Ooooh ive been away for too long and missed tons of post. Hello to the new people and of course freedom were a freindly bunch. Add yourself to the stats if you like :)

Can i please join your fathers day testing gang as a honorary member as i feel left out :(. My dp's sunning himself in Greece atm to so i truely am a billy. I could be the non slutty one though guys as i cant SWI anymore.

Given me a good giggle in the mean time though at the thought of everyone marching to boots like those adverts for sticks to pee on. In pink jackets and pigtales or something!

So guys im trusting you to give some of your opinions on my predicament. P.S - sorry maybe rambling

My dp is going to propose to me when he returns from Greece. haha im laughing at writing that i dont no when or anything, just know he is of for the ring after some convo's we have had and his asked my friend for advice on what sort of ring.

So from talking thinking of a summer wedding next year. However do we put TTC of untill then say July wedding or something. Nothings set in stone at the moment just my guessing of what he means by summer wedding. Ive said i dont want to be ready to pop when getting married. We DTD before he left which is CD 13 so guess theres a possibility it could be a lucky month for us and would be due in March. If so thats ok the decision would be out of our hands now and we would have a ready made bridesmade or page boy. However if not id maybe like to put it of untill either after the wedding or just before however DP would just like to plow ahead and carry on trying. Although i also think i dont want to stop trying, we have been SWI like bloody rabbits for 5 months and nothing. So to stop now for a year it would feel like a step backwards to go on the pill or something. Or should i say yeah ok carry on trying for the next three months and if not wait untill next year? Grrr i dont no what to do. I no its ultimatly our choice but if anyone has any opions or advice please share.

freedom2011 · 13/06/2011 22:44

please may I join? I have been trying to conceive #1 for over 2 years so I really hope for a 2012 baby too.

Carlitawantsababy · 13/06/2011 18:31

Jamaican 29th June or CD29?

Carlitawantsababy · 13/06/2011 18:30

Have found with some googling that clumsiness is indeed an early sign for some people! Grin FX!

JamaicanSunshine · 13/06/2011 17:43

hi all,

sorry i have been under tremendous stress lately.

thats what i'm planning to test on the 29th.
and i had to pay for clomid because where i am you pay for almost every single thing and every doc visit.
Good luck to everyone still as testing draws near. :)

trope · 13/06/2011 16:39

carlita there is hope indeed! My sister had an implantation bleed when she got pregnant, so I am trying to stay hopeful!

I'd not heard of clumsiness as a symptom for pregnancy or AF, so with it being a week early for PMT perhaps it is a pregnancy symptom for you! Fingers crossed! I get the emotional thing the day before AF usually too (I cry like a baby at the drop of a hat, but just for the 24 hours immediately preceding my period). However coming off the pill has brought all sorts of things into the mix, my FF chart is very colourful with all my symptoms logged!!

Definitely looking forward to the weekend of testing, if I/we all get there!! Fingers crossed someone gets some good news this weekend - we need another BFP to gee us all on! Grin

Carlitawantsababy · 13/06/2011 16:27

Oops, sorry trope crossed post. Sorry you had such a horrid day. Glad af hasn't properly come though, there's still hope!

Carlitawantsababy · 13/06/2011 16:25

Thanks euro it would be a bit early for pmt (af not due for a week) but you never know, maybe this is pmt from now onwards, funny how your body can completely change the way it works! I had two random months last year with very sore boobs as a pmt symptom, never had it before and haven't had it since! Generally I'm exceptionally lucky and just feel slightly emotional the night before so I probably owe af some extra symptoms!
weimy so sorry about af.
trope any news? Has af arrived properly or is there still a chance it could just be a bleed?
It feels like so long since anyone was testing on this thread, bring on the weekend!

trope · 13/06/2011 16:10

argh! was sleeping on sofa (feeling rough so taking it easy today) when I got woken up by something falling down our chimney, followed by crazy scrabbling behind the blocked up fireplace! Pretty sure it's a bird stuck in there (hoping it isn't a rat...) No way of getting it out so have gone and hidden in the office as the scrabbling sounds were like something out of a horror film and I keep getting flashes of some angry sooty birdy thing escaping somehow and going nuts in my living room and attacking me! (Not terribly likely, I know, but it's freaking me out nonetheless!)

