So the last thread disappeared so here's the deal: I realised it's really annoying to drive yourself mad wondering if you're pg during the 2ww. Newbies welcome!

dizzy I completely understand what you mean. Loss of a parent is indescribable, you just have a mass

havealittlefaithbaby · 04/07/2011 19:14

Oh no ninja that's rubbish!
Welcome back princess! I'm go

NinjaChipmunk · 04/07/2011 18:48

Well I'm out for another month. Again.

DizzyKipper · 04/07/2011 10:41

Thanks girls Smile

I'm not back at work until next week, so unpacking duties fall to me. And emotionally, don't know really Griselda. I've noticed since my dad passed away I've become a lot more fragile emotionally - getting upset and teary a lot more easily, and feeling very unhappy/bad most days. I know that often I'm not coping that well and I do need to do better. This may sound hard but compared to losing my dad the MC was nothing really Sad
I'm considering trying out tryptophan supplements but need to look into it regarding ttc and pregnancy, I know antidepressants is absolutely off the table for me whilst I'm ttc - regardless of how safe they may say they are.

6 times in 7 days is impressive faithbaby Wink

Glad to hear the holiday was nice and relaxing princess. It is good to cut yourself off from everyday life and all the stresses that come with it from time to time.

NinjaChipmunk · 04/07/2011 09:27

hey princess good to hear you had a nice time. I think its nice when you go somewhere with no reception sometimes as then no-one can bother you. I think it does make a difference to how relaxed you get.
Enjoy your jiggy jiggy!

princessamz · 04/07/2011 09:13

hello everyone!
im back!had absolutely no signal on my phone or dongle while i was away so couldnt communicate with the outside world.good thing i suppose as im completely relaxed now after a week of lazing about :)
according to the ovulation calculator im ovulating this week so been very busy since i got back ;) trying to stay as relaxed as possible as i dont want to jinx anything.
sounds like its been a productive week for some of you with appointments and normal sperm :) hopefully one of us will get a bfp soon x

NinjaChipmunk · 04/07/2011 09:12

that's impressive faith! Bet you need to relax in your hammock after that!

what a lovely day, shame I'm at work. AF due tomorrow or weds. Waiting with baited breath. Or not.

pg are you off abroad or staying in he uk?

PatientGriselda · 04/07/2011 07:41

Wow, well done! We're in holiday next week, so i am pinning my hopes on that.

havealittlefaithbaby · 04/07/2011 06:14

Yup :) 6 in 7 days! DH is officially a stud (think that is the most since honeymoon!).

PatientGriselda · 03/07/2011 22:35

Nope. We both ate too much and ended up too fat and queasy to do anything at all energetic! How about you?

havealittlefaithbaby · 03/07/2011 22:10

Was your luring successful pg?!

havealittlefaithbaby · 03/07/2011 17:20

Ha us too! Had a small bbq. I've been lazing on the hammock reading a magazine. It's clouded over a bit, may have to go for a lie down .....Wink

PatientGriselda · 03/07/2011 17:13

Had a lovely barbecue in the sun, then a nap in front of the tennis. Might attempt a seduction before starting dinner :)

havealittlefaithbaby · 03/07/2011 13:26

We have been to church, are buying a hammock.I intend to pack for my holiday next week then lie on my hammock in the garden in the sun!

PatientGriselda · 03/07/2011 09:51

Ooh yes! Just need to drag dp up, but the mention of a pub should definitely help!

NinjaChipmunk · 03/07/2011 09:29

and if that walk ended in a nice country pub then all the better!

PatientGriselda · 03/07/2011 09:24

Sunny here too. Lying in bed listening to the birds and wondering what to do today. Would be nice to get out of the house and go for a walk.

NinjaChipmunk · 03/07/2011 09:22

Aloha!
Sister Act indeed! Terrible! Snigger...
Hello dizzy, nice to see you back. glad the move went ok.

well i'm on that horrible last couple of days of 'am i aren't i?' and dp keeps telling me he thinks this is the month, I hope he's right. It would be nice to see sex in the context or something other than baby making!
I've calmed down now about the appointment, I know dp would have changed his plans if he could be he has a handover of a shop in shop for a big high maintenance client and he's the project manager. Never mind, hopefully it'll only be another 6 weeks or so at most.

how is everyone today? its lovely and sunny here.

havealittlefaithbaby · 02/07/2011 15:25

dizzy! good to hear from you! :) did you see we wondered how you were? We've been in our house 2 years I unpacked the last box a fortnight ago (was a bit like being reunited with old friends)! Glad it went ok, sure you'll get there in time. Good to gear your nosy is back into its routine so quickly.
I know its terrible but I couldn't find anything else to watch except and old Scrubs where everyone gets pregnant 'by accident'!

PatientGriselda · 02/07/2011 13:31

Good news your body is sorting itself out so well, dizzy. How are you keeping pace emotionally? Well done for getting the move done. How is unpacking going?

Faithbaby, Sister Act 2 is terrible and you should be ashamed of yourself! What next? Free Willy?

DizzyKipper · 02/07/2011 13:24

Hi all,

We finally have a comp set up, I'm borrowing OH's at the moment for a quick update. Still a lot to tidy/sort out but we're getting there. AF came on Wednesday as expected - though I am still somewhat impressed by how quickly my body was able to get itself back on track after the MC.

I'll be back to catch up later Smile

havealittlefaithbaby · 02/07/2011 12:35

Howdy ladies, how we doing? DH is at work this morning and I didn't go back to sleep. Consequently I have: emptied, reloaded, run and emptied the dishwasher; cleaned the kitchen (like all the cooker top, sink, George Foreman); dried my.uniforms; cleaned the windows inside and out, sorted through the freezer and done a list of what's in what drawer. Maybe I'm nesting?! Now chilling watching Sister Act 2! How awful but brilliant!!

PatientGriselda · 01/07/2011 12:55

Wow, sounds like things are moving really well, faithbaby! Am all envious of the speediness, as I wait for a date for my lap+drilling! But still, hurray for everyone's progress!

havealittlefaithbaby · 01/07/2011 11:22

What's he doing?! We had that with DH's sperm analysis, his work booked a meeting he couldn't get out of!
Well I'm back from my first gynae appointment....generally ok but she was very dismissive of my charting! Shock. Not likely to be pcos, I don't have enough symptoms. Plan from here is: repeat progesterone (looks like they were just taken too late cos of my irregular cycle) day 17 (in case its a 25 day cycle) and day 20 (in case its a day 27!). Fanny cam - apparently they should have sent me an appointment for that prior to this appointment. Hsg to be done after next af. At least things are moving forward!

PatientGriselda · 01/07/2011 11:15

Argh! I would be LIVID. Is DH's thing really immovable? I would be agitating for him to change that and get his arse to the hospital. Though the same thing happened to us, though in our case the hospital needed to move it, and offered us a nearby new day that dp couldn't do, with alternatives that were months later, so I phoned hospital who said that if I didn't want to delay further I could do the first appointment alone, as it was really just history-taking, and discussing options. Could you do that, maybe?
