So the last thread disappeared so here's the deal: I realised it's really annoying to drive yourself mad wondering if you're pg during the 2ww. Newbies welcome!

A hint of blood this morning. Looks like that's it then. Ah well.

havealittlefaithbaby · 26/06/2011 13:20

All the best for the move dizzy. Let's hope its good news when you're able to get back online!
I think I'm donna ovulate any time, will be luring DH to bed for a 'nap' this afternoon, had a crazy day yesterday seeing Bon jovi live in Hyde park so we are shattered. Gloriously hot weather yesterday plus booze made us all a bit worse for wear! Just hope he doesn't actually fall asleep!

PatientGriselda · 26/06/2011 08:26

Good luck with the move and interim shagging!

DizzyKipper · 26/06/2011 07:02

Hi all,

I'll be packing up the computer today and probably won't be back online again until after we've moved - Wednesday, which is also when I'm expecting AF so I can report on that when I'm back as well.

Wishing every one happy symptom spotting in the meantime and good luck with those BFPs.

havealittlefaithbaby · 24/06/2011 21:15

Ah the magical magnesium, can't do without it now! I bought DH his next round of man pills with magnesium, zinc and ginseng, hoping it'll get his swimmers going in straight lines!

princessamz · 24/06/2011 20:16

hi guys
how's everyone feeling today?
faithbaby i started taking folic acid today.its one of those pregnancy ones and contains magnesium too.

dizzy im going to tenby way for the week.hoping the weather is better though.
x

havealittlefaithbaby · 24/06/2011 07:00

Off to the GP for you!

PatientGriselda · 24/06/2011 06:42

Bfn on day 61. Looks like it's definitely bonkers irregularity then :(

havealittlefaithbaby · 23/06/2011 18:52

I should think batter feels quite squidgy! I remember that feeling exactly two years ago - it was Wimbledon, I was so stressed I had panic attacks and I ended up having a week off work. Just keep telling yourself it'll be worth it in the end dizzy!

PatientGriselda · 23/06/2011 16:08

Poor dizzy - moving house is so unsettling, just when you might reasonably want a bit of familiarity and stability around you. Where is DH now?

NinjaChipmunk · 23/06/2011 14:38

or feeling better even!

NinjaChipmunk · 23/06/2011 14:37

Thanks dizzy, they don't actually have to give me anything but I have asked nicely (and been all positive about the move) so fingers crossed!
Don't worry about the packing if you feel you don't want to do it today, it'll get done. really sorry you are feeling down, with your home half packed I bet you feel in limbo? Hope you're feeling batter soon.

DizzyKipper · 23/06/2011 14:05

Hmm thinking over what said Ninja, I forgot to take account of the fact that sometimes employers are actually nice and willing to help employees out regardless of whether technically they have to or not, so I guess it's worth a try.

DizzyKipper · 23/06/2011 14:00

I've been a bit lazy faithbaby, not been packing today. I've been feeling quite bad the last few days, don't feel happy or motivated at all and finding it quite hard to push myself on to do things. Weekend will be the main push in which we get every last thing packed and the house cleaned from top to bottom. Being with OH will help.
Sorry to hear about FF and the shock you got. I never did much like the term 'chemical pregnancy' right after hearing it, it's always struck me as a misnomer that serves to diminish what has just happened. But like you said, at least you can draw encouragement from it in the fact that it proves you can conceive.

Ninja with all that sexing I should think you jolly well should be pregnant! fx Regarding work travel increasing costs I'm not sure you really could ask for them to compensate you, unless it was an extremely significant increase. I assume employers generally aren't liable for travel expenses and it's up to the employee to determine whether the costs justify working there or not. I do think they have to give employees enough notice for any changes to work though, which they've given - they'd probably say this gave you enough notice to find another job if the change in distance was too much financially. Ask the citizen's advice bureau though, I'm just an ignorant member of public and don't really know what I'm talking about really Confused

Griselda sympathies for this prolonged uncertainty, but at least painful nipples are something I guess Wink

princess you going anywhere fun on your week away?

