I've just had a revelation - maybe these strange gas pains (tmi!!) and abdominal cramps/fizziness have been from the prenatal pills I've been taking the past week?? I've never taken so much as a multivitamin or extra vit-c so maybe my body is adjusting? What do we think?

Can we have some sort of lost do you think - of our age, when AF is due, approx ovulation date, whether we are SWI or on the 2ww etc? Like cauldron I'm finding it a bit hard to keep track. I'd like to know when everyone can test

Fish, my brother in law smokes like a trooper and both times my sister got pg it happened first try!! Quite unbelievable! (Apparently the last time they doinked was when she fell pg with #2 whois now 8mnths...not v healthy for their marriage in my opinion. Not Sorry to be so honest!)

Vino, what was it like having a coil? Could you feel it? Big of a gross story, but my mum told me that before me, she has a coil and it was to long. She said that whenever her and my dad would 'do it', the end of his manhood would get really sore and started bleeding because it rubbed. After I recovered from the horrific story, I decided I would go for the pill rather than the coil!!!

Well, just got faintest line of all 3 on the one I've been using the most so guess ovulation is over and done with - figures after buying 30+ tests!

Oh fishpants DP has started smoking again and is at it like a chimney... its totally yuk! He's promises he'll give up again soon - his poor little swimmers!!

oh and as far as pg symptoms go I'm getting NADA so I'm pretty sure I'll be greeting AF with a weary sigh in November! I know the chances improve every month though (and I'm going to go totally mental with my new opk's) so I'm feeling positive.

Of course Mr. AI (loving his new moniker!) is a good looking one - I wouldn't procreate with just anything I am annoyed though as he said he would give up smoking while trying to help but smelled distinct cigarette odor at his house last night

Hope it doesn't affect sperm too much. I am also worrying myself that I didn't get the "specimen" home in time / more died than would have otherwise, etc etc. When does this worrying stop?? When bubs is 18 I guess

Wow everyone has upped their posting recently!! I'm finding it hard to keep up with where everyone is in their trying/ovulation/going psychotic...

All I can say is that I agree with posters who have said if you want to get pg, why not use all the technology available? I want to make sure that from DP's pov it's all as "natural" as possible, ie I don't want my psychosis to have a negative impact on our swi... but as long as I can opk and obsess on here in private then I can't see that I'm doing anything negative iyswim.

I'm totally with wannabe that ttc has made my relationship even better. This half term has been bliss - we have spent loads of quality time and have planned a lot for the future. I'm going to be totally depressed on Monday. Last night was very romantic although I have to admit we were so zonked there was no swi to be had there was this morning though

Well if hunger was a sign then I would say yep thats me! But no... All I have is cramping again. I suppose my body is still getting used to working without a coil again. It's early days.

God knows what people think about me then! As soon as DH agreed to another baby I was out like a shot getting stocked up on vits and I got my first ever OPK. Ok so I have fallen pregnant without using them before but with DD it took nearly 6 mths, which I have put down to the fact we were dtd at the wrong time. The technology is there to help things along, I say if you're happy using it then go for it!

I know what you mean about people announcing their pregnancy secret. There also seems to be so many newborns around and im stood there like a plank staring at them.

I really don't see a problem with cracking on with OPK's as soon as people want. At the end of the day, you are trying to get pregnant so why wouldn't you TRY?! Daft buggers people.
