AF due today, no sign at all and usually get lots of cramping the night before, been very tired all this week and getting a few queasy moments(normally get very bad sickness throughout my pregnancies). im so hopng that this is the month for us. Going do my shopping and pick up a test this morning so will keep you all informed!!

eurochick · 25/06/2011 13:10

Sorry to hear that peapop

I have a 12 day LP (11 before I started acupuncture) but without spotting. I started B6 this month, around mid cycle, so I will see if that helps it all.

I am 6dpo now,expecting AF next Saturday.

Hello to everyone else. I hope you are having good weekends. I am stuck in the ofice, so quite grumpy!

peapop · 25/06/2011 12:08

Welcome harmony ! Fx euro Smile

Sad I started spotting yesterday, af definitely on its way as this is how it started last month- a few days of spotting then very painful af. Have had painful cramps and twinges all last night and this morning too. Gutted.

I'm now convinced I have a luteal phase defect as my last 3 af's have begun with 5-6 days of spotting first from around 9dpo, this month I made it to 11dpo but I have read that anything 10-12dpo could mean a problem.

So I think I'll take myself off to see the doc this week and have a chat about it, we haven't been trying very long at all but I feel it's a good enough reason to go bothering them, at least just to put my mind at rest. I have also bought some vitamin b6 to start taking and have read using progesterone cream from ovulation can help too so may have to purchase some of that?!

Anyway, sorry for the selfish post, hope you are all having a lovely weekend, Smile

Hello, my name is Becky and I am TTC DC3. I had my youngest 8 months ago and have had the contraceptive implant ever since. I am having the implant removed on Monday and will be hoping to conceive anytime after that. Really excited. I have two boys; Ben who is 7 nearly 8 years old and Aiden who is 8 months. Hoping for a girl this time but another boy would be just as well received.

How is everyone doing? I will update soon as I have my first AF and can start tracking my cycles. I had a period recently - about 2 weeks ago - but have started bleeding again this week so I am not sure whether it is an actual AF or whether it is just down to my hormones on the implant?

Hope everyone is well, I will reappear once I have had my implant removed. So excited!!! x x x

eurochick · 23/06/2011 13:48

I'm 4dpo. And trying not to think about it too much/symptom spot.

peapop · 23/06/2011 12:37

Yes I know that feeling, seems like the whole world is pregnant at the moment. I'm finding it hard as I don't usually get jealous but I'm practically green constantly at the moment!

I'm 10dpo, by this point last cycle I'd already had a days worth of spotting. Nothing so far although I have had some cramps. I'm absolutely convinced this is our month as feel we've done everything right but am trying to hold off til monday at the earliest to test.

Fx we all get some bfps soon!

stuffthenonsense · 23/06/2011 08:45

its very quiet on here lately!
anyone got any positive vibes for this month?

i remember very well when i was ttc no1, during that time 2 of my SILs announced pregnancy, each time i felt faint, its truly awful, and not selfish IMO but a perfectly natural reaction.
on the flip side i have also been in the position of announcing a pregnancy to people i knew who had been ttc for over a year, that was so very very difficult, i dont think there is an easy way to do it.

5dpo here, imagining all kinds of symptoms

babybrain3 · 22/06/2011 21:50

Fx for you world we need some positives!!!

worldgonemad72 · 22/06/2011 21:20

well 4 days to go before af is due, have got no signs of it starting anytime soon Smile been sympton spotting like mad and fingers crossed this is the month for us.

babybrain3 · 22/06/2011 08:24

AF got me yesterday....

