So the last thread disappeared so here's the deal: I realised it's really annoying to drive yourself mad wondering if you're pg during the 2ww. Newbies welcome!

Dizzy : it was a relief when I got home to be able to take the trousers off, they felt tight all day. However I haven't been eating the best recently and only got back into them earlier this year...
I'm trying not to 'symptom spot' but when I text the OH earlier he text me back to tell me I was being snappy :s
That plus I still don't fancy eating today, managed 2 mouthfuls of lunch, (extremely rare I must add!), but managed to force down a late lunch though.
Boobs are definitely bigger, bulging out of the bra on BOTH sides, normally just happens on one side! But not sore at all!
The more i think about it: Metallic taste on Saturday, so tired that I will be going to bed in no less than 23 minutes (not even sure I will last that long), saw on this or another thread that u can 'feel' wet but not actually be? Well that's been going on 3 weeks! I must say I've run to the loo more than once thinking I've come on!
Oh and is the fact that I'm completely rambling on a symptom? I would like to be able to blame it on something!!!
Boots has a few bad reviews on first response.

OH bought me another clearblue today (so romantic) but not sure whether to wait for another week???

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 19:12

I would entertain myself wondering if it were a pregnancy craving, if it weren't for the fact I've craved jelly beans for most of my life! They are the most delicious thing ever.

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 19:09

Mmmm jelly beans....

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 19:02

Sounds like a fantastic day! I have bought jelly beans and am ignoring diet and snacking happily, so a good day here too.

How are moving preparations going, dizzy? Are you feeling ready?

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 18:40

Hmm it appears to have stopped.
Good news! DH has talked to insurance company, not as bad as we anticipated. We get a hire car, excess isn't as much as we thought and DH may not be held fully responsible Smile. And, my patient for the funding I've been battling for 3 months! She was so happy she cried when I told her! Today is a good day!

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 17:41

Yeah trying to stay positive! It hasn't got any heavier in last hour. Tempted to poas if it's still the same tomorrow.

DizzyKipper · 13/06/2011 16:38

It may not be implantation spotting but that doesn't mean it's not pregnancy related bleeding faithbaby. I had light spotting around the time my AF was due, I thought it was too late for implantation bleeding too but it stayed light and stopped after 2 days and then I got my BFP. So no need to give up hope just yet.

I'm doing ok thanks, me and OH are both determined to start our family and looking forward. Two more weeks tomorrow and it's moving day, will be quite busy these next 2 weeks (speaking of which, should get on with housework)

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 16:17

I think it's too late to be implantation, I'm meant to be 15dpo! (Still don't trust FF though!). Not sure, might poas when I get home. Am surprised since my temp was still high this am, never had spotting while temp still way above coverline before!
Glad to hear your body is all ready again, dizzy. How do you.feel in yourself?

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 15:55

dizzy I was just wondering where you were! Excellent news that you're able to try again now. Hopefully your body will know what it's doing this time and grab onto that sperm and hang on tight straightaway.

faithbaby and awaywego, hat's crappy news about the spotting. No chance it's an implantation sort of moment, is it?

DizzyKipper · 13/06/2011 15:49

Oh no, sorry to hear that faithbaby Sad Think we have x-posts there.

DizzyKipper · 13/06/2011 15:48

Hi all, and welcome to the new people,

Griselda you've still not POAS? I think I'm getting really impatient on your behalf to see the results lol You are about due for that ironic BFP aren't you?

Glad your accident wasn't too serious faithbaby And the high temps sound promising. You going to test tomorrow?

Hi CLS Where were those bad reviews about first response? From what I've heard they're meant to be one the the better hpt's. You have a good collection of symptoms though Wink Discernible difference from not being able to do your button up definitely sounds promising. I have heard some women keep getting negatives for weeks after they're pregnant, so maybe worth going to the doctor to ask about - blood tests are more reliable than urine.

Sorry to hear about the relationship difficulties away, doesn't sound fun Sad.

I love the natural history museum Ninja, really want to get back there at some point but London is a bit too expensive. Sounds like you had a pleasant enough day though.

Me and Oh are back to ttc now - my body seems to have sorted itself out quickly, there's no more bleeding and I've had EWCM so I'm going to assume my body is fertile again. We'll be onto the 2ww soon enough.

awaywego1 · 13/06/2011 15:45

havealittle-sorry :( me too, rubbish.

