So the last thread disappeared so here's the deal: I realised it's really annoying to drive yourself mad wondering if you're pg during the 2ww. Newbies welcome!

No news from me. Forgot to have sex last night, after all that food, and are now on ejaculation ban in advance of DP's sperm test on Tuesday. He has started to get a bit anxious about the results...

havealittlefaithbaby · 19/06/2011 07:04

Any news ladies? My temp has plummeted, no denying its anything other than af now. Ah well, get it over and done with! Soon be sexing time again. Realised af will be due last day of my holiday, obviously aiming for nice holiday surprise bfp!!

queenrollo · 18/06/2011 21:49

hello girls.

i may be expecting AF tomorrow (by shortest cycle)....or maybe not til a week today (going by longest recent cycle). As i'm going to be at Glastonbury i've decided to POAS on Weds am. I should get a positive test by then if I am PG and if I get a BFN then I know i will be ok to have a couple of drinks at the fest.

Sods law says i'll get AF though which is a real pain when camping.....

PatientGriselda · 18/06/2011 19:21

Brill progress with the study , faithbaby and hurrah for tiredness and potential duffedness, dizzy! And boo to bfn, CLS, and oh my God where is that pub, ninja! I want to play giant hungry hippos.

DP and I popped out for a pint and have ended up with enormous steak and chips in the pub. Still (thinking positively) it's probably my body's way of telling me I'm eating for two :)

havealittlefaithbaby · 18/06/2011 17:08

On a positive note, we have tidied the study (words cannot express how massive a job it was). Car load (!) Of stuff to go to charity shop. Bin bag full of old paperwork to destroy. Computer is in living room, study is now a music room! :) got my piano in there and cool posters on the wall including the 3d Abbey road. Coolio.

havealittlefaithbaby · 18/06/2011 17:03

Grr my old uni friend has just announced she's expecting her third :(
That's just greedy! I only want one!!

DizzyKipper · 18/06/2011 14:09

Hi all,

I'm off to work soon. Been feeling really tired today, exhaustion was my first symptom last time the week following conception, so fingers crossed.
Will be very busy tomorrow - work first thing then round to my mum's to see family. Probably packing straight after.
Hope the rest of you have a good weekend Smile

CLS101 · 18/06/2011 10:45

Hi guys, can't stop right now, will come back later to chat but had bfn this morning Sad

havealittlefaithbaby · 18/06/2011 10:29

Ooh if you're watching Saturday Kitchen you should know Will is my second cousin! Enjoy the morning to yourself ninja.
Giant hungry hippos?! Sounds awesome!!
We are having Dnephew overnight tonight. Hope he sleeps! Expect the house to look like a disaster zone by 5.03 (he's coming at 5). At least we have a Peppa pig dvd in stock to meet the PIG demands!

NinjaChipmunk · 18/06/2011 10:16

sorry to hear of af's arrival faithbaby, your dh sounds good getting you chocolate though.
pg I think I'm inclined to agree with faithbaby about a gp review. 55 days is unreasonably long.
dizzy how are you?
cls101 any news?
Hi to everyone else. Well I've had a nice morning so far - got a lie in and when I got up dp was getting a bag together and has now taken ds for a haircut and then swimming so I've got about 3 hours to myself! Hurrah! Chilling with a cuppa watching saturday kitchen and then may luxuriate in a long hot shower and decide what to do with the day. The pub near me has built a giant size hungry hippos game which they are having some kind of tournament of this weekend so we may pop down there later. And the sun is out!
Well so far have managed swi on day 7 and 9, have forwarned dp that from tonight (day 11) to about tues or weds he'll be required to step up every night!
right off to see what else has been going on in the world of MN....

havealittlefaithbaby · 18/06/2011 09:52

Scratch the 'medium', more like tsunami now (Tmi?). Staying in.bed while DH gets car assessed for repairs. Been promised chocolate on his return.
Griselda I do think a GP review would be wise under the circumstances.55 days is way too long (I know your cycle is irregular but never normally this long!). Hope you get an answer soon.

PatientGriselda · 18/06/2011 07:24

:( faith.

Another bfn here, despite having POAS on day sodding 55, in the middle of being sick this morning. Though that could have been the v rich dinner of course.

On the positive side, at least the vomiting will have helped with ttc diet.

DizzyKipper · 18/06/2011 07:17
Sad
havealittlefaithbaby · 18/06/2011 06:05

Temp drop, medium af has started :( didn't bother testing.

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 22:31

Ah that's better. You know how I feel? Like I'm in a competition, they announced 3rd and 2nd place and I'm sitting waiting with the drum roll going and when they announce the winner I've either won or not even placed. I dunno even know when they will announce it!

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 21:32

Testing in morning deffo. Obsessive looking at charts on FF! Off to read my 'positive life' book in a nice warm bath.

DizzyKipper · 17/06/2011 21:28

Hmm, sounding positive to me faithbaby. When you testing next?

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 21:08

Argh spotting on and off still. Tmi warning: thick.cm at one point, spotting is brown. Spotting on Wed was pink. DH is out with work colleagues. I am.driving myself mad!!!

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 16:53

Stopped again Hmm Hmm

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 16:14

Spotting again Hmm.

CLS101 · 17/06/2011 15:25

Okay decided then, I will poas tomorrow morning, not telling anyone.

I suppose if it is was BFP I would tell DP anyway, I would probably tell u first though! He likes his lay ins, esp Sat morning!!

Have had a very nervous sickly feeling all morning & afternoon as I have now also decided im clearly pg... Wink

havealittlefaithbaby · 17/06/2011 13:06

I usually tell DH about every other one! Not about the crazy afternoon or post af (what if that was implant.bleeding?) Ones. Oh and usually you.guys. told dsis once I.thought I was, the pressure to poas early was intense! Now only tell her when af arrives. I feel ok now but was sick after breakfast! (Positive note to end in). Clearly up the duff!

PatientGriselda · 17/06/2011 10:32

No one knows I am going to POAS! Not even dp, usually. Otherwise he might realise how insane I really am, and start to think it might be better not to mingle genes with me for the next generation! I just unload all my obsessive wondering on here.

Faith and CLS, you sound utterly in the wars, the pair of you. Hope you both feel better soon.

NinjaChipmunk · 17/06/2011 10:31

still waving my pom poms and banner for you all but have people coming over shortly and still in my pj's so no time to catch up today. Will try to pop back on tonight to see how everyone is.

DizzyKipper · 17/06/2011 10:02

I sometimes avoided even telling OH I was going to be POAS as I felt he'd end up getting annoyed with me. Don't tell anyone else.

I'm finding it quite difficult at the mo to stay on top of my threads, so much going on and not enough time.
