Since I've this morning fallen off the March bus, I've chartered and boarded April 2012s bus.

So to start

morning ladies

well im so confused after getting a few faint lines on cheap test over the weekend i went and bought a clearblue which I did this morning and it was negative :( so im so bloody confused its unreal just want to know what is going on :(

lauraloo09 · 14/08/2011 18:20

oh bartlet that sounds promising when you going to test? xx

BartletForAmerica · 14/08/2011 18:04

laura, my first few tests with my DS were both really faint. A positive result is a positive result, so it sounds like congratulations are in order!

truffle, any news?

Here with me, no news, I guess, could be good news. Still no AF, not done any tests yet. On day 28. Apart from first month off Cerazette when cycle was 29 days, cycle has always been shorter than 28...

lauraloo09 · 14/08/2011 17:49

truffle any news did you test yet?

Well I did a test yesterday afternoon (cheap ebay one) and i got a faint line and my DH also saw it. I did another one last night and it was an ven fainter line and also this morning using fmu (but had been to the loo during the night) and it also came back with a faint line...is it possible that these are evap lines or can i safely say it was a BFP?? I have been feeling horrid all day tired and sick and slight cramping/pulling sensation but hoping it is not my brain playing tricks on me lol i have bought a clearblue for tomorrow morning but surely all these tests couldnt all be evap lines lol trying not to get my hopes up here but cant help it :)

Truffleshuffler · 13/08/2011 19:59

Thanks Bartlet. Am so tempted to do a test, but trying to wait.

BartletForAmerica · 13/08/2011 19:24

Still nothing to report here, but I feel completely fine. Hmm, we'll continue to wait. This was all so much easier before I was pregnant when my cycle was a reliable 24 days. Now I just don't know what's going on.

Truffle, hope it means what we hope it means.

Truffleshuffler · 13/08/2011 10:48

Well AF due today, or 15th if I'm late like last month. Am so bloated I can't get my wedding ring on. What does it mean????????????????

BartletForAmerica · 12/08/2011 11:12

Sorry to see you leave, Numberjacker.

I don't have any tests in the house and we are away at the PILs for the weekend, so wouldn't want to test there anyway. (PILs are great, but would rather be able to do test just with DH whether it was BFN or BFP.)

AF is due from 11th - 15th, so if nothing on Monday, I'll buy a test and do it on Tuesday morning...

Numberjacker · 12/08/2011 07:49

I'm off the bus I'm afraid.
AF got me 3 days early Sad.

Thank you all for your company (and snacks) and fx to you all for the rest of the journey.

Off to check the timetables for the May buses.

MichaelaS · 11/08/2011 18:43

oooh good luck BartletforAmerica that sounds promising! when are you testing then? can you be disciplined and wait until the weekend or are the sticks coming out now? :)

BartletForAmerica · 11/08/2011 15:41

Congratulations to all the BFPs. Good luck to all those waiting.

By pre-pregnancy standards, AF is due today. Cycle has been longer since coming off Cerazette and I'm still breastfeeding, so cycles have been 26-29 days.

I felt ABSOLUTELY exhausted last night and went to bed at 7pm, so is it a sign? My DH keeps asking, "Do you think you are pregnant?" but I don't want to get his or my hopes up.

randommummy · 11/08/2011 15:23

Have just realised i am chatting merrily to the wrong bus Blush thak you for having me.... I'll hop off now and back to my own bus. (Am new to all this)

randommummy · 10/08/2011 19:47

actually seeem to have dropped off the list - maybe is an omen .

randomummy ttc #4 af due 22nd Aug

xx

randommummy · 10/08/2011 19:39

I am dangling off the conductors platform after a cellibate weekend at the in laws. Sad as I think it was my prime time. Arrived home determined to be sex goddess until 22nd in the glimmer of hope I might be wrong but DP has been callled to work in Brussels tomorrow after this evening out doing vollentry work. bring on the Wine

spout · 10/08/2011 14:02

Hi Laura - that's so frustrating for you. FWIW, I got a neg with FR 3 days before I was due, but a pos with a CBD the next day. I'd thought that FR were supposed to be the most sensitive but maybe that's not quite always the case.. Deffo test again in a few days, fingers crossed.

