Wow this thread picked up its fab and taken me ages to read through just how i like it just a quick post as im off to the dentist have to have root canal and a filling i have so many probs with my teeth i might ask if they woulod consider taking them out and give me some false uns that are really straight and lovely pearly white and be the of all my friends lol . It's ok, I've been looking at jobs, there's some really good ones at the mo, but I have to get my house first.

I'm a receptionist, i answer the phone, sort mail, (basically do anything no one else wants to do)

CH you were right, I was busy last night. I didn't finish until 2 this morning. I started at miday yesterday......
Am feeling quite rundown.
Can u beleive this. The prof told me to take extra vitamin c and e, so I have been and now I feel like s**t.
I am off to colwyn bay for the weekend to meet DH. We are booked into a lovely country house. I can't wait. I am really missing him.

but thats the point I've not had a verbal warning, I've not had anything. The thing was that a msg was passed to a guy here, and his assistant thought the msg should have been passed to her, she went complaining to my boss who has decided I was obviously in the wrong. Didnt listen to my side and just said "if you cant even do this job, whats the hope of you being promoted" Then I had to listen to her go on for about 15mins (after work when I should have been going home) about how I pass msgs on. New system and everything which makes me job 2 as hard

mumswish-rotten sods. I remember getting a verbal warning when I had been in my job about 2 years-I was so upset I didn't tell anyone and worried about it for months. They should have mentioned it in your assessment and not contradicted themselves Grrrrrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

Been there 7months. I had my assesment only 2 wks ago when they said that I could be put up for promotion and then yesterday I get told I cant even do my job!! ARGH!

Oh well, the quicker we get a house the quicker I can get a new job.

I had a really bad night last night. work really pissed me off. I've been told I'm no good at my job and how can I expect a promotion when I cant even do this job. I was starting to look for a new job but now I definatly am!! (or at least after we've got our house anyway)

Went to see another house last night. Wasnt very nice, the actually house was nice but the neihgbourhood wasnt too good and no where to park. Plus there was a tenant in there who was taking all the light fittings and carpets etc with her. So would need a lot of sprucing up. Got another 1 to see on Friday and then 2 on Saturday. one of them is the prefab and I'm really looking forward to it. Both me and DF have said as long as it's structually sound and habitable we'll be happy with it as its £15k less than any others we've looked at.

Anyway enough of me rabbiting. Hope you've all had a good evening and got a good day planned.
