Good lord - you lot are on a roll!!!! Fingers crossed for your test tomorrow Scream looking pretty flipping positive though!

And Jaggy hoping you have some of he same batch of agreeable pee sticks!

Hello to everyone else - what an exciting day!

farfallarocks · 18/08/2011 11:43

jen I am with you, I AM TAKING NO PRISONERS

25th April is calculated from my last period. If I worked it out from when I Ov's it would be 29th April.

dream you must've ov'd much earlier than you said you thought you had. You thought it was CD26 which for you was only 8 days ago right? Plus you said you finished rat smacking CD25. I reckon you must have caught the rat sometime around CD15/16 which would correctly put you ahead of me and make your line stronger on pee stick.

jenfraggle · 18/08/2011 11:38

I am loving all you preggos on this thread. Well done for finding accurate pee sticks which I'm sure is down to your no brooking, positive thinking.

When AF buggers off goes away, DH won't know what hit him as I have decided that this month IS my month and I am brooking no argument.

maybebabyR · 18/08/2011 11:09

Seconding Dream Jaggy This month is THE month Smile

I will remind you tomorrow about folic acid Dream

dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:56

jaggy, you will not be a disappointment. This month is YOUR month Grin. And you have Symptoms. Tiredness, and i'm sure you had a couple more...

jaggythistle · 18/08/2011 10:53

if my temp tomorrow is of a similar nature, i will prob cave and do a cheeky 10dpo test, aye.

The excitement is sweeping me along! really hope I'm not a disappointment.

dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:47

and hello denyeverything, love the name, put my name on a nice vom bucket, have a nasty feeling i'll be needing it!!!

dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:46

Scream to really cheer us all up you could buy a CBD and a FRER and then we'll all KNOW Grin but i just have a feeling you are helped by your positive interent cheapie and the cheapies are less sensitive, they need higher levels of HCG i.e. later testing date and further along, to react Grin

dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:43

scarlet, I told DH as soon as the positive lined showed up- which it did at the same time as the control line, so seconds really. He said 'oh'. He was half asleep i suppose. Then 'are you sure?' looked himself. 'yes thats very positive' Lay back down. Has been totally grumpy about looking after DD for 2 hours while I had a shower sneaked on here had breakfast etc, and is now cutting the hedge. Its all celebration here, what can i say...!!!!!! Think he's just tired Grin. He warming up to the excitement.

Now maybe, get me sorted. Yesterday, after all the talk on it, i forgot my pregnacare conception AGAIN. I have moved them this morning and dosed myself up. on my 6th ever one and thanks for the pom pom effort Grin

I can't stop smiling. Got the inlaws and need to be making a crumble now, i have about 40 min of DD nap left but can't drag myself off this....

And my symptoms so far- weeing in the night- but because i've been up with DD the last 4 nights i just assumed it was that. If she wakes up and i get up i always have a wee anyway, but i've been DESPERATE last few nights. and nausea. was it a couple of nights ago i couldn't finish my tea despite being hungry as I felt sick?? a few other moments like that. Which does not bode well, as i puked my guts up with DD, had to take cyclizine..... but none of that started at all til 6 weeks with her. fingers crossed!!!

farfallarocks · 18/08/2011 10:41

OMG I don;t log in for 24 hrs and all hell breaks loose!

Dream congratulations! I just knew you were updiffed, had a really strong feeling! And what a marathon shag fest you have had, are you curious as to which one was the successful shag?

imps excellent news on the shag front, nicely done, what day are you?

Welcome to all the new joiners.
I would LOVE a bacon sandwich, cheers (fat off please)
I had a breakfast meeting yesterday and one of the options was a veggie full english made of: Soya bacon (I kid you not), ricotta sausage and soy black pudding. Revolting!

Scream I can't wait for you test again, very good that you had DH to have a look because I sometimes find that I begin to see imaginary lines where I know they are meant to be!

OP posts:
dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:37

and scarlet, if you want me to try and do it from when i ov'ed i'll have to trawl through the old thread to see where i reported EWCM and that will take me aaaaaaaggggggggeeeeeesssss....

dreamfeeder · 18/08/2011 10:35

scream, you can't get an evaporation line after 2 minutes, you just CAN'T. and you can't get a false positive. Fact. I can't WAIT for tomorrow morning either, ARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!! You're so pregnant

It's all happening on this thread Grin

jaggy, timing couldn't be worse, confirms your pregnancy, the pee stick is just for formality Grin

What an exciting few days on this thread.

scarlet, have you worked out your due date from when you think you ov'ed?? If I do it just counting from my last period it's 20th April. is it 38 weeks from when you think you ov'ed? I'd be guessing, totally....