MichaelaS · 10/08/2011 12:26

oh no Laura how disappointing. i'd agree, test again in a few days. its the only way to tell. xx

morning well I did a FR test this morning and it was a BFN I'm so gutted got my hopes up last night with that cheap test I took...do you guys think there is any chance that I could indeed be pregnant but the FR showing negative? It is a pain in the backside not knowing where I am in my cycle due to no period since march :(

MichaelaS · 09/08/2011 23:34

evening all! hi lauraloo. i'd definitely test tomorrow using FMU and see, with another 8 hours of hormone building and FMU concentration you should get a definite response one way or another. social worker sounds strange though, what a thing to say when she had no idea - could have been really awkward!

i'm still on the bus, AF due sat and am quite hopeful because i've been having odd cramping and sore boobs. Last time I had that was the month before i got pg with DS though, some sort of weird hormonal surge (not a CP though) and really long cycle. So hopefully its not that. I think either way there is something in my uterus - either a baby or an infection, given all the cramping. had a severe uterine infection in last pg and post partum so know the signs....

good luck to all still on the bus. who is testing when?

lauraloo09 · 09/08/2011 22:42

evening all hope you all are well is there anyone still on the bus lol

well i went to the doctors yesterday regarding my breast problems and he said my brain is probably producing too much hormone called prolactin, but he does not think my problems are anything sinister.
I have still been having throbing pains in my breasts today. Today at work I was taking minutes at a meeting and the social worker involved said congratulations to me. I asked her why she said that and she asked if her little star (my DD) was getting a brother or sister to which I explained that I am trying for a baby but didnt believe I was pregnant...to which she replied congratulations. She said she knows a pregnant woman when she sees one. I took a test when I finished work (at 5pm) and I forgot about the test, when I remembered about the test I noticed a really faint line, I didnt even need to squint to see it. my DH and my aunt (more like a DSis) saw it too! Only thing is I am scared of taking another test in the morning in case it was an evap line I'm getting to excited and dont want to be disappointed. So do I take the test tomorrow morning or wait for a few days...right now I am believing it is a very faint BFP!! please fingers crossed I am right lol

twobecomethree · 09/08/2011 10:22

Yes lauraloo I think you should test also - so let us know how you get on.

Congrats to everyone with the BFPs - hope all is going well with you and that there are more to follow.

Commiserations to those with AF.

So AF finally got me last night on CD 43 after being AWOL for over a week, so I'm now off this bus. I'm pleased that AF didn't hold out for longer as that just delays the next month's trying but I now have no idea when I'm going to ovulate this month with messed up cycles. I have been using the v.cheap ov dip stick tests but they are bit cumbersome (wee in a pot, wait, dip in stick, wait, try to ascertain if there is a faint line or not etc!) - does anyone use the CB or other kits that are easier?

Not sure if I'll join another bus for next month yet or not - going to try to stop obsessing about it so much if possible and not sure being on a bus helps - but at least it makes me feel like I'm not alone in all this! Good luck to everyone left on here - I'll stalk back to see how you are getting on! :)

morning ladies so sorry not been on in ages congrats to all the BFP's and sorry for all the AF's hopefully next month is your month!

Well reason for not posting was that I was sure AF was going to come on but as yet still nothing so thats now since end of march since my last AF which is a nightmare for ttc. Over the weekend, however my breasts have been really sore, actually even just wearing a bra right now is hurting them. However in my right breast a have had some dark brown sticky discharge so I have been worrying what this could be. The discharge only really happens when the nipple is squeezed (sorry for TMI) but the pain is uncomfortable not sure what to make of this my doctor cant see me till next monday do i try for an earlier appointment (dont think this counts as an emergency) or do i take a test just in case this is a sign??

Lauraloo xx

minipie · 08/08/2011 10:43
