Let's face it May 2012 is full of bank holidays leading up to an extra day off thanks to the Queen. We are all bound to get updiffed and miss the time off -(where we should be in the pub) looking after our new babies.

A bus for those who find it difficult to remember new names. Ting ting - no getting off untilk a BFP.

Starting the stats Bleats (31) TTC#1 af due 31st Aug ish

Sorry to Bleats and Spuddy. Same thing happened to me two cycles ago. For some reason was just 25 instead of more normal for me 27 days, the next month was fine and I think this one will be normal too. I think you can 'think' it early if that makes sense. Sorry xx
Hope job is OK, what makes you think it isn't Spuddy? Is your employer in diffs or..? xx

Pipbin · 30/08/2011 13:25

Spuddy Oh no! What makes you think you are losing your job?

Spuddybean · 30/08/2011 13:21

Hello ladies have been keeping up with all the gossip (and swi! Grin) but haven't posted in a while as have been in a bit of limbo waiting for af not being pregnant but looks like she is on her way. Which is good news as I have only been off the pill for 4 weeks cd34 which isn't bad! Grin hope soon she arrives in full swing then the swi can begin!!! Hope everyone is doing well and getting lots of action Blush

I've miss calculated too I think.
AF now due on the 10th September.

Byrnsie30 · 29/08/2011 09:48

Hey all,

Just checking in! I mis-calculated days to wait the other day. AF due a week this wed so if I include today and the wednesday I'm due as full days then I still have 10 to wait now!!! Aaah!! Seems like ages! I must keep busy!

I'm like you cats, trying to keep calm and convince myself it's not happening to try to avoid disappointment - not convinced though!!

Good luck to all those experiencing symptoms and testing soon x

MyCatLikesToHideInBoxes · 28/08/2011 22:30

Hi all,

I've been having a busy but enjoyable bank holiday weekend - hope you've all been having a good one too?

Byrnsie I'm also trying not to obsess about any symptoms as most of them I experienced last month too. Being honest with myself, I don't think it's going to be my month - I just keep focusing on the fact that I don't feel in the slightest bit sick whereas with ds I felt nauseous straight from the start but only time will tell I guess...

Welcome back Mersea

Poor Bleats, that does sound very strange, hope you're feeling a bit better now and have not had any other nasty surprises today.

Loving the swing Spuddy - "for the girl who's doors are as well hung as her man" Wink

Pipbin · 28/08/2011 22:02

Good heavens spuddy!
I don't know that my doors are up to that.
I could just see myself falling arse over tit and looking very undignified getting into that.

Spuddybean · 28/08/2011 18:25

Right ladies - i have just ordered myself a sex swing to hang from the door!!

www.bondara.co.uk/door-sex-swing

And just to let you know i will be pulling that exact expression when i use it!!

180 · 28/08/2011 11:53

Could it be implant Bleats?

Bleats · 28/08/2011 11:24

Hey Spuddy - sounds good.

I am a bit worried -(TMI alert) - I have just had a weird bloody discharge something that never happens to me pre period. Umm I think this is probably a bad sign but I am not crampy or anything like that. Decided not to tell DH but feel proper wubbish Sad

HorseyGirl1 · 28/08/2011 08:24

Glad to see you back, wondered where you were. Trying to keep busy and not think about it too much. Hope it's our turn soon x

Mersea · 27/08/2011 22:47

Hi all

Nice to catch up with you all again, especially during the 2ww when there is so much uncertainty and finger crossing!! I have been working away for a few days on a summer camp for young people and adults with physical/learning difficulties. This has managed to keep my mind of things most the time but the down side was the late night parties, unheathy food and drinks from the bar, which is probably not the best practice at this time. Only got until Thursday to wait now and not feeling anything physically different from other times at this point on my cycle. Feeling apprehensive as usual and a mix of excitement and fear! Good luck and best wishes to you all :o

HorseyGirl1 · 27/08/2011 20:46

Sounds very promising Spuddy FX

Spuddybean · 27/08/2011 18:59

My DP has been away for a couple of nights and just come home, we went to bed for some late, just in case swi and when i took my top off he was Shock at my boobs (i haven't told him any symptoms or anything as he is likely to tell everyone he has ever met that i am pregnant!).

TMI alert - MY NIPPLES ARE LIKE SAUCERS! is that normal? I'm starting to worry it might be the mother of AF's on its way.

I also very embarrassingly burst into sobbing tears at a doc abut the battle of britain. Blush

I'm trying not to get my hopes up and putting off going to the loo in case i get early AF.

Byrnsie30 · 27/08/2011 17:17

Hey all,

I am determindly focussing on not symptom spotting - it' so difficult though. I have sore boobs - but that's not unusual so not reading too much into it!

Floydie welcome back - sounds promising - you never know! You tried a test? Also, not to be a scare-monger but I'm sure I heard something about not using tampons during spotting? That could be complete rubbish, but thought it was worth a mention!

I spoke to a friend of mine the other day and she had bleeding at week 11 and week 16 of her pregnancy and has a very healthy 9 month old girl now :)

This has turned out to be a bit of a 'random bits of information' message - apologies for rambling!!!

My mantra for today 'I WILL NOT DO A CB DIGITAL PG TEST UNLESS AF IS LATE!' Only 9 days to wait - aahh!! Biscuit and Brew for me. Anyone else?!

harmonyb23 · 27/08/2011 16:37

Hello everyone! Well I'm on CD13 now and have got a positive OPK. Have been DTD most nights this week, but I'm going to have to tell my DP he can't rest yet Grin

Determined to get that BFP this month! It's only my 3rd cycle since coming off the contraceptive implant but I am SOOO impatient!

Sounds promising Spuddy

Well off to console DS thought he would nap a bit longer than the 15mins he's been up there - not a chance - think I may make myself a Brew before I go and see to him, think I need it!

Imustbecrazy26 · 27/08/2011 15:26

Bleats we just away in a caravan it not some out of this world position! Grin

Horsey that's exactly it!!

No symptoms for me but not sure when af going to arrive if I go from the two days of spotting I had which I thought was af have got at least another 10 days at a guess

Bleats · 27/08/2011 08:36

HorseyGirl1 · 27/08/2011 08:10

Me too. AF due next Friday-ish. Considering prebooking seat on filthy June bus so at least have fun ride to look forward to - that just sounds wrong doesn't it, ha ha! xx
