welcome pink and vix so sorry for your losses.

oli sounds like a good plan

Blackkat · 18/04/2011 20:31

Chloe, Olis so sorry that AF caught up with you this month Sad, Chloe sounds like a month off is exactly what you need, take care of yourself, I do think counselling might help, even if it's only for you and not for DH.

Congratulations harassed and hopeful really hope you have the stickiest beans.

Waves to all the newbies, so sorry you find yourselves here, but it really is a great place for support.

Hi to Mels, Cep, and Collie hope you're all ok x

Vix1980 · 18/04/2011 18:33

Hello,

think im ready to join now after lurking for a bit! i mc'd last weekend and after enduring a marathon wait last wednesday was told it had definatly gone and had my negative test there and then, so i suppose at the moment im still really nervous about trying again so soon (first pregnancy which resulted in mc) dont know how long ill end up waiting but probably have 1 month off the back to it xx

olismum23 · 18/04/2011 18:26

sorry for your loss pink you will get loads of support and advice on this thread they have been great to me :)

pink13 · 18/04/2011 18:02

Can I join? I found out that I miscarried on Thurs (trying for my first child, and it was my first pregnancy, so a little gutting). DH wants to get TTC again (he really wants a baby, we both have had promotions this year and everything seem s right for it), but I am a bit more nervous about the whole thing now, and am not sure where I stand in terms of cycles and how much they will have been affected.

olismum23 · 18/04/2011 17:56

chloe sorry AF got you too hunny big ((hugs)) we will get there in the end im going to enjoy myself this month bleach my hair, go on the sun bed, drink and not think about all the what ifs i will still be having lots of SFF and no doubt will still be wondering what if at the end of the month bit i am going to try my best not too :)

cep · 18/04/2011 16:23

hopeful and hihp congratulations to you both, that's great news. Grin

chloe and olis sorry af here.

chloe if you honestly think that right now going would make you worse then don't go. Do you think talking about it would make it worse? Maybe call them and discuss what you're thinking and why.

mel glad you're back on the horse hon. Grin

Chloe55 · 18/04/2011 16:08

melies yes am gonna have a break this month. Have lots of social events and if I am honest I just can't be arsed to feel like pants for them. I have a letter with a date for my first counselling session - I wish it had come 2 months ago. I don't know what to do. I feel in a much better place than I did reight now. I am finally able to get through most of the month with few tears and have even been resigning myself to the fact we may just be blessed with one child (and actually believe I am alright with that now). I am scared the session my bring up all my bad negative feelings again or that I am using someone else's place who desperately needs it right now. My cousin who has suffered from depression advises me strongly to go for if I should ever MC again or something else traumatic happens in my life then it is likely that the depression will rear it's ugly head again but if I get it all out with a counsellor then she/he will teach me life skills in how to cope with it. What do you ladies think? I am not sure I have the energy to take myself back there and dh thinks counselling is a load of old codswallop anyway so he isn't sure about me going now he has his wife back Confused

Look forward to getting to know you more when you decide to join up diamonds Sorry for your loss.

meliesmummy · 18/04/2011 15:52

Congratulations harrassed and hopeful, fx that they are stickers! Grin

Sorry your afs got you chloe and olis. Are you still intending to take a break from the clomid Chloe?

I'm back 'on the horse' - dtd last night and started the cb digi opks over the weekend - much easier! Got to go - dd wants me to do the oaky cokey! Hope the neighbours aren't listening over the fence - we're in the garden!

thumbbunny · 18/04/2011 15:30

Aww olismum - sorry to hear that but at least it's clearcut now and you have a starting point instead of wondering WTF is going on.

Loup23 · 18/04/2011 14:42

sorry to hear your news diamonds.

olismum looks like I might be in the same position, I have had light periods since coming off the pill but have been on and off bleeding since Saturday but no symptoms at all, so confusing as to when I am CD1. Just wish AF would show properly to get me started again, meanwhile I secretly hope it's some sort of implantation.

Stocking up at Boots with some hpts on the basis that if this month it is a negative, there will always be next month!!!

will try and keep an eye on the thread from my mobile but whilst i'm on holiday, wishing all youo ladies lots of luck and sticky beans! x

Diamondsamdrubies · 18/04/2011 14:36

Freelance broke your good (Harrassed) news in the miscarriage threads. Just had to pop by and say I have everything crossed for you my lovely. Hope this one is a super sticky one. Congratulations to Hopeful too. Hi to everyone else. Sorry we're in this predicament. Hope this is a lucky thread for all who ride in her. Marking my place until finished miscarrying. Hoping to join you all very soon my lovelies xxx

olismum23 · 18/04/2011 14:00

I dont know chloe I had no idea i was pregnant with my ds as my periods were irregular and i was waiting to be tested for infertility we had been trying a year and a half when i felt something was different i was 6 and a half weeks and got a very strong line i did test two weeks before and got a negative mind you i just dont know??

