Woah that's a long list!

So what's happened to all the others whose AF was due by now? Come and update us!

I can't test till next weekend so I want some vicarious POAS action !

I've updated the list including known BFPs and those who have unfortunately been hit by AF this month. Let's hope there'll be plenty more to be added as the days tick past. Not sure if I've captured everything right so amend and update if I've missed anything.

So I've been reasonably good over last day or so and not done any more tests - I'm planning on holding out til tomorrow or Sunday to test again if AF doesn't arrive first - is due this weekend. I mainly test because, yes I am impatient, but it's so that I can be put out of my misery sooner rather than being able to cling onto the dream that this was 'THE' month. I think I've put too much pressure on for it to happen for us soon and need to snap out of my negativity. Before we even started officially TTC I was convinced that we would have problems and even did some of those home fetility tests - I guess like lots of people if you want something so badly your instincts kick in to make you think it won't happen because you want it so badly. BUT I'm not out of the game for this month so will wait and see what this weekend brings!

Hi Jo have you been to your GP about not ovulating? Mine is currently testing for mine. Had a round of blood tests last week and I am using the ov sticks off amazon. I did have one positive test (I started on day 8 after af) but we shall see if the tests were working.

My GP said it's common for some women not to ov every month. My cycles go from 30 - 45 days. I am currently on day 34 and af due on Wednesday. Although my GP did mention on my 45+ day cycles there's a good chance I'm not ovulating.

Someone asked how I knew I didn't ovulate.. I have a pack of those ovulation testing kits off Ebay (they say that the NHS uses them) and about a day before I expected to ovulate I started testing. Imagine my surprise when I went the rest of the month without apparently ovulating. Then AF arrived as usual. All very strange. But I did have an early miscarriage in early May I think.

Tiny bit more brown discharge today. Not looking good is it? But I don't usually have a brown discharge before AF. Still clinging to hope. Thanks for listening to me witter on.

Is there a list of BFPs from this month? I know I would find it encouraging seeing the list change from AF due to baby due!

Should be ov'ing about now so trying to pounce on my DH when I can...

Jumping off the bus, AF got me. Thank god something happened thou cos been in limbo since having my coil out 6 weeks ago, and because I never had a af nor spotting with it,I was a bit worried I was working correctly.

I'm now 8DPO and so just waiting to see what happens. This was supposed to be our first month of trying after the medications but we didn't really put an effort...so we'll see.

Twobecomethree I never test til after I'm due either, too expensive when trying for 18 months! Sorry about your BFN.

Well after two evenings of lying in bed with agony backache and odd belly cramping, still no AF after 33 days so I tested early this morning and it was BFP! .

I'm giving you all the credit, I think it was the luck of the bus!

I started trying to do temps but I'm not a morning person so haven't kept up with it religiously if I'm honest, will defo next month if AF arrives. I think Im going to have to force myself to learn your mentality about testing Karbea that said will definitely give in probably test on Friday just to put myself out of my misery.

twobecomethree I never test till the day after I'm due, and even then i dont if i feel like af is coming, which means I rarely test. I wouldn't want to get a bfp and it be a chemical pregnancy. I think temping helps with this as I know if my temp is dropping then I'm not pregnant.

I'm not sure if its possible to not ovulate but still have a "normal" cycle Jo - how come you don't think that you ovulated? So you've had red now brown discharge? Might just be your body getting re-adjusted after mc but I'm hoping that its more likely signs of a BFP coming your way....

Hi Jo probably not what you want to hear but I tend to have that sort of discharge a few days before my AF :/

Bit of brown discharge today. ? I usually get AF 2 weeks after ovulation, as you would expect, but seemingly didn't ovulate at all last month, after a very early miscarriage in May. I didn't think that was possible (to not ovulate at all?) So really not sure what is going on. The waiting is killing me. Negative test this morning, will try again tomorrow.

That sounds like a good plan for not thinking about it mucho, but I have no such willpower - it seems to have consumed my life a bit too much right now! I admire your patience - keep it up and good luck.

Need to hear some positive stories about sympton spotting and BFPs to keep my mind out of wallowing - this thread seems to have run a bit dry but there were plenty of potential finder-outers about this time???

I am gonna hold off testing as long as possible I think, my DP says he is not even going to think about it so he doesn't get his hopes up - best idea all round for me I think!

BFN for me this morning . Gutted about it even though itmight still be too early at somewhere 9-12 dpo but not sure when is too early for it not to show. AF due at wkend so Will probably wait til Fri/Sat to test again if no sign. Feel rubbish! Don't go too crazy in the 2ww spout!
