day cycle for over a year. Internet cheapies say bfn. Must assume it's only a matter of time before the witch comes. But I feel like crap. Anyone willing to sit and wait with me?

Well I am a little intrigued to know where they are! Confused

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 19:36

Mostly I've had them on my face this time Have but when pg with ds, I had really bad spots under my arms! They plagued me all the way through too, but no sign of gem (touch wood) this time Hmm. I think I had the same underarm thing when I was pg before ds (which was my m/c)

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 19:35

Ok, no-one's biting....I'll be forced to add pictures!! Grin

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 19:25

Does anyone wanna know where they are?!

OP posts:
Purplebuns · 02/11/2011 19:23

My spots have only just started to clear up, I still have a couple on my chin and my pores are hideous. I used to be fine. I am 21+5 and have had them from the beginning. It is the hormones innit.

jaggythistle · 02/11/2011 19:22

I have had at least one giant zit myself.

Bump is mostly fat thanks Grin

Grin also at the CH4 documentary!

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 19:20

I don't want to add fuel to the fire of uncertainty Have but I had awful awful spots when I got my positive!

Like 'shall I leave the house or not?' bad!

Always get then a bit around AF being due by this was WORSE!!

Am so brooking. I reckon half the country are rooting for you. I wouldn't be at all surprised if channel 4 are on the phone to you to make a documentary about this due to public demand!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 19:17

Thanks Chandon.
Hey jagster! How's the bump? I feel very strange, DH thinks it's game over.
Is having giant zits a sign of early pregnancy?

OP posts:
Chandon · 02/11/2011 19:07

finger crossed

jaggythistle · 02/11/2011 19:01

Have I am so late to this party!

Fingers xtremley crossed and brooking like nobody's business for you.

eek my powers of spelling have deserterd me in excitement...

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 18:59

Oh Have - I think it would be fair to say we might have helped to carry you away tonight! You were all for being sensible with FMU anyway - we've egged you on - sorry if we've made it even more of a roller coaster than it already is!

We'll get to the bottom of this!

And if nothing else it passes the time until DH's prolactin appointment?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 18:46

Yeah I got carried away tonight. Curiousity killed the cat gave me a bfn
Fmu tomorrow.

OP posts:
dreamfeeder · 02/11/2011 18:08

OOOOOHHH!!! have, everything crossed for you. I've never tested with anything less than FMU until way after a BFP, so i'm on for checking tmw!!

DizzyKipper · 02/11/2011 17:53

Ditto for trying again in the morning. I'm sure it was just due to concentration levels, there's too many signs. bare in mind also that for some it takes ages to get a BFP - this includes my friend who was only just getting a faint positive at 7 weeks when she was pregnant with twins! She's about 30 weeks now and doing well so don't give up.

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 17:48

Yeah, I agree actually. FMU tomorrow and then again at the weekend if the pee sticks are still obstinate?

scarletfingernail · 02/11/2011 17:35

Oh Have I know how gutted you must be feeling. Like everyone else though, I don't think we can rule out a BFP yet. It definitely did look like a line on the internet cheapie and if you've been drinking and weeing all day it certainly could cause a BFN on a First Response.

I second trying again in the morning. There's too many things to point to it being a BFP to write it off just yet.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 17:34

Ok weird bleed started Monday, pretty much stopped by yesterday morning. Spotting a bit now.
Af is irregular but usually 27 cycle. The shortest being 25, longest 29. Weird bleed/af? Started cd31. Assumed 30 day cycle.
Yes I used pee accumulated over 1 1/2 hours.

Missed you too, we need your company on the antenatal thread Grin We've just got in lots of furnishings and goodies for you when you come tomorrow.
And what with all your drinking and also having wee'd within the last hour I'm thinking a negative was inevitable really, that doesn't mean you're not upduffed though.

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 17:30

Sorry meant when was AF due?

Purplebuns · 02/11/2011 17:29

Aww Faith it is not over yet! And if you have the thirst then it will have diluted your urine as Kipper says.

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 17:29

So was the test with wee accumulated over less than an hour?

Biscuitsandtea · 02/11/2011 17:28

Have if that weird bleed was implantation, this website suggests we'd be too early for a positive yet. Confused

When was the bleed again? I'm wondering whether we should hold fire until the weekend? When was due? Was it Friday last week?

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 02/11/2011 17:27

Missed you kip :)
Yeah. DH and I are a bit glum. But I had wee'd in the last hour. I shall see what the fmu brings.

DizzyKipper · 02/11/2011 17:25

You did say you've been drinking loads today though (which coincidentally was also one of my early pregnancy symptoms - extreme thirst). It's quite possible all this drinking has just diluted the hormone levels too much to be detected right now. A good night of concentrating it in your sample will help.
