Thanks carrie, fingers crossed it sticks. After a mc and chem preg I just dint know what to feel. Time will tell, good luck with all those who have bfp's.

holldoll congratulations. Don't worry- 3 glasses of wine is nothing. I drank a collossal amount over the christmas I was pg with Ds, I thought I def wasn't pg. Turned out I was. Ds couldn't be more perfect Smile. you'll be fine.

I've been stalking this thread so congrats to carrie. I am CD27 of a 28day cycle. I have been feeling very tired and had sore boobs till today(which I generally get with PMT) .
Was so sure that i was not pregnant as i tested using cheap internet/sainsburys hpts yesterday and got negatives that i had 3 glasses of wine last night.
Now for some stupid reason i did a FR test this morning and got a faint line. I feel awful that drank so much now, I have one DS who is 2 an had Chem Preg earlier this year and MC this time last year.
I hope it sticks this time - sorry for the slight rant but guess i want some reassurance

thanks for the congrats.

so ive told dh, after dd came charging in asusual and woke him.
lol, i suppose i could have woke him earlier!

anyway, told him im def pg, and he gave me a big smile a hug and a kiss and said we are def going out tonight.
dd is very excited about goign outGrin

he seems very happy.
when we went to bed last night he gave me a hug and aske me how i feel and if im ok.
i said yeah think so!

good luck amanda maybe you ovulate late?
one thing i did different this cycle was have fresh pineapple juice until ovulation.

Congrats Carrie you must be over the moon :) well I tested again just now still a bfn! Day 42 now never had a cycle this long x

Thanks Smile I just missed you earlier this,am then! Looks like we will be bump buddies, I will try and find your thread and join you. Dh still sleeping. But stiring I know he will be very happy though. Ill have to decide where to go tonight.

i'm definatly having some sort of twinges down there, i had really bad af cramp pains when i was pg with dd, i was convinced it couldnt be normal i used to go the drs crying saying im having a miscarrage.

but i think af type pians are v normal, everyhting streches, esp in 1st pg's

so you still might be in luck.

i'm certainly no expert.

but it sounds possible you didn't ovulate.

perhaps keep a close eye on everything next cycle

yes was watching cm, and no ewcm all month, so maybe I didn't ov at all?

do you know all about how to look for signs of ovulation?
such as watching your cm?

Hey carried. I did some ov tests, none came up with a line. SO don't know if or when I ov'd. I'm only 2nd cycle of ttc#2. So not sure what my cycle's like to be honest.

Fx for you tmr, though by the sounds of it if you get any kind of faint line it's a positive!!

What symptoms have you had if any? It just feels to me like AF is on her way really...

well i only saw a very faint line today, so im not 100% certain i am, hopefully get a stronger line tomorrow plus a digi test saying pg.

i think im about 11 dpo.

have you been doing ov tests?

carried how many dpo were you when you finally got your BFP? I have no idea if/when I ov'd this month, poas earlier and bfn. I'm cd22 of a 25-27 day cycle. I'm wondering if it was too early or am I game over for this month (it was one of the sensitive pg tests).

oh i know what you mean about excess saliva in your mouth before your sick, i get that when i feel sick too.

did you have you ivf in a private clinic or with the nhs?

if i get pg, im going to pay fo scan at 7 weeks, as i cant wait till 12 to see the heartbeat, i think it costs 50 quid but well worth it imo.

good idea getting in bed, think im going to have a shower and turn in after bb.

when do you think you would tell your work? after 12 weeks?

I'm not sure if I get the blood results the same day but I think I do as they usually do bloods in morning then the lab has the results by the afternoon. Re scan, it would be internal if it's early, my scan with ds1 was at 6 weeks I think.

Not told a soul at work about this yet though a few folk know ds1 was ivf. Dh thinks I should tell my boss it was unplanned but I want to say it was very much planned! Will cross that bridge when we come to it...

I'm in bed atm, so tired & windy & feel a bit sick. Keep getting lots of saliva in my mouth like I do before I'm sick but I dont feel too sick as in how I would feel if I was going to puke. That probably makes no sense at all!
