Right, wheres that hug Cori?? i need one today, right now if poss. its a long story but ive just had my first morning back at work after quite a long period of sickness. Im trying to reduce my hours for a while on medical grounds and have a big ol' meeting with my boss on friday, along with the union rep , am v. scared, hate confrontation of any kind and cant bear to feel i am being a nuicance. But am v. pleased i have the first day back out of the way, and my team leader is allowing me to do reduced hours this week in the run up to sorting out my proper hours. I just feel like a need a hug, and a bit of a "well done"........it was a really hard thing for me going back.. but i did it

Coriander73 · 03/01/2006 14:01

Sorry compo..

Why don't you try again tomorrow? Maybe there's just not enough hgc in your urine for the test to pick it up? If it's still negative, chin up & keep going...it will happen

On CD28 here ands just done a First Response test and it was negative I know there is still a possibility but don't think it has happneed this month. God, I hate ttc!!!

peachygirl · 03/01/2006 12:46

I think your right, that it was kids I?m quite lucky as I only have to pay £60 excess and it won?t affect my no claims bonus.
It?s a shame really as I always thought where I lived wasn?t that bad, - you know, not wonderful green leafy suburb but not terrible either, little bit cautious about it all, I keep looking out of the window

trace2 · 03/01/2006 12:41

oh peachygirl will be watching this thread, waiting to here good news from you and corrie, fingers crossed.

sorry about your car, it will be kids they dont care that our insurance goes up every time we claim

peachygirl · 03/01/2006 12:17

Hi Everyone
I have been reading the last few threads with great interest.
What a great supportive lot we are. I was looking at my old cycles and saw that they were 25/ 26 days long and today is day 26. Still feel AF is on her way but quietly in anticipation of possible other news. As the ovulation time in my cycle changed I thought that it may lengthen. But I?m not going to test. (yet).

Pussycat. We are only just beginning to try and this month only had a quickie at the right time. We have had a little chat and may leave it a month. I have a family planning meeting on the 13th Feb. When DH and I talked about TTC plans I think he would be happier trying after this but I will still post if that?s ok? I might do what HelloMamma was doing and leave it up to DH- although he is always asking is it the right time (as if I?m trying to trick him into it!) humph!
I find this thread really supportive and whatever happens we could always start a general ?chat? thread to keep in touch.
I?m a bit miffed at the moment as last night someone smashed the back window of my car ?nothing stolen ? (nothing to take anyway) but still a bit of a b*gger.
Autoglass are coming later. I?m at home now, but back to work tomorrow. Really need to get some work done- I?m a right last minute Larry.
The story behind getting pregnant during your period is that some women do become fertile and if their partner has ?super sperm? and the conditions are right. It can hang around until a more fertile time and get the egg. Obviously all men would like believe they have super sperm!!
Watch this space I will post this and AF will come within a few minutes!!

trace2 · 03/01/2006 11:51

its your chioce do when you feel ready, good luck, because i think your the first to find out

Coriander73 · 03/01/2006 11:46

but the chances are it would return a negative at this early stage even if it was a postive...I think it's only 70% return a postive 2 days before af due...I don't know what to do

trace2 · 03/01/2006 11:12

lol dont you want to be a bad girl and test, i would if i had sore boobs

Coriander73 · 03/01/2006 11:05

Hi Trace...due on Thursday...don't want to test until then...or Friday if I don't come on before. Boobs still feel sore, but not massively...trying not to think about & trying to get my head down at work but it's very hard given the baby magazines we have around at work...

trace2 · 03/01/2006 10:28

hi ladies i feel much better this morning even though i dont feel pg, no change in nipps, [when pg they go dark], no sore boobs no extra weeing and no greecy lank hair, whitch is also i sign that am pg.

pussycatmomma thats why i dont read to much about it because it makes you worse, youve been bding, every 2 day havent you?

Coriander73 is it tomorrow or wed you test?/ waitong for good news.

northerner dont feel like that where its 1 month or 1 year we all feel the same, and yes we all know what each and everyone going through.
and yesyou can concive on a period, my first dd was like i said an accident[a good one it was on a period also it was my first time ever,i know because i didnt do it again for such a long time afterwards.

if we fall all together we will make a new thread for due dates, if notwe keep this thread and the ones that get lucky will have to viit us.

appyday every time i had a baby my cycle changed

Coriander73 · 03/01/2006 08:52

Well, just for good measure we had a spot of bding last night....day 25 so don't think it would have mattered but hey...you never know!!!!!!!
