WTTC Apr/May/Jun Graduation thread

Hey, this is a thread for all the graduates from the Waiting to TTC thread who are going to start trying April/May/June. We've all got to know each other too well to just bugger off on our separate ways now! And if any of the Waiting crew who are still waiting want to pop by there will always be cups of tea (or something stronger) for you!

So, grab your folic acid and your sexy undies and get comfy (possibly with your legs in the air...?)

Well snap - we're both on cycle 1 now. What's this bus of which you speak?

Did you see what my hubby did when he found out I was on day 1? I go squishy every time I see the tulips :-)

How is everyone today?

I felt sooo sick last night, sooo tired but woke at 6:15am and couldn't get back to sleep :( Hoping this is a sign and not just a bug!

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 12/04/2011 09:20

Would be negative. Found out I was preggers with DD when I was 16wks due to home tests always showing negative.

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 11/04/2011 20:49

lol - you could get one of those pg tests that can tell you 'five days before your period'...

Ahh matchmaking cakes good stuff :)

I'm the high libedo in the relationship too and agree now DP has a reason he's been totally different, am loving it Grin

Only 8 more days till AF is due! Going sooo slow :(

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 11/04/2011 15:03

shame they can't see servicing their wife as the job in hand ;-)

Oh well - I'll take what I can get!

LOL good stuff cakes! I am also the higher libidoed one in my relationship and have brought up with soon to be dh that we need to increase the frequency and he has said it'll be much more frequent when SWI, he can't wait! Maybe they like to feel they have a job to do?!

MakesCakesWhenStressed · 11/04/2011 10:19

had a lovely lovely weekend. Little sis came to stay and one of DH's friends hung out with us (I think he has a crush!) We played poker, went to a gorgeous local pub and sunbathed in the pub garden, chatted, cooked together - just generally chilled out. A perfect weekend.

Oh, and SWI has commenced Bizarrely the SWI seems to invoke greater interest on DH's part than SWOI. As the higher-libidoed one of our pair I am not going to complain!! :-)

Am now watching DH's friend (henceforth to be known as tallguy for the sake of ease) with interest to see if he follows up his obvious interest in my sister. I wish she was as easy to read - I can't figure out if she fancies him or not... Oh I do love a little light matchmaking and vicarious romance :-)

I hate ironing too but my DP doesn't know how to operate one!

melliebobs · 10/04/2011 19:51

I've been a massive F1 fan since i was little and grew up in the Schumacher era so until 3/4 year ago he was my driver! Now a RebBull follower so Vettel and Webber all the way!

Eeeeek i Haaaaaaaaaate ironing. My theory is don't overload the washer, get it out on the line as soon as possible to dry and nothing ever needs to be ironed. And if it does that's what dh is for!

DarciesmumandTTC2 · 10/04/2011 19:03

My DP loves the F1 Lewis is his fav driver, mine of course is Jenson Grin

DP finishes between 5&6pm, generally I'm home for school run but not been getting home between 4-6pm. He'd still rather cook tho my chore is the ironing x

melliebobs · 10/04/2011 18:36

lol the DH hates the f1 so i watch it with the dog! The noise of it sends him to sleep so he got the lie in! That's good though. Having a DP that cooks! Mine does, and he aint half bad at it either. It's just his days are so long travelling to and from work if i waited for him to cook tea during the week it'd be my bedtime!

DarciesmumandTTC2 · 10/04/2011 17:40

we watched the F1 this morning DP was swearing at the 'bloody spaniard' Grin
my DP always cooks here, he just interferes if i do it so i just let him makes life so much easier :)

melliebobs · 10/04/2011 17:35

We had a great day darcie I got up early to walk the mutt and watch the F1. Then I made American pancakes for brekkie cos I had left over creme fraiche from last night curry. Then DH n me Went to the pub to watch the arsenal game. Now got me feet up n letting hubbie make tea. Steak n ale pie n veggies. Well when I say make I mean reheat leftovers from 2 weeks ago n oven some puff pastry! But he's making so I won't complain!!

DarciesmumandTTC2 · 10/04/2011 16:34

What a gorgeous day.

Been in our garden today. DP moved stuff from the wooden shed into the brick one as we're knocking the wooden one down. Also sorted out stuff in our granny annex just needs a lick of paint and will be great for the summer :)

Got some broad beans coming from my dad ready to plant can't stand them but its something to grow lol.

Felt bleurgh this morning, Felt a little weird this afternoon too. and really really tired, prob just my week catching up with me lol.

Hope everyone else is having a great day x

Hello! Newbie here! I've caught up on your waiting thread over the last couple of weeks and have followed you here! Thanks for making my obsessive behaviour seem really quite normal! I'm 29 and getting married on the 29th April - just under 3 weeks time and then me and brand new dh will be starting to TTC on our honeymoon! Ridiculously excited, I'm hoping you will take me under your collective wing and we can keep each other company? :)
