Lets spread some christmas support for everyone.

Morning Xack - you're far too early. did DS2 get you up or do you get up before him?

carly - in home and away, Hayley, young blonde one, was going out with Noah. Is pregnant, she has been told she has a heart disorder which needs operating on. It is life threatening. They can't operate while she is pregnant. So her only option, as they can't afford to wait as it could kill her, is to terminate the pregnancy. So sad.

Hope everyone's well.

.....And yes I really do get up at this time

Atomicstockinghanger · 07/12/2005 17:05

Sorry, but you've probably guessed I feel strongly about it I suppose that one of the reasons I would like to be a midwife, bcause I have an urge to care for and understand women.

Anyway, I've made my point - I won't mention it anymore

mumsXMASwish · 07/12/2005 16:57

I know ASH but like I said, its my ignorant selfish head. I know what I'm saying is wrong but can't help it.

anway, i'm off home before I cause more disruption

see you all tomorrow ladies and have a good 'un.

love ya all loads!!

Atomicstockinghanger · 07/12/2005 16:52

Meant to add also, she might be a perfectly decent person , but this has sent her over the edge. I get more angry when I see women smoking and drinking and abusing their unborn babies. this girl might have wanted her babies more than anything whilst she was PG, but something just snapped inside after their birth. Depression comes from nowhere and can affect anyone, regardless of class, colour, sex etc

Atomicstockinghanger · 07/12/2005 16:50

Mums I've had a MC too but I have also had PND. I had a 3 month old baby and a 17 month old baby, i lost my nanwho I was very close to and I had a major Crohn's flare up and I was desperately ill, and I was so depressed I could have walked out of my house and never come back. I have been in that awful place where at the time you can only see one answer. It took alot to get me out of that state and I know now just how mentally ill that poor young girl must be. She needs as much help from the medical profession as her dear babies do

Atomicstockinghanger · 07/12/2005 16:47

And here endeth the lesson....

mumsXMASwish · 07/12/2005 16:47

I do feel sad for her but at the same time my ignorant selfish head appears which says.... i had an mc when i would have looked after my child(ren) and she didnt even want hers.

Like I said that's my ignorant selfish head!

Atomicstockinghanger · 07/12/2005 16:44

Well, I survived Argos!! Just!!

I had heard that news report. Those poor little angels, and I feel so sad for their mother. Everyones first reaction is how could she, but then I think how ill she must be. How desperate and how scared. And twins as well. I would be scared of coping with twins with a loving DH and lots of family support. POor girl I think unless you have been there, in that state where you feel you can't cope, where you feel the only answer is to give them away, you can't begin to understand what she must be going through. Plus she has possibly had these babies without the proper medical assistance and could be very ill herself. She could haemorrhage, have an infection, anything.
Your right mums, she could have dumped them inthe toilets or given them in somewhere, but you really don't think straight when you are so depressed that this kind of action is your only hope. I feel so sad for her

FirstSaintNikkilass · 07/12/2005 16:32

still laughing... now have another vision with you pleading..

mygarland · 07/12/2005 16:30
