Oh, 4got to share, but had an absolutely stunning and massive bouquet of flowers from work. It had lovely message and really made me smile. Flowers are great, you get to enjoy them without feeling guilty or getting fat

going4potty · 14/12/2005 17:38

Thanks nikki, i do keep an eye on my cycle, but i wouldnt be surprised if its changed now. Use to be very regular, it would be nice if it stays that way. Here is hoping.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 14/12/2005 17:37

also changes in your "lady bits" could give an indication on when you are OV'ing.

try ivillage.co.uk or babyworld.co.uk and look up ovulation

FirstSaintNikkilass · 14/12/2005 17:33

Its up to you if you use OV kits they just help pin point the fews days when you are most fertile so you can "strike while the iron is hot" so to speak. These kits tend to be a simple urine test anyway. You can get twinges etc when you are OVing its just your body adjusting and we are all different so what happens for one may not happen for another nothing to worry abot if you don't feel that twinge.

You could learn about how your body is changing at different times of the cycle by keeping a diary. hope this helps.

Hi im back again. Ds had run in with another child literally. Said he was said for hurting the other little guy he doesnt like other kids to cry gets all concerned, little pumpkin.
Do you guys all know exactly when your ovulating etc(been on another thread) lots of mums netters seem to using ovulation kits. Is this the norm? I ask, cause i might need to once we decide to start "trying" again, but b4 op thought you didnt need to use them unless you had been trying 4 over a year.
Ps, i hope im not upsetting anyone by asking.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 14/12/2005 15:10

lol 25

why don't men have worries like us - or do they??

Atomicstockinghanger · 14/12/2005 15:06

I normally get a slight ache when I OV, nothing like this, unless I'm OVing 25 eggs! but Yes you could be right, it did cross my mind.

FirstSaintNikkilass · 14/12/2005 11:59

Hi Mincepee, could be a few reasons but not so weird I have read on my instructions for my OV kits that sometimes us women do not OV each month sorry don't mean to be -ve but you could also have faulty OV kits (prefer this option) or perhaps your cycle may be changing??

carlychristmas · 14/12/2005 11:53

its ok was expecting it anyway just cant wait for af to arrive now so i can get on with it

mumsXMASwish · 14/12/2005 11:50

I'm so bored! I'm so tired and I'm feeling a little sad. Anyone got any good jokes or funny stories?

mincepee · 14/12/2005 11:41

ASH thanks for the email, it made me laugh..
Check out the pig one. Grrrrrrreat teeth.

mincepee · 14/12/2005 11:32

Good morning....

Getting my new car on Friday

ASH very weird tummy action. Was it wind ?
LOL at your witty reply to my last message. DH was in fits. I have to control myself otherwise I have little accidents.

Let's hope this thread sees a bit more action.
My Monday black bleed was weird. I know I keep mentioning it, but it was. It was all over by about 3pm. Nothing since. Oh, forgot to mention I have been doing the ovulation tests and nothing. I am on day 17 of cycle and have not ovulated. Is that odd? I thought ovulation started at day 14 if on a 28 day cycle like me.
WEIRD!

going4potty · 14/12/2005 11:02

Hi everyone

Sorry about the BFN carly
Carly lots of hugs
ASH Hope your ok.

Lots of love to everyone, i feel good today! Took DS to his religious nursery today in the car ( 1st time since op) and the manager asked how i was etc and i didnt well up or cry, just told her how i was and i feel ( worried about being able to conceive again). So feel like i am taking a step forward, yeah ofcourse it doesnt take away my hurt but at least i havent got wads of balled up tissues in my pockets . I love being ableto share what seem like little things to those who cant understand, with you lot. Thanks guys .
Emily, welcome, you will get loads of support here and no judgement .

mumsXMASwish · 14/12/2005 11:00

I bet the DH would disagree with that statement.

What you doing today then? I'm looking at all the dogs needing homes and wanting them again. lol

I spose with this bundle on the way we'll have to wait 9 months before getting a doggie.
