Ladies, here we are.
Let's crack on.

Cross-posts Meconium brilliant news on the even bigger BFP! Do you drink a lot in the night? Could be why your fmu is more dilute. When are you planning on seeing the GP? Exciting times Smile

maybebabyR · 25/08/2011 10:03

That's the spirit Wants!

We are a right pair Musical Grin

I really need to stop reading the PCOS threads. I don't know why, but I am convincing myself that I may have it. I have none of the symptoms, other than that last month was a 42 day cycle instead of 35. Never let it be said that I over-think things Grin

MeconiumHappens · 25/08/2011 10:01

wow, im sensing a LOT of HCG in the rooooom rat smackers. Puking at the gym? Crying at msn adverts? oooh yes....HCG-tastic.

POAS yesterday, and what was a squinter of a hold up to the light of a bfp is now a big fat p. Grin but weirdly i get a better result in the evening than with fmu.

Also, the right boob sore=preg thing confirmed over here!

When is everyone confirming, we have no list of when BFP due and i like the excitement!

Wants3 · 25/08/2011 09:54

I woke up with a headache today so I am taking it as pg symptom # 1:) keep up the positive thinking everyone!

musicalmrs · 25/08/2011 09:47

Maybe - that advert makes me cry too (even before I was TTC - I'm clearly just a crier!). But that plus all your other signs - clearly a BFP on the way! :)

I'm toddling along... not completely sure when I ovulated, so in order to avoid the dreaded BFN I've told myself I wouldn't test until mid Sept... though I'm sure I'll crack before then!

Until then, plenty of baked goods, and hoping for some BFPs from fellow rat smackers to keep up the string of good luck for this thread..!

maybebabyR · 25/08/2011 09:43

Hello everyone! Ah Scarlet, you poor thing. I hope you get your early scan, it will do you the world of good to see miniscarlet on the screen. Though I must say, I laughed so much at the tiger incident Grin

I was crying at the new msn advert, where a dad takes photos of all his little girls birthdays, and writes her an email. Sob.

Glad you are feeling more positive Farfalla I know how easy it is to work yourself up in a frenzy.

Imps I am really hoping that you are going to tell me you are psychic Grin But surely dreams like that are a sign of our subconsciousness non-brooking?

I just had a Jaffa cake, bad, but oh so good. I am absolutely starving today. Obviously a sign of pregnancy, and nothing to do with the fact I am exercising like a crazy woman, and my dinner made me feel sick so I didn't eat it Grin

Yes Ninja when are you testing? And you Imps and I am fairly sure Baby is too. Any other takers?

farfallarocks · 25/08/2011 09:24

Good news about the 8 week scan, all crossed!
Feeling more positive today, I am like a bloody yo yo!
That is very reassuring about your DS.
I suppose its not an exact science is it.
Am going to go for it this month, do another 21 day test and then if that is still showing low progesterone or there is a problem highlighted by the day 3 test I will start to think about going to get checked out more fully!

OP posts:
scarletfingernail · 25/08/2011 09:15

Hopefully I'll be referred for one at 8 weeks farfalla. Not much point in having one before that, but if I get to 8 weeks and a heartbeat is found, it then becomes more viable.

How are you today anyway farfalla? Btw I was told my progesterone was on the low side 2 months before I got pg with DS completely naturally.

farfallarocks · 25/08/2011 08:50

scarlet you poor thing, its totally normal given what has happened in the past. The likelihood is that this pregnancy will be absolutely fine. I know that its hard to see the logical side though.
Can you have an early reassurance scan?

Morning gals, so much exciting news to catch up on!

solars so sorry about your DH, we had exactly the same issues this month and its so flipping annoying to think you are wasting a whole month and there are only 12 in the year and and and. I feel your pain. Loads more brooking for next month!

maybe that sounds really positive indeed, keep us posted!
bartlett and all others with positive PCOS stories, thank you, has made me much more positive. I realise I am jumping the gun and need to just chill a bit. I am turning into an anxious nutter!

OP posts:
scarletfingernail · 25/08/2011 08:41

mmmmmmmmmm fish and chips. I could eat that right now.

maybe when are you confirming? If you don't get a BIG FAT BFP I think we will all be in shock. Crying at an advert? Almost vomming in the gym? Pregnant. I rarely cry, hardly ever. Before I found out I was pg with DS I cried at a tiger on the tv having a hysterectomy. Wtf?

