Breaking it down into its individual parts, is there anything you can do to improve swimmers/ swimming quality - Either food or vitamin wise? RE your ovulating, you're seeing a gp at least, have you thought about acupncture or reflexology? I have read stories on here regarding those helping to regulate cycles. And your poor leg must just feel like the icing on the cake.

Oh dear, I think I have pulled my hamstring. Well searing pain doing a lunge at the gym. Struggling to walk. DH has gone out to buy me a leg support so I can work tomorrow. Can't have any more time of sick! . Mega push at gym appears to have backfired. My sister thinks it's soft tissue damage and I'll be out of action.for at least 3/4 weeks. Boo!!
Yes sperm numbers seem.ok but just swim in.circles! None that swim in.straight lines, small amount category b (healthy but don't swim straight). If I'm ovulating irregular and his swimmers go round in circles it's no wonder we've had no joy. Am.very tearful.due to pain and what I'm assuming is pms. Deem it rather unlikely I'm up the duff thus month based on that sperm count.
Oh yes the erectile dysfunction. Not been too bad of late bit wonder if this might tip the balance the other way again.

Evening all, if I may say so I believe that it is quite common for a sperm test to come back low and they should retest once or twice more to get a better idea. It must be true as it says it on the internet.
Your poor dh though, I hope he doesn't take it too much to heart.

Interesting to read about your appointment pg, is a laparoscopy where they put dye in your tubes? How do they actually do it?

Argh about your DP's results, faithbaby! I am in dread of the same thing happening to my DP, followed by gloom and erectile dysfunction forevermore! Sounds like you are doing all you can to keep his spirit up. (iPhone changed that to "keep his spout up", which also works surprisingly well!). How does it work? Did he have lots of sperm, just not moving much? Or were sperm numbers problematic as well?

Yes, DP has been sent off to jizz in a pot - hurrah! The consultant seemed a bit pissed off that he hadn't done so before, but the doctor never suggested it, so I sort of assumed it was something that got done at the hospital stage. Ah well. I shall know for next time (!).

Hello, significant update from me, hot DH's test results back, not great. Seems they weren't very mobile (no class A superswimmers, 85% immobile). So now he thinks it's all him, I still think it's both of us. Need to make double GP appt now to discuss that, my fsh/lh results and also his depression. Trying not to be all doom and gloom, saying to him sure they will retest to.get a full picture. Welcome to princessamz.
Ironically still symptom spotting this month (hey you never know, wild optimism). Been told I look "odd" and "flushed". Also told a colleague about crazy dreams (not the bfp one!) and she said "that's a sign of pregnancy...crazy dreams.". Obviously upduffed!

Hi princess. Glad to have you along. An annoyance shared is an annoyance halved, and all that.

Appointment was ok, though I felt distinctly flat afterwards. I had 20mins with a senior house doctor going through my medical history, then 20mins with the consultant. She is looking at DP's semen results and assuming they don't show any probs on his side, she is booking me in for laparoscopy. Basically it was lots of talking, and looking up details of what's happened so far in my file.

The best bit was she took my word for it about my weight/BMI and didn't make me get on any scales :) Am celebrating with a cup of coffee and an ancient Cadbury's Creme Egg. Back on the dietary wagon tomorrow though.

Had such a vivid dream I was pg. Did a cb digital it said 8 weeks. I was thinking 'how did I kiss this?'. Even analysed in dream "am I dreaming?" But could feel breeze on.face and saw numbers of car number plates so though it must be real! Sad to wake up.

i've been having mood swings today, dp had the audacity to moan that his dinner was taking a long time as he was starving hungry so I flounced out of the room in a big mood. Could that pass as a symptom? Oh and a mouth ulcer...that could be a symptom too?