But yes imps, you and all the other wise preggos on this thread were indeed right and the brownish spotting I had on CD26 was indeed an implantation bleed Grin

Imps7 · 18/08/2011 10:24

OMG, seriously, another potential BFP?? This is amazing news! Really, you ladies are amazing!!!

scarletfingernail · 18/08/2011 10:19

Oh yes, scream what Robots said. Get yourself a clearblue digi. They do not lie (apart from the number of weeks but that's a whole other thread) If that says you're preggo, you are definitely preggo.

scarletfingernail · 18/08/2011 10:17

OMG it's all happening here.

jaggy you are testing tomorrow? I can't wait to switch on in the morning and read about your BFP.

And Scream? If you can both see it, it is there. I am sooooo close to typing congratulations but don't want to jinx it so will type it tomorrow instead when you confirm. Ooops, I think I did actually just type congratulations. Oh, there I go again Grin

maybebabyR · 18/08/2011 10:10

Wohoooooooooo! Well done Dream Best thing to see when you switch on the computer in the morning. So pleased for you Grin

And Scream Grin Grin Sometimes these BFPs just take a while to show themsleves. When are you testing again?

Welcome Robot Positively glowing already Smile

And well done on the shag Imps Wink

jaggythistle · 18/08/2011 10:09

eek scream that can't sit still or concentrate on anything feeling is so bad!

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Robotindisguise · 18/08/2011 10:05

Buy a clearblue digital for the morning. Or you'll do your eyes in!

Until then, you're clearly pregnant so get on with glowing!

ScreamIfYouWantToGoFaster · 18/08/2011 10:04

Okay, can I tell you ladies something? (This is way way too premature and I really hope you're not going to be exasperated with me!)

So I tested this morning at 7 a.m. with an internet cheapy (I'm a compulsive early tester!) and it was a clear and definite BFN. I was disappointed obviously, but it's 11 DPO here so I was still BROOKING NO ARGUMENT for the weekend.

Then I came on here a bit later and was completely inspired by Dream's amazing result!! (Well done Dream!!). It completely fired me up, but then I desperately wanted to test again!!

So I convinced myself that First Response is actually more sensitive than the internet cheapies, and I decided (foolishly of course - I told you I'm a compulsive early tester!) to have another go with my last remaining FRER.

Well this time, after just a minute or 2, I thought there might be the faintest teeniest tiniest little line. Seriously, the line is so faint I honestly thought I might be hallucinating a line through sheer force of wishing!!!

So I took the test straight over to DH and he agreed there's a really faint line!!!! (I did check that the place where he thinks there might be a line is the same as the place where I think there might be a line - just in case it was a joint hallucination!!)

So now I'm even more worked up!!! I DESPERATELY want to test again but obviously it's pointless before tomorrow morning. AAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Okay this was a completely pointless post because there's nothing you lovely ladies can do about this, and I can't even figure out how to upload a picture of the imaginary world's faintest hint of a possible line. I will have to get another FRER today just to see if it's an evap from a faulty test (or a joint hallucination cause by lack of breakfast!) I will be trying again properly in the morning though.

AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Can't sit still now! I want it soooooooooooooooo badly!!!

Robotindisguise · 18/08/2011 10:03

Congratulations Dream, that's fantastic! Thank you for the bacon butty, they're thin on the ground around here as I'm married to a veggie...

Thank you Imps - I have a lovely DD watching Mr Tumble at the moment, we have been TTC since January - although only 4 "real" unsuccessful months as I wasn't very well mid-year so we stopped for a bit. So this is month 5. I'm on day 3 of my period so about to embark on the rat-smacking once again!

So then - preseed. Haven't tried it before. Should I?

jaggythistle · 18/08/2011 09:43

I am getting a wee bit hopeful this month.

Just to elaborate on my Worst Possible Timing scenario. The Big Night Out i mentioned...the entire staff of my work are invited, so they would see me Clearly Not Drinking. Could the timing be worse ??? Grin

It's awfy exciting in here this week!

munkiii · 18/08/2011 09:22

Grin congratulations Dream

Wow what an inspirational thread!

jaggythistle · 18/08/2011 09:14

all this BFP action is making me a bit keen to join in. Still waiting to try out the Amazon cheapies on Firday though. or maybe tomorrow.

This thread rocks Grin

scarletfingernail · 18/08/2011 09:12

YYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

GO DREAM! Congratulations Smile That is fantastic.

Of course, we all knew it Wink Have you told DH?

Have you worked out your due date? I didn't even think about it until last night Blush but I reckon April 25th for me.

Ok guys, this thread is working. Who is testing next?
