Well AF arrived today. I am pleased actually, as I was sure I wasn't pg. I also looked at my dates; the one full cycle I had before I got pg, AF arrived on day 34 - today is 34 days since my ERPC.

So! I hope this means my body is actually working to a proper schedule Smile

And fingers crossed for next month!

GoldenDaffodil · 20/11/2011 18:52

Hi mersea I really hope you get on ok at the hospital and that whatever your problem is it's treatable without going down the IVF route. I wish you all the very best.

Hi Floydie and Imust sorry to hear you're both still in limbo, it must be very hard for you both. Although you should never give up until AF arrives I hope that if she's going to get you it happens soon so you can start again. I still think about the TTC MN group all the time as I haven't got my head around being pg yet. FX your journeys will be over soon.

Imustbecrazy26 · 20/11/2011 10:44

Bad news mersea Sad but fingers crossed the specialist finds something for you.

No AF here yet - 34 days since the start of my miscarriage. Maybe my dates are off; maybe I should have started counting from later than day one. Havent a clue really - I'm just guessing.

Mersea · 19/11/2011 23:04

Af arrived today :( but I have got a letter from the hospital so will see what the consultant has to say. Hoping it is something they can fix fairly easily or it may have to be the IVF route if I am not too late.

FloydieDoydie · 18/11/2011 23:08

Another BFN for me, no sign of AF today. Although, god only knows when it could be due really I suppose.

Any news Mersea?

Imustbecrazy26 · 17/11/2011 21:18

Still no af for me but think it will be here soon am feeling bloated and period like pains and am quite moody today as least it will be a relief when it comes and me and dp know where we stand and can get back on it asap.

Fx for you floydie

Hello miniest of minibuses!

Well, how are we all? No AF anywhere I take it? I am gearing myself up for it, since I had that BFN two days ago. Maybe I was just too early, but I think it's doubtful Sad

Oh well, just wanted to check in

Imustbecrazy26 · 16/11/2011 07:29

Hi floydie no this is not my longest so far is 56 it just a nightmare I bet once I finally get af next month will be a normal 28 day one!

Well fx for you still maybe it still to early to tell!

Hi all

Af due on Friday but I have had the usual symptoms so not too hopeful for a BFP. Still waiting to hear from the hospital and then I may get some answers.

FloydieDoydie · 15/11/2011 17:35

Hi crazy Smile

Well, I crumbled and poas....BFN Sad. Maybe my days are just out, but I'm probably just not pg. I'm trying not to be too sad.

Is this your longest cycle without AF?

Imustbecrazy26 · 15/11/2011 12:37

Hi floydie think its just me and you! I'm on cd 48 and still no sign Of af for me amnd no bfp either!

Fx for you!

OP posts:
FloydieDoydie · 14/11/2011 18:23

Well we are all very quiet on this minibus aren't we!

Its possible by my incredibly random best guess that AF could be due on Friday. Last cycle, I got my BFP the day before I was due, but had found a discarded test from four days before that had a very faint second line (which made me re-test and get the BFP).

I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but Im seriously wondering if I might be PG again. Last time I was ridiculously emotional around the time I got my BFP - for example, I was wailing like someone bereaved just because DP didn't kiss me goodbye when he left for work! Blush

I've also had to pee loads and my headaches have got worse. No implantation bleed though, and I had that last time.

I'm too scared to test yet though. I hope I wont be too disappointed if AF arrives; I can at least readjust my iPeriod stats and by having my first AF since my miscarriage I will know exact dates etc.

Oh well, fingers crossed!

When are you all due? (did I miss the stats list?) Smile

GoldenDaffodil · 10/11/2011 12:56

painterly perhaps I'll see you on one of the pregnancy boards? I wish you all very best anway.

Imust and Mersea I really hope the Augsut minibus will be your last. There are times when I was convinced I would never see a bfb so I hope my story proves there is light at the end of the tunnel. Take care of yourselves. xx

painterly · 10/11/2011 08:03

Thanks for all the lovely words. This is my 5th month so it's quite a relief. After the first couple of months we reduced the swi to cd 13 and 15 so when I had the long cycles, obviously it was the wrong timing. Anyway, finally worked so now I can start worrying about whether it will stay put instead!

I really recommend jogging, not necessarily for fertility, but it had a huge impact on my mindset (though sadly not my waistline). A friend and I only did 30 mins, one night a week and even that made a difference. Am still in two minds about continuing as I think excercise you are doing when you get pregnant, you can carry on with, it's just new things you shouldn't start.

Mersea · 09/11/2011 22:29

Great news painterly I am so pleased for you. :o
Imust it is hard when you keep trying each month and getting BFN, I have been trying for about 6 months too. I have now been to see the doctor as I have to get registered in the system before it gets too late, I am 40 next march and after that I will not be entitled to IVF. It seems mad to me as I certainly don't feel too old to have a baby! I only have one ovary but fell once before and it was the first month we tried but that ended in a mc, has not been so easy this time but I guess that was 4 years ago. This month we have made an extra effort, every other day (poor dp) and I am sure I must rattle with the amount of vitamins and folic acid I have had over the past six months :)

GoldenDaffodil · 09/11/2011 22:05

Congratulations painterly I'm so pleased for you. I'm still trying to recover from the shock myself.

Imust I know how hard it is to get a bfn after getting your hopes up. There's not much I an say to make it easier but try to keep yourself busy and don't give up. DH and I had been waiting 14 months (ttc1) for the bfp and it happened when I was least expecting it. You will get there it's just that its takes longer for some people, even if they don't have any fertility problems.

Imustbecrazy26 · 09/11/2011 21:40

No i havent but dont really drink that much am so fed up!!! Dp is getting worried it his fault we only been trying for 6 months but it seems like for ever!!!

Maybe i should take up jogging maybe it will help me as i seem to have one noremal cycle of about 28days and then one like this that goes on for more then 40 begining to think maybe im only ovulating once every other month!!!!

Sad oh no Crazy. hope you've got a big glass of Wine.

It's really odd, but I was having 29-36 day cycles, and I took up weekly running a month and a half ago and since then it both of my cycles have been regular 28-ers. How odd is that? Co-incidence?

Fx for you next month and I'm going to keep popping back to see how everyone is getting on. I'm still in shock.

Imustbecrazy26 · 09/11/2011 21:21

Congratulations!!!!!

I on the other hand got a BFN Sad

POAS tonight around 9am when asda delivery arrives!

lucky you Golden... enjoy it!

GoldenDaffodil · 08/11/2011 21:01

Hi Imust so sorry to hear you're still in limbo, I had exactly the same situation with my last cycle so I know how miserable it is. All you can do is wait it out really. If AF still hasn't arrived by the end if the week then it would be worth investing in a more reliable test to get a definitive answer. Try to fill up your diary with things if you can that way you'll have less time to think about it. That's how I coped anyway.

Hi painterly sorry to hear you left your vitals at home, what a nightmare! When are you planning to POAS?

After 14 moths of symptom spotting it looks like I'm finally pg and I'm hardly experiencing anything except that I'm weeing loads!