princessamz · 23/06/2011 12:06

faithbaby so sorry.hopefully next month will be your month :)
im not focusing on ttc too much.apparently if you just relax it happens!here's hoping.away for a week with family from the weekend but without my man :(
think im ovulating around the time i get back so wont have time to think bout ttc cos it'll be 'ive missed you' sex lol x

havealittlefaithbaby · 23/06/2011 07:08

Yup, was icky. Am ok though, fertile time is about to commence.
Glad to hear you're able to destress ninja! Sounds like you.have a good support network. My DDad is round the corner from us (as is Dsis). He has Dnephew once a week and I'm.banking on him for childcare in the future. We'd really miss him.if he moved away (not just for childcare!) so my sympathies.
Right suppose is better get up and go to work .

NinjaChipmunk · 22/06/2011 23:11

Oh faithbaby, how horrible.

My little group of friends from nct are a pretty good stress outlet and i tend to see them once or twice a week on my days off. And i can swear like i'm in the navy which helps too! Thankfully my job is not stressful in the slightest so that makes a difference I think. Everyone needs an outlet of some kind.

PatientGriselda · 22/06/2011 22:51

Ow, faithbaby, that must have been jolting to see.

havealittlefaithbaby · 22/06/2011 22:21

Thanks ninja. I added my chart to FF today to the gallery and it labelled it 'misccariage' and I was like Shock. I hadn't really thought of it like that til that moment.
Excellent effort with the sexing, keep up the good work! Sure that'll get you a baby. Sounds like there's a lot going on with you. Do you have a healthy stress outlet?
dizzy how's the packing going?

PatientGriselda · 22/06/2011 22:19

You definitely deserve a night off and a baby after all that lot, ninja!

It's not really patience - more despairing familiarity with long cycles. But I do suddenly have slightly sensitive nipples (mostly from obsessive prodding, I suspect), which is helping me keep a tiny thread of hope going.

NinjaChipmunk · 22/06/2011 21:53

so sorry to hear about your cp faithbaby ands am also a bit Shock at your colleague.
griselda you are so patient, 59 days is unbelievable. Hats off to you for still sounding like a sane person!
dizzy yay to moving! good luck for tuesday, don't forget to keep the kettle, mugs, milk and teabags easy to get to!

cd15 for me, have made a massive effort on the swi this month, days 7, 9, 11, 12, 13 and 14, tonight is night off, then back to swi on days 16, 18 and 20. And then a bloody goods nights sleep after that! Thats got to get me a baby right? Right?
Work have just told me our department is moving away from the main building in a couple of months which is a bit of a bummer. If the cost of travel to work increases because of something they have done, I can ask them to contribute to the cost can't i? Not sure how I feel about it as seem to have a lot of change going on around me at the mo, we finally decided not to swap ds's nursery for a pre-school as my parents are looking to move and we thought if he 'loses' them (they have him once a week) he is going to need a familiar environment around him (me too as I'm gutted I'm going to lose them even though they'll only be about an hour away!), we need to start thinking about his primary school, and also we would like to move at some point in the next 18 months I think.

havealittlefaithbaby · 22/06/2011 18:20

Superdrug tests are supposed to be pretty good! I hate the line showing ones though they make you squint and feel.insane!

PatientGriselda · 22/06/2011 09:01

I don't know :( I feel fairly pessimistic about it though. It's depressingly likely to be the return of PCOS irregularity, rather than a bfp in waiting.

I do have a spare CB digital, but heard that they can need longer to show up anything. What do you reckon - should I just keep waiting, or buy some cheap line- showing ones and test tomorrow?

havealittlefaithbaby · 22/06/2011 08:18

No, she wasn't asking. Don't work with her very much, was just a general ask before closing he meeting. Just felt like I wanted to blurt it all out! Not even officially asking for time off Friday, just gonna take some time owing to go to appt (she's on leave anyway!).
Where is your af?!

PatientGriselda · 22/06/2011 07:37

Morning all.

Wow, faithbaby, I hope she wasn't asking about baby plans, for the reasons dizzy gave. Do you think she was hinting at it?

CD59 and still no hint of blood.