Ninja same for you, when are you testing?

I didn't have a good day yesterday. Spent the day panic stricken thinking I was about to MC. I'm my own worst enemy sometimes. Feeling a bit better today but I really do need to get a grip.

Imps7 · 25/08/2011 07:38

Maybe I had a dream last night that you got your BFP!!! And then I come on here this morning and see that you nearly vommed in the gym and you cried at an advert!! You are so up the duff. Sadly I haven't cried at anything recently - I must try harder.

Solars I feel for you having a wasted cycle - it's frustrating isn't it? But it gives you even longer to brook no argument for next month - and a June baby will be much nicer than a May baby

Right, christ is that the time already. Must dash, am still in bed.

Solars · 24/08/2011 22:01

Yes Ninja I think I ov'd today, trying not to give up hope, thanks girls!

Feeling odd is surely another sign!

That's funny Maybe I too had a real craving for chip shop chips too yesterday!! Cake that sound like a plan.

maybebabyR · 24/08/2011 22:01

Oh, now you're talking Cake

CakePigeon · 24/08/2011 21:59

Ooh maybe we could order in chip shop chips with scraps and salt and vinegar

maybebabyR · 24/08/2011 21:53

I'm the same Ninja, they don't hurt if I prod them, but they are uncomfortable if I roll over in bed iyswim.

I didn't manage to eat much dinner today at all. All I want is chip shop chips. Covered in salt and vinegar. Nom nom nom.

CakePigeon · 24/08/2011 21:51

Big boobs and nearly vomiting at the gym = preggo! Looking forward to your confirmations maybe and ninja

NinjaChipmunk · 24/08/2011 21:50

maybe i'm practically living in my sports bra at the moment as its way more comfortable than my others! They don't feel particularly tender or anything, i'm just more aware of them for some reason.

NinjaChipmunk · 24/08/2011 21:48

Your poor dh but don't give up yet solars it might still happen. do you think you ov'd today? maybe a quickie in the morning might seal the deal as they do live for a while while once laid don't they?
I won't be confirming till beginning of next week. I am feeling a bit odd but it could just be eating too much dinner!

maybebabyR · 24/08/2011 21:45

Ah Solars don't give up hope yet. He will be feeling much better in the morning after an early night Smile

Ninja so are mine! I had to physically force them into my sports bra tonight. I have big boobs anyway, but really....

I am not going to confirm. I am just waiting and seeing. If I say that enough, I will believe it myself Grin

Solars · 24/08/2011 21:38

Wants I would go for it, don't want to be wasting that EWCM!

Maybe those are sure signs of pregnancy if ever I heard them!! When are you confirming by the way? Ninja you too with those huge boobs! Are you confirming soon too?

Well, hubby went to work this afternoon but when he came back he was still very feverish and very tired. He had a little to eat and was off to bed and considering he was up most of the night anyway I couldn't blame him. Think this month for me has been a wash out :(

NinjaChipmunk · 24/08/2011 21:12

you are so so pregnant maybe, nearly vomming in the gym and crying at an advert? can't be anything else.
I think my boobs are getting bigger.

maybebabyR · 24/08/2011 21:03

Bonsoir fellow smackers if rats. Sorry for no replies, been in the gym.

Sorry about the funeral Bartlet hope all is ok?

I agree with Dream Wants go forth and smack that rat.

FOLC ACID

So, in the gym tonight, I spent the first 20 mins trying not to vom. Then, and this is the embarrassing bit. I started crying at a sodding advert. WTF?

Am having an ironic glass of vino to perk myself up. Any crying to report Imps?

BartletForAmerica · 24/08/2011 20:57

Cross-posted with Ninja. Hello! Need to get an early night (wink, wink).

BartletForAmerica · 24/08/2011 20:56

Sorry for not responding to everything. We've been away at a funeral today, so not much time.

Yacka, congratulations! I am amazed at the success rate of this thread! Hope hyperemesis doesn't appear this time. After being quite sick with DS, I have been told by friends that it won't necessarily happen in the future.

farfalla, a friend of mine has PCOS - and will be the mother to 4 children under 3 (one set of DTs), all without any treatment, in just a few months!

So whose turn is it to become pregnant tomorrow? Sorry, that should be "whose turn is it to confirm they are pregnant tomorrow?" Clearly, we are all pregnant already. Smile
