Sorry Tibby, it really sucks, I know. And that woman! Some people can be unbelievably callous. I am pro-choice, but also pro-responsibility. If it has come to someone needing an abortion, then FGS have a little gravitas and humanity - it isn't a joke. I hope you are OK (as OK as you can be under the circs), and that you can take it a bit easy and be kind to yourself.

Oh Tibbycat so sorry to hear that!! Here's hoping for some postive news and positive pee sticks next cycle. And as for that other woman, some people just don't deserve to have children if they can be so casual about it -there is plenty of contraception out there..........it makes me so angry to hear that I know accidents do happen, but sometimes we need to face up to our responsibilities! And maybe a little sensitivity as well, especially considering where you were!

Well, a very sad day today. Doctor said it's a chemical pregnancy or kind words for an early miscarriage. Due to a chromosome deformity, basically a duff egg or sperm, it's not implanted. My second since April.

Felt , even more upsetting that a young woman aged 20 ish was there laughing away about booking in a termination for next week and could they fit her in, who was going to look after the baby she had etc. Very very upset listening to her go on to her friend. There wasn't an ounce of sadness from her. Awful.

So now awaiting AF, she offered me something to bring it on but I thought it better to stay away from the hormones/medications. Here starts the wait for what she said would be a heavy period.

Any better news from anyone else? Xxx

Does anyone know how you add your FF chart link?? I want some advice on my chart but need people to be able to see it first. Basically, my temps are all over the place and the last 2 have been the lowest i have seen in a while and was just wondering hoping that someone could have a look and see what they think!

Cacacaz, I hope your Mum's treatment goes OK. It's lovely that you have such happy news to share with your parents, whenever you decide the time is right to tell them.

This was our first month ttc, so we are incredibly lucky! The nurse at the FP warned me that it could happen very quickly, and I knew she was right but deep down knew that realistically it could take a while!

I have an appointment at the doctors tomorrow am, so hopefully I will have it confirmed.

I'm struggling not to tell people, I'm particular my mum and dad, who could really do with some good news about now. My mum is currently going through chemo for breast cancer, if I had managed to get an appointment today I would have told them, as its also my dads birthday today. I am however at hospital with mum as she is getting her treatment today.

I hope you get some answers soon then Tibby!

Cacaz!!! Whoop whoop great news congratulations !!!!!!!!! Xxx How long were you ttc? Anything you did differently this month?

I Was at FP clinic last night and they were so super helpful. She did a preg test and unbelievably as the pee past over, a line appeared....and they a minute later disappeared! She did a second and negative. It's never happened in all her years of nursing so she called the on duty doc who said they want to see me ASAP for a scan to see what's going on, hopefully today. I'm waiting for a call today.

They're concerned about me having two positives (the picture I showed her she said was a positive) but lots of negatives, no bleeding still and cramps.

At least definitively this will resolve the situation!

Catsy i really hope you are right!! In normal circumstances, AF should be here on saturday but in July it never came and i ended up having it as normal in August, i think my body does not like to release eggs all that often; so i am in a bit of a quandary as if it does not show then for me this is not a sure fire sign that i am royally upduffed!!

I got A BFP this morning on my clearblue digital and the conception indicator said 1-2 weeks!!!!

So i guess its official, I am pregnant :o

Aren't the CBD tests less sensitive than some other makes? If you look on the pack they are less accurate for early testing than some others, I also found a website (OK, it could have been BS) comparing pg tests, and they said CBD detected 50 units of hcg while most other tests detected 12 - 25. I have used them and got + myself, but only when quite late already. Don't want to give false hope or anything, but just saying, GTR... might be worth another test later in the week.... :)

Mamma have been peeing on these sticks religiously (sometimes 3 times a day as I heard that the surge can be over in a 24 hour period and i did not want to miss it!) and i am yet to get a positive - i have quite a few that appear positive, but my second line has never been the same colour or as dark as the control line, so either they are lying or i am not oving!! Apparently the LH that it detects is always present in some form throughout our cycle and it surges just before the egg is released. I would say that LH is present in your wee, and I would do what you are planning, lots of SWI but keep testing and get extra SWI in when the lines do start to get darker (that is my plan!)

I too will be jumping onto the June bus :) thought i had my BFP this morning, but turns out they were evaps, as CBD came out clearly Not Pregnant (very disappointing to see that) so the only sticks i am going to pee on from now on are the ov ones!!!

I have a little question about ov pee sticks. Now i know on the packet it says that if there's a faint line that means it's negative. But if up until yesterday there's been nothing and then last night a faint line surely that means that there's been a slight increase in the hormone? And hopefully body if gearing up to ovulate?

Anyway, just wondered. I'm not really that bothered because just going to make sure we dtd each night for a while regardless of what sticks say! DP will be happy

tibby i reckon just stay positive. I was getting so frustrated when AF was really late but sticks were saying BFN. Turns out I was pg all along. The stress was horrible. If i'm lucky enough to get pg again, i'm just going to keep a positive head on my shoulders until AF comes.

Catsy and mama5, you've cheered me up I love the idea of saving up my old pee sticks and throwing them at my colleagues (giggle). I'm in marketing, been doing it forever but this is a big corporate and the senior mgt suck. We talk about me moving on, recently got offered an interview but I can't start somewhere knowing I'm ttc (which takes priority), only adding to the anxiety!

I'll keep you posted. On Monday I managed to get an appt at my local FP clinic nurse. Was going to cancel but after your comment about the GP's, I'm going to go. I'd love a blood test. Ad I've said before, my sister is only 14 and when my mum had her, she did a number if tests, right up to 13 weeks, all of which were bfn. Only a blood test showed she was pregnant....she was very shocked!!! 16 years between us!!!

Will keep you posted and thank you for listening. I adore hubby and he's looking after ms each night at the mo to give me a break (making dinner etc) but I've resigned to them never understanding...however much they try!

Mamma5 - not sure whether I'm coming or going! Don't think I'll be on the May bus for long as FF coverline has disappeared again! Maybe yesterday's almost positive OPK means imminent ov either that or my stupid body is having an annovultory cycle this month which means I should hopefully ov towards the end of the month! Either way I'm gonna keep POAS, temping and SWIing until that sperm finally meets my bloody egg! Why can't we just be fertile all the time, like the men!?! :)

right enough is enough i think you should appoint the next few days AF watch and if not by end of the week then hayyyyy your pregnant!
ive never heard of a AF being so late( if you know you af due date) and still not getting a BFP on the sticks!!!!!!! but you could be the few who will be pregnant and those sticks just dont show it! any chance of getting a blood test done instead!surely that should be an option!!!!!

yeh totally agree with the DH thing mine is wonderful and he makes out he understands it all but really dont have a clue!!!!!!!!! thinks we can have a baby as and when we want!!!!!! ermmmmmm dont quite work like that though!
deep sigh!!!!! if only, 2 babies born and 3 more to go!!!!!!!!!!! and so there is that feeling again of i would be 24 weeks!!!!!!!!!! oh sigh!!!!!!!!!!!!
