Hello, can I join? Have a toddler but have never TTC before! Ideally will start trying June or July for a spring/summer baby. What else do I need to do apart from folic acid? Is it worth doing an ovulation kit? I feel really nervous.

I'm even more confused today as have had some spotting. Last night it was a tiny amount and pinkish then this morning againa tiny amount but brownish. Feel very much like af is starting but I know when I ov and am certain its not due til next week now.

And also, BFP confirmed this morning! Waiting waiting waiting for OH to get into work, have left him a message to call me as soon as he gets in - he was absolutely 100% certain we weren't going to be pregnant this month lol

morning I'm certainly no expert, but have you only recently come off pill or anything? Sorry if you've already mentioned this. Maybe its just your body returning to normal which can take time - after I came off the injection it took months for my cycles to return to normal.

Well I'm staying up late finishing some work for tomorrow, got about another half hour to do before bed so I should probably stop browsing MN and crack on - its just too bloody addictive though!

I went back to the doctors and asked for a day 21 blood test which i got and if it shows that the clomid are working and i am still not pregnant then they will refer me to a fertility clinic

Hi ladies, so sorry I haven't had chance to catch up on all of the posts, I am grabbing a few minutes whilst DH isn't looking to let you know that yesterday (2nd wedding anniversary) I got my BFP it was such a lovely day - we're still on hols in Greek islands so I will check in again when we're back on Monday.

Hi Lugsie, yes have done tests all BFN, have also done loads of ovulation tests daily and they are always neg too dont know what is going on with my body all very strange, wonder what the reason is for no af sorry if i sound thick but this is all new to me.

Period's one day late, done 2 tests that were either very faint positives or evaporation lines. Today got some dark brown spotting - waiting to see if this will turn into AF.

Hi all on mobile so sorry if this is a bit garbled! I was a bit naughty and poas this morning. I'm only 8dpo but it was (supposedly) an ultra sensitive one. There was a very very very faint line but I don't no whether to trust it with it being so early and the fact I was majorly sqinting at it to see line!
Sort of wish I hadn't done test now tho as I'm so confused and don't want to get hopes up.
Also my boobs are sore which I usually get with af but now they are sore at sides and underneath rather than all over! Should I test again in a day or so or just wait it out?!

Hello all, congrats to everyone who has had a BFP how exciting for yo all

I am still here and STILL waiting have had no af now since the 23/03, does anyone know reasons for this happening? this is all new to me i have always religiously had my af except when pregnant with my other children! I am so confused about everything but just keep thinking if it is not ment to be at the moment then so be it, i am trying to be patient and am sure it will happen at some point, if i have not had an af since 23/03 can i still get pregnant or do i need to be having regular periods first?

Hello to all.

I'm just back from a work trip to Brussels and then a lovely weekend in France.

The vomming last week seems to have turned into a mild stomach upset, which has either messed up or masked ov this month - it should have happened over the weekend. No EWCM (but was probably a bit dehydrated), no positive opk (although I was taking them at some funny times because of the travelling, etc.), no ov pains (but possibly masked by tummy bug crampiness). Hmmm. I have no idea what is going on. I'm either going for a record long cycle or I ovulated without noticing it for the first time in ages. Hopefully my temps over the next few days will help me figure it out.

Woo Hoo, I can finally reveal that AF has arrived.... So, now I know what my body is doing after having my coil taken out I have some idea of my stats....if someone could include me on the next update that would be wicked...wouldn't know where to start on my phone!!
