Struck out this month...anyone care to join me on the June 2012 bus?

Morning bee. I used to be a 32 day person too. Then I was on a Progesterone only pill, and I've gone down to 28 days since I've been off it, which is quite nice to be honest :)

Day 33 in the big mother house

So, AF, where are you??? Please do me a favour and stop messing about. You've been giving me cramps and backache and moodiness for over a week. Just get on with it!!!

Pre ds I was a 32 day cycle person. It feels as if it is going to start any minute and I've had enough. Just want to know where I am so we can get trying! I will be getting the old CB monitor out again, should AF do the decent thing and arrive anyway Hmm

How is everyone today?

desperateoldie67 · 24/08/2011 09:34

I'm going to try some Pre-Seed, I've read the reviews and people seem to really rate it.

OP posts:
GTR2882 · 24/08/2011 09:31

Kinky I am currently using Pre-Seed, it's fantastic (and makes for an easy "quickie" if you need to SWI but are not really in the mood to get down to some serious loving Wink), don't use too much though because it can make things a little too "slippery", i recommend 1g :)

All in all, charting, pre-seed, regular SWI and doggy style = what should be a successful TTC cycle Grin

KinkyDorito · 24/08/2011 08:57

No bloody AF. FFS. So that means I will have to wait for it to turn up. I am fairly certain I'm not pg - I have my wonderful PMS spots and don't feel like I am. Strangely, when I am ttc it often throws my cycle out as I think I'm watching it too carefully and getting my hopes up. I'm normally 28 days, when ttc I'm often 4-5 days late. Bollocks.

sweetpb CD = calendar day. So first day of period is CD1.

Rules: tilted wombs (more common than we thought, it seems) have to do it doggy style! You'll thank me if you get pg. I will look so revolting from that position it will have to be lights off Grin.

I am also considering getting some preseed. I've never used anything like this before, but am liking the reviews: have a read, sounds interesting

Happy sexing Smile.

marking a spot on " June - legs in the air style" bus!
AF has not come yet due the 27th but not feeling very positive, so just waiting with my oyster card in my hand!!!!!!!

Going on holidays tomorrow and wondering should I take a test beforehand? I'm not to all this so not sure how silly I am being or should be.

hi - can I join in please x Not sure what all the stats mean, guessing in the brackets is age - Mine is 33 Shock (where did that creep up from!) ttc #1 not sure what cd is? we have been trying since dec 2010 and i have to go see a consultant next week as i have a very irregular cycle wich is currently 'averaging' 45 days, but can be anywhere from 30ish to 60! i tend to have two long months then skip a month. Had one nurse say i had a tilted cervix during a smear but only one and she actually hurt me so i think she was just not very good! AF not actually due in aug - 5th (ish) sept, however i will test next week before going to see the ocnsultant x

MyGoldenNotebook · 23/08/2011 18:01

... can I just point out that it currently says that I am (2) in the stats. Bit young! I'm actually 29 - although I do possibly have a toddler's sense of humour Grin

princessesmummy · 23/08/2011 17:15

Also told when had 12week scan for dc1 that i have tilted womb.

desperateoldie67 · 23/08/2011 16:06

Hahahaha! Oh dear. Well it doesn't take much for me to be able to make my DP blush - he's quite a shy thing really. Goodness only knows how or why he copes with me (who has no sense of shame or propriety whatsoever) :o

OP posts:
Sn0wGoose · 23/08/2011 15:52

desperate I won't be telling dh either -- but because he'd be rubbernecking rather than disapproving!! :o

desperateoldie67 · 23/08/2011 15:10

There's always the DP standing and you kneeling on a pile of cushions on the bed...but that usually ends up with the cushions shifting and lots of giggling! :o I've not found a way around it that means I don't end up with rotten back ache afterwards...mind you, it's worth it Wink

Welcome bee - there is definitely a trend starting in this thread...I can also see a fair pattern of filth emerging. Still, nowt wrong with sharing the intimate details of your sex life with complete strangers is there? Is there? Erm...I suspect DP may have something to say along those lines, which is why I'm NEVER going to tell him bwahahaha! :o

OP posts:
grinningbee · 23/08/2011 14:59

Anyone mind if I join in? I'm on the quest for a 3rd and final baby.

Grinningbee (40) Ttc#3 Cycle 2 CD32

Already have dd 2.4 and ds 9 months. Erm, and I can confirm that both dc were conceived on all fours Grin. I would blush, but what the heck. We'll be sharing worse than that!

KinkyDorito · 23/08/2011 14:52

You should change the thread title: Doing It, Doggy Style!

I see a trend starting...

musicalmrs · 23/08/2011 14:12

I think I'll come and wave at the bus - unpredictable cycles, so no idea what's going on! desperate - similar doggy problems, but in the interest of science I'll give it a go ;)

desperateoldie67 · 23/08/2011 13:55

Oh don't talk to me about outside SWI...there was once an occasion, in Wales, at the end of a rally path, with two little old ladies and their dogs coming round the corner and very naked Mr Desperate...(well, from the waist down, anyhow!)...bwahahahahahahaha! I was convinced they were going to call the rozzers! :o :o

Oh, and I don't much recommend a cow audience - ok so we were near a field...they got interested, ok?! Blush

Probably best not to try and knit AND shag though ladies, 'tis quite dangerous :o

OP posts:
Sn0wGoose · 23/08/2011 13:51

I also knit ha ha ha

KinkyDorito · 23/08/2011 13:11

Well, DS is here, so I must be a little kinky Grin. 'Twas the booze. I was rather drunk. It was also outside. Perhaps that helps?? Wink

Is that a more accurate list? Am noticing some correlation between knitting and shagging.

desperateoldie67 · 23/08/2011 11:47

Bwahahahaha Kinky - obviously by name and not nature then?

I'm a huge fan of doggy style, but it can be quite awkward with a partner who's more than a foot taller than you and has appreciably longer legs!!! I'll leave you ladies to work that one out Wink.

I think it's a great idea to add stuff after the boring stats MGN...so, I like knitting too, but an ex-partner of mine said I "shagged like a demon", so I think I'm going to put that after my name if nobody minds, and if you do, tough shit, cos it's my bus! So NER!

Chocolate is on board, I make wicked millionnaire shortbread if anyone's interested...and I have a small, but potent stash of tequila at the back of the bus for the naughty girls :o

OP posts:
Sn0wGoose · 23/08/2011 11:40

kinky tilted cervix here, too! Also discovered by the smear nurse ha ha
I may see if I have more luck ttc doggy this month, we can get our own little non-scientific test group going ;) ;)

Sn0wGoose · 23/08/2011 11:39

Loulou I cut out caffeine about three weeks ago (unrelated to ttc I should add) and to begin with it was the hardest fortnight of my life! I'd suggest doing it a bit gradually tbh, or you'll feel like you're wading through treacle x_x

My SIL said she could really tell when she had some coke when she was quite pregnant, the baby would get fidgety or something iirc, so it must have some sort of an effect?