Chloe55 · 18/04/2011 13:45

oli How did you test when you were pg with your ds? By which I mean, like collie does it take a long time in general for you to show a clear BFP? I tend to show days before AF due, have done with all my pgs which is why I generally know that when my AF is late it is probably because I haven't ov not because I am pg iykwim?

olismum23 · 18/04/2011 13:24

ninu no bleeding today at all had brown stretchy CM PINK CM on wiping with a tiny red streak then brown stretchy CM a tiny bit then nothing all last night and still nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont know what to think boobs hurt and my sense of smell has rocketed, I am scared im in the same situation as before :( with hcg not rising I only tested on what would have been my 7th week and got a faint line baby was only 4 weeks scared now :(

congrats to BFPS

Chloe55 · 18/04/2011 13:04

That's great news harrassed & hopeful! Grin

Am kinda bleeding, if you can call it that. It's almost like I am having a ridiculously light period that is so far lasting about a week. I can def not class any of the days as CD1 though as I know my own AFs and this is so far not one of them so am very Sad and Angry that I clearly didn't ovulate this cycle and I just wish my body would stop fecking about and just bring AF on!

Ninunina · 18/04/2011 12:38

Just popping in quickly to lurk for some bfp...and voila....congratulations harrased and hopeful. Fx that all is ok minnie, can you go to the epu to get hcg levels tested to make sure its going up.

olis have you tested again today or did AF make an appearance? I think cd1 should be taken from. 1st day of proper bleeding.

Bumpwanted · 18/04/2011 10:48

Loup how confusing!! Well if you take it all at least you are prepared for all eventualities.

Am feeling sick. I didn't feel sick last time I was pregnant (and I had lots of other pretty strong symptoms like going to the loo all the time, sore boobs, wind Blush really emotional, off coffee etc ) so don't think that's what it is at all....in fact, I am not supposed to ovulate until Thursday according to the tracker thingy....but you know what its like...you just have to get that symptom out there!!

hopeful1 · 18/04/2011 10:45

Loup keeping everything crossed for you loup. Hope you get a positive hpt. Have a lovely holiday and try and relax if you can, hard I know!!

Loup23 · 18/04/2011 10:43

Yay for hihp and hopeful hope that it is good news for you both and the lines get darker.

I had a little bleeding yesterday so really though AF here and now nothing since so am on the usual rolle rocaster of "is it AF" or "is it IB", internet cheapies not showing a line but then I didn't get one before until 14 or 15dpo and I am 12 or 13 today.... No symptoms though so absolutely clueless as to what's going on. Will go on holiday armed with a batch of hpt and tampons to cover both eventualities!

Good luck "youremindmeofthebabe and all others on 2ww. Carry on with DTD bump good luck to you. THinking of minnie* too.

Waves to all others and hopes you can enjoy some of this lovely sunshine! x

hopeful1 · 18/04/2011 09:57

Harassed thats great news, congratualtions!! Lets hope they dont end up in another mc for the both of us

Bump goo luck this month

Youre I used the first response test, same as last time which was also faint but will test everyday to see if getting darker. Sent DH off today to buy a crate load of hpt.

Not getting my hopes up as know all too well this could end up not being viable too.

Bumpwanted · 18/04/2011 09:49

Morning ladies!

Blimey it is all go!!

HIHP and Hopeful this all sounds really positive. Oohh I'm really excited for you. Fingers crossed those lines still keep coming and getting stronger. Keep us posted and try to stay calm (I know easier said than done) and not freak out!!

Minnie hun so so sorry you've had a bit of a scare. The girls are right though - it doesn't always mean there is something wrong. How are you doing today?

Melies you feeling better after the weekend?

Loup have a good holiday!

I don't think I am on the 2ww yet. I don't think I have ovulated (well according to period tracker on my iphone)but then I am a bit confused as the CM isn't increasing like it normally would (despite my grapefruit juice drinking!!). Maybe I'm not going to ovulate? Maybe I've missed it? I have no idea so I am just going to keep DTD...its tough but someone's got to do it Wink

Morning to everyone else! xx

Youremindmeofthebabe · 18/04/2011 09:40

Oh, goodness. It's all go over here.

hihp congratulations!

hopeful congratulations too! What tests are you using? If it's Internet cheapie remember that on some batches the line won't go very dark anyway. I would wait til 14 DPO and then test again. Good luc with schools, we just found out about ds's this week.

Minnie sorry you're in limbo. A lot of the freakouts have had early bleeding post mc. Blood tests may be the only definitive answer so early on.

Waves to all, I'm in the 2 ww now, and glad of it! Hope you all had lovely weekends in the sun.