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 15:43

Gah! Am spotting! Sad

havealittlefaithbaby · 13/06/2011 13:55

Hi all, yes frantic knicker checking has commenced with a vengeance now futility fiend says af is due. Blatantly not coming today since temp is still up. Hey the charters think my chart looks 'promising!' Smile. Still unwilling to get too excited cos of the disappointment of two cycles ago (17 high temps then it said I hadn't ovulated).
Hello to CSL! You are very welcome. If you.wanna hang out here though you've gotta get used to Tmi, I was talking about blue vomit the other week!
away sounds like this situation has clarified things for you! Sounds like you deserve better but I agree you're wise to get yourself checked out.
pg where did that self control cone from?!
ninja all the best with the sexing!!

CLS101 · 13/06/2011 13:38

Ha PatientGriselda just looked up the thread to see your previous posts, not good when your eating lunch!

I'm joking, it type of stuff doesn't affect me :)

CLS101 · 13/06/2011 13:36

It was my birthday last month and I in April when I got my period I remember thinking that its bound to come directly on my birthday party or just before, so that should have been 21st May as I'm usually 28-29 day cycle.

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 13:33

Good luck, ninja, sweetie. I'll cross my fingers and you'll uncross your legs and you will definitely be duffed by morning. Are you feeling fruitily fertile?

Hi CLS. I agree with ninja that, depending how irregular you usually are, you might pop in to the doctor and see what they think. It's tricky when you're irregular, I know, as you're never really sure how excited you can get about "lateness" (see my sanguinity about being on CD50!).

CLS101 · 13/06/2011 13:33

NinjaChipmunk: Just booked the doctors for next Friday (the closest I could get for a 'before work' app. Bitch Manager doesn't like doctors to be during work time and if it is she likes to see letter and reason why etc.

At least that way its gives it another 11 days to appear!!!

NinjaChipmunk · 13/06/2011 12:52

Hi cls101 wow, 23 days late is impressive! Personally I think you should get yourself to the docs for a pregnancy blood test to see what the results of that are. And if thats a bfn they need to look into why you are so late. What are your cycles normally like?

Sorry to hear that away, sounds complicated and stressy.

pg of course they are pregnancy hormones love, what else would they be? Grin I'm amazed you didn't poas to be honest!

Hi to everyone else. Well af has gone so the shagging marathon starts tonight! Wish me luck, I think i'll need it!

CLS101 · 13/06/2011 12:36

Hi, Im new here!

I'm 23 days late (I think, i've never been on the dot regular)

3 tests, 2 last Monday and 1 yesterday, all neg?. I used First Response then saw bad reviews so bought 1 clear blue. So the test yesterday was also First Response.

Been very tired, under the weather, more aware of my boobs, can't wear one of my favourite shirts as the button doesn't do up properly now but they are not sore, craving for steak (ate it 3 times last week but tried to have had it more), light headed. Various little other things but im not sure if im looking for symptoms?

Do you guys think its worth buying another Clear Blue and testing again now or wait another wek? Or what else do you suggest I do?

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 12:01

Ow, away, that sounds complicated. How do you think you might tackle it?

awaywego1 · 13/06/2011 11:29

Well bfn for me, no af. Feeling very sad today..boo and am now putting late af down to being on prednisolone last month..so have given up really. :(

Patient-i can't believe you are so strong not to poas! and yes constant knicker checking is a pain.
To answer your question briefly without going into the complex dysfunction of it all-i'm not really ttc, were kinda not trying not preventing, DP is unwilling and the relationship isn't amazing tbh..but i really want a baby Blush I think what this month has made me realise tho is that i really need to get out of the relationship and look at other options as i'm not prepared to not be a mum for this relationship..its just hard!
havealittle-good news on the temps..fingers crossed!

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 10:02

Does anyone else have serious insanity about going to the loo? The first nervous glance in the knickers, the solemn pause before checking the loo paper for traces of blood?

PatientGriselda · 13/06/2011 09:46

Hee. I was strong, and didn't. I only have one stick, so will do it with FMU tomorrow.

I just came close to crying over a cup of coffee. PMT? Surely not. Pregnancy hormones? Well why the heck not? :)
