oh god mygirl i done that too!!! i thought i was the only one, i was cooking something in the oven and must have been a bit heavy handed when closing the door cos i blew the flame out it was only when the smell of gas came wafting into the room about five minutes later i realised and turned it all off. but it scared me so much that i couldnt turn the oven on for ages and had to get takeaway

mumswish · 25/10/2005 16:54

I think most of the things that have been said on here are absolutely beautiful. I hope everyone has their guardian angels and that they watch over every single one of us when its our turn.

CArly - that is really embarassing, I feel really sorry for you. But I'm sure you dont mind. You should do your shopping from home on the net.

Peepee, I had no idea what you had been through. But you are so strong and positive, an inspiration to us all. Big {{{{HUS}}}} to you XX

carly82 · 25/10/2005 16:43

usually they are really well behaved they enjoy it cos the are really inquisitive and love seeing new things, its just that shay speaks very loud exactly what he is thinking lol The worst time was when he was about nine months old and we were sitting on a bus (before i learnt to drive) and this gorgeous guy started talking to me about him, and without warning he put his hand down my top and promptly pulled my boobs out (shay not the guy ) i vowed from that day on i would learn to drive so i never had to get on another bus in my life

mumswish · 25/10/2005 16:39

slink - no still no af, but never mind. I hope I do get pg, just to annoy them, if they wont help me I wont help them!! LOL

Diddle · 25/10/2005 16:36

I truly believe it Carly, when i was born my great grandad had just passed away, and i ahve heard many accounts from different people in my life who it has happened to. sad but true

carly82 · 25/10/2005 16:30

DIDDLE what a lovely thing to say about one person giving way to another

Diddle · 25/10/2005 16:29

oh carly how embarrassing and how brave of you to attempt the shopping with the kids as well. I've had to pop to the shops with 3 of my mindies once and it was hell.

carly82 · 25/10/2005 16:27

hi ladies!
im back from my weekly torture(tesco shopping!) had an extremely moment when my three year old shouted out at the top of his voice "mummy i think zacky has got a stinky arse!!" oh the shame!!!!! zacky by the way is my fifteen month old zac

Diddle · 25/10/2005 16:27

slinkstah · 25/10/2005 16:24

Diddle · 25/10/2005 16:22

peepee - what a positive ending to a bad start. My years was like that too, my nan passed away and 2 wks later i found i was pregnant and lost it. now grandad has gone too, i truly believe in one person making way for another and i hope my grandparents keep the baby safe until 40 wks.