BabySade · 21/06/2011 23:50

I read the baby trail a few years ago and loved it, may have to dig it out again. Sorry to hear AF has got some of you. I've got my usual period cramps starting so I think I'm out. As usual I had convinced myself it would be this month. Onwards to cycle 9! Hope someone gets a nice BFP to give us all hope

1sttimetryer · 21/06/2011 23:22

Hello, im new to all this, please can i join?!

wouldbemumandotherstuff · 21/06/2011 22:59

I know what you mean toddle about everyone else getting BFPs! Another girl at work has just announced she's expecting in Dec. she's ever so nice, so I did the right thing and said congratulations and chatted a bit with her, but reading the e-mail announcing it made me feel so down - which is silly and selfish I know - her having a baby doesn't stop me having one, but I want it to be my turn!! stamps feet Blush

toddle · 21/06/2011 22:42

Hello. Sorry you live so far away. Try amazon they sometimes let you read the book online.

eurochick · 21/06/2011 22:36

JamaicanSunshine · 21/06/2011 22:31

Good Luck to all those that still have a little hope of this month.
Hubby got all moody because i mistook some female hormone pills for his vitamins.......Now he understands the mood swings Grin
Next cycle seems so far away and he says he wants to go again........So on to next cycle.
and Toddle i'd love that book but i'm so far away. Is there an e-book copy or something? well let me know.

Hello ladies hope all is well.

Only have a moment to spare but the other day i was feeling a bit down about the TTC and lack of BFP (other then every other woman around me :L ) and someone recommended a book to me.

The Baby Trail by Sinead Moriarty. So i bought it and have read it. I think its awesome made me laugh, cry and smile.

So ive read it once and its great. Would anyone like me to send it to them. Free no charge then you could maybe pass it on to another person on the thread if they would like to read it also. Could be like a little book club just with one book :L.

Well let me know or pm me. Im of to post office in the morning so can post it then if theres any takers?

RosyRosie · 21/06/2011 17:02

Thanks Lugsie but AF arrived today with a vengeance! I don't know when anything happens really, I took my coil out so it's all been up in the air since then - at least now I have a couple of periods under my belt.

Getting a little worried as my work is seasonal and very physically demanding (self employed and stopping work is not an option) and the baby would fit in nicely feb/mar/april but much further and things start to get sticky...don't want to have to shine it on for another year!

Lugsie · 21/06/2011 14:11

Rosy theres still hope till af arrives - do you know when you're due? Or how many DPO you are? FX for you.

wouldbe glad your doctor was helpful but as you say lets hope you don't have to go back at all!

peapop - sounds promising!

No news from me - CD5 so af is still here. Me & DH are both pretty stressed at work at the mo so he's just announced this morning that he's taking me away for the weekend to give us a bit of time to chill... I think its a bit soon for OV but it will be nice just to spend some quality time with DH, can't wait Smile - all this TTC business has only added to the stress levels so will be great to have a chance to calm down and refocus, exactly what I need right now!

Carlitawantsababy · 21/06/2011 11:47

Wow! Sounds hopeful for rosy and wouldbe! FX Grin
peapop were all 3 in one day? Sometimes it takes a while for a line, keep testing every day till you know?!

wouldbemumandotherstuff · 20/06/2011 21:05

hello ladies! thanks to the encouragement I got earlier, I went to see the doctor last week as I was worried about whether to worry whether I'm ovulating, as I have a very irregular cycle and sometimes it's very heavy. she was really nice and helpful and I'm to go back for blood tests between days 1 to 5 of my next cycle. of course hoping I won't have a next one!

anyway, CD 17 here. almost anyone's guess when/if I ovulated as CM signs are all over the place, plus I had spotting and cramping on CD12. but we have managed lots of SWI this month. so we're doing our bit even if my body isn't!

FX for us all - this thread needs some good news!!

if anyone is doing the stats again, would you mind giving me a line of my own as I'm tangled up with someoneelse at the moment (very cosy - maybe I shouldn't complain Wink)

RosyRosie · 20/06/2011 16:51

month 2 of TTC and I tested as early as I could - negative. Oh well, still a chance. So I wait for my period - doesn't arrive, a day later I test - 3 negatives.

Still no period but I'm thinking 3 negatives is pretty conclusive? :(