In other news, still spotting, still light cramping, still no AF...

What a horrid day :(

eurochick · 13/06/2011 10:52

Carlita, my mum and I both get that as a pmt symptom. I grew up in a house with a very mixed crockery cupboard because she was always smashing stuff!

Carlitawantsababy · 13/06/2011 09:00

Morning all! Anyone heard of clumsiness as a symptom?! I keep dropping things and knocking things over (including cups of coffee in public places Blush ) which is most unlike me..could it be on this most unlikely month?!

trope · 13/06/2011 08:06

well the wedding was lovely - thought we weren't going to know anyone, but an old workfriend of DP's, who I also know, was there and our friends had thoughtfully sat us with them so we weren't surrounded by strangers! Our friends looked so happy and in love I thought they were going to burst - and best of all they had cupcakes for the wedding cake (have two sat in the kitchen waiting for me for later as well, yay!)

The bleeding stopped while I was at the wedding, but i've had (WARNING-TMI) some more rusty coloured fibrous stuff this morning. Am getting the crampy/black hole of doom sensation down below and my temp has dipped (but only a little bit) so am pretty sure AF is coming early... Grrr!

weimy sorry about AF :( you should definitely get a horse, then sod's law will guarantee that you get pregnant! ;)

stuff hope DD4 is happier today - glad you had a fun time though anyway!

babybrain fingers crossed for you!! :)

stuffthenonsense · 12/06/2011 20:34

Trope-hope you enjoyed the wedding.

Babybrain, last time I was pregnant (in fact two times) I got the symptoms pretty much immediately though everyones different. With my last baby I knew very well that I was pregnant but got at least one bfn before I got the bfp-with her I had some odd symptoms too-diarrhoea, thrush, peeing, metallic mouth, heightened sense of smell and weirdest of all I could feel my uterus contracting. I would take ANYTHING out of the ordinary as a sign.

Had DD4s first birthday party today, it was meant to be in the garden but it poured down, and she is running a teething induced temperature so pretty much just cried and clung for the whole time , but we enjoyed it anyway.

weimy · 12/06/2011 17:26

meh!!! Spotting and cramping the bitch is on her way. Going to start looking for a horse on part loan soon I think!!

babybrain3 · 12/06/2011 15:58

I had cramps yesterday, and have been feeling really queasy with a strange taste in my mouth all day, really tired too... Fingers x!!!! For those who have already had their bfp, how soon after ov did you start getting symptoms??

Carlitawantsababy · 11/06/2011 15:11

bun glad all is well in your oven! Apart from your sickness of course!

Hope everyone's having a lovely weekend so far! I had soft boiled eggs for breakfast and soft cheeses for lunch just in case this is the last chance or a while (FX!) Grin

eurochick · 11/06/2011 13:34

Bun have you tried a speed walk/jog to your appointments? Getting warm should raise up your veins.

Carlitawantsababy · 11/06/2011 10:56

Yay for the testing club! Grin

Lugsie · 10/06/2011 23:55

x-posts weimy! FX the cramping has nothing to do with af. When are you due?

Lugsie · 10/06/2011 23:53

Excellent idea about the testing girl gang trope! If we're going for a Grease theme does this mean we get to wear the pink jackets?? Smile

Welcome back bun! Glad everything is going well for you (apart from the nasty sickness Sad). Poor you with the vein thing - mine are similar, I always end up with massive bruises up my arms for days afterwards and its awful so I completely sympathise! FX you get your new house, a house on the sea front would be a lovely place to bring up your new baby Smile
